Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the tarpaulin folding mechanism for the convertible vehicle comprises a frame 1, a power source 2, a slider 3, folding rods 4, sliding rods 5, elastic sheets 6 and tarpaulins 7, wherein guide rails 11 extending in the front-back direction are arranged on a left side beam and a right side beam of the frame 1, the slider 3 is connected to the guide rails 11 in a sliding manner and moves back and forth under the action of the power source 2, the folding rods 4 and the sliding rods 5 are positioned behind the slider 3 and are alternately arranged at intervals in the front-back direction of the frame 1, the folding rods 4 arranged adjacent to the slider 3 are arranged at the forefront, and the tarpaulins 7 are fixedly connected with the upper sides of the folding rods 4 and the sliding rods 5. Shell fragment 6 arranges between slider and the folding rod adjacent to the folding rod, the slide bar of slider and adjacent to the folding rod at slide bar rear, 6 front ends of shell fragment and slider 3 or 5 fixed connection of slide bar, 6 rear ends of shell fragment and 4 fixed connection of folding rod, shell fragment 6 is the metal piece of bending, and when shell fragment 6 was in free state, the rear end was upwarped state.
The power source 2 comprises a motor 21 fixed in the middle of the front beam of the frame 1 and a flexible shaft 22 positioned in the guide rail 11, the slider 3 is fixedly connected with the flexible shaft 22, and the flexible shaft 22 can move back and forth by transmitting torque through the motor 21, so that the slider 3 is driven to move back and forth along the guide rail 11.
The rear end of the sliding block 3 is provided with a step part 31 which is correspondingly matched with the adjacent sliding rod 5, so that the sliding block 3 can smoothly push the sliding rod 5 to move backwards. The left and right parts of the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 are respectively provided with a first guide block 41 and a second guide block 51 which are in sliding fit with the guide rail 11, so that the moving directions of the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 are ensured, and the tarpaulin can be opened or closed more smoothly.
A connecting rod 9 is arranged between the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 at the adjacent rear part, the front end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged with a first guide block 41 on the folding rod 4, and the rear end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged with a second guide block 51 on the sliding rod 5.
And a sealing piece 8 correspondingly matched with the edge of the tarpaulin 7 is fixed at the edge of the frame 1, and when the tarpaulin 7 is in an open state, the sealing piece 8 can shield a gap between the tarpaulin 7 and the frame 1.
The front end of the tarpaulin 7 is fixedly connected with the decorative cover plate 10, and the arrangement of the decorative cover plate 10 improves the overall appearance quality of the tarpaulin 7.
When the tarpaulin 7 needs to be folded to open the vehicle opening, the motor 21 drives the flexible shaft 22 to move backwards from the front, thereby driving the slider 3 fixedly connected with the flexible shaft 22 to move backwards along the guide rail 11, so that the slider 3 and the tarpaulin 7 between the folding rods 4 adjacent to the rear of the slider 3 are loosened, the rear ends of the elastic sheets 6 between the slider 3 and the folding rods 4 adjacent to the rear of the slider 3 release elastic force to upwarp, and the tarpaulin fixed with the folding rods 4 correspondingly can also be upwarped and folded, namely the folding rods 4 are positioned above the first sliding rods 5 adjacent to the rear of the slider 3. Subsequently, the slide block 3 continues to move backwards, the step part 31 at the rear end of the slide block 3 is in contact with the slide rod 5 and pushes the slide rod 5 to move backwards, and then the rear end of the elastic sheet 6 between the slide rod 5 and the folding rod 4 adjacent to the rear part of the slide rod 5 releases elastic force to upwarp, so that the folding and the storage of the tarpaulin are sequentially realized from front to back.
When the tarpaulin 7 needs to be unfolded to close the opening of the vehicle, the motor 21 drives the flexible shaft 22 to move forwards from the back, so as to drive the sliding block 3 fixedly connected with the flexible shaft 22 to move forwards along the guide rail 11, correspondingly drive the folding rod 4 connected with the sliding block 3 through the elastic sheet to move forwards, and the folding rod 4 is connected with the sliding rod 5 adjacent to the rear part of the folding rod 4 through the connecting rod 9, so that the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 move forwards, and the unfolding of the tarpaulin 7 is completed.
A convertible vehicle comprises the tarpaulin folding mechanism for the convertible vehicle.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
