the horizontal connecting arm is attached to the top surface of the conveying member 210 and is connected and fixed with the conveying member 210.
In some embodiments of the present application, a sliding assembly is disposed between the hopper 300 and the rack 100, the sliding assembly includes a sliding block 330 and a sliding rail 120, the sliding block 330 is disposed on one of the hopper 300 and the rack 100, and the sliding rail 120 is disposed on the other component.
The hopper 300 includes a hopper coupling plate 320, and cooperating slide assemblies are provided between the hopper coupling plate 320 and the frame 100.
When the hopper 300 is arranged, the hopper connecting plate 320 is provided with a sliding block 330 connected with the hopper connecting plate and the rack 100 is provided with a sliding rail 120, and the hopper 300 can move along the sliding rail 120 on the rack 100 through the sliding block 330 so as to realize the sliding of the hopper 300 relative to the rack 100.
In some embodiments of the present application, a limiting member 110 is disposed at an end of the frame 100 away from the main transmission member 231.
The limiting part 110 is a limiting plate or a limiting protrusion, and the upward sliding position of the hopper 300 can be limited by the limiting part 110.
The safety detection elements 910 are disposed on two sides of one end, close to the main transmission member 231, of the rack 100, the safety detection elements 910 are safety detection switches, and can be in communication connection with the controller, when a person is detected to approach, signals are transmitted to the controller, and the controller can correspondingly control the feeding device to stop working, so as to prevent damage to the person.

the blocking component is used for blocking the opening part and is connected with the conveying piece, wherein the blocking piece can be driven by the conveying piece to gradually separate from the opening part so that the opening part of the hopper is gradually opened;
the conveying line is used for conveying materials;
the speed detection element is used for detecting the speed of the conveying line;
the material transferring part is arranged between the feeding device and the conveying line so as to convey the material fed by the feeding device to the conveying line;
the camera is used for acquiring pose information of the material;
the material grabbing device is used for grabbing materials;
and the controller is in communication connection with the camera, the material grabbing device and the speed detection element, and can update position information of the material to be grabbed according to the pose information and the speed information of the conveying line acquired by the camera and control the material grabbing device to grab the material.
2. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 1, wherein the material transfer part is disposed obliquely from the feeding device to the conveying line side.
3. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 1, wherein a vibrating device is disposed below the material transfer device.
4. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 1, wherein the conveyor further comprises:
a drive device;
the driving part comprises a main driving part and a secondary driving part which are sequentially arranged along the moving direction of the hopper, the main driving part is connected with the driving device, and the conveying part is arranged on the main driving part and the secondary driving part in a winding manner.

The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 4, wherein the primary drive member and the secondary drive member are respectively disposed at positions close to two ends of the frame, and a distance is provided between the secondary drive member and the end of the frame, wherein the distance is at least the length of one hopper.
6. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 4, wherein the primary transmission member is a driving sprocket or a driving pulley, and the secondary transmission member is a secondary transmission sprocket or a secondary transmission wheel.
7. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 6, wherein the blocking member comprises a plurality of blocking plates, and the plurality of blocking plates are sequentially connected to the conveying member side by side along the length direction of the conveying member.
8. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 1, further comprising a connecting member, wherein the connecting member is connected to the hopper and the conveying member respectively.
9. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 1, wherein a mutually matched sliding assembly is arranged between the hopper and the rack, the sliding assembly comprises a sliding block and a sliding rail, the sliding block is arranged on one of the hopper and the rack, and the sliding rail is arranged on the other component.
10. The automated loading and unloading production line of claim 4, wherein a limiting part is arranged on the rack.
