技术领域

背景技术
各种行业一直都需要被设计成提供液体阻隔特性的各种类型的有限使用的防护服或一次性防护服。防护服例如连体服可以用于以敞开型或覆盖型服装(例如盖布、罩衣等)无法做到的方式将穿着者与有害环境有效地封闭隔断。因此,连体服具有期望隔离穿着者的许多应用。然而,盖布和罩衣也可以为其中不需要完全隔离穿着者的应用提供适当的防护。无论如何,防护服可以保持穿在防护服下面的衣物洁净并且保护穿着者的皮肤免于暴露于不期望的物质(例如,液体化学品)。例如,防止危险液体穿过防护服是特别重要的。然而,工人可能长时间和/或在与升高的温度相关的工作条件下穿着这样的防护服。因此,理想地,防护服将在提供必要水平的阻隔特性的同时对穿着者而言是舒适的。

根据本发明的某些实施方案,非织造层可以未经处理或经一种或更多种添加剂例如拒液剂(例如疏水性表面活性剂和/或粘结剂材料)和/或抗静电精整剂处理。

根据本发明的某些实施方案,形成阻隔层合体的方法可以包括将非织造层结合至预微孔膜(例如,透气微孔膜的前体膜)以形成前体层合体,以及经由将前体层合体逐步拉伸形成多个孔以形成阻隔层合体。替代地,将非织造层结合至透气微孔膜层包括将非织造层热结合至透气微孔膜层、将非织造层粘合地结合至透气微孔膜层、或其组合。在这方面,可以在形成多个孔之后将透气微孔膜层结合至非织造层,或者可以将预微孔膜(例如,透气微孔膜的前体膜)结合至非织造层以形成前体层合体,然后将前体层合体拉伸(例如,逐步拉伸)以形成多个孔。
根据本发明的某些实施方案,形成阻隔层合体的方法可以包括将预微孔膜挤出涂覆到非织造层上以形成前体层合体,以及经由将前体层合体拉伸(例如,逐步拉伸)形成多个孔以形成阻隔层合体。
在另一个方面中,本发明提供了包括一个或更多个如本文所描述和公开的阻隔层合体的防护服。例如,防护服可以包括一套连体服、夹克、袖子、跳伞服、一条裤子、脚套、靴套、手套、帽、或裙。根据本发明的某些实施方案,防护服提供了根据EN14605的3类或4类等级的化学防护、或者根据EN13982-1的5类等级的化学防护、或者根据EN13034的6类等级的化学防护。例如,图2示出了防护服100,其包括主体部分110、袖子120、腿部分130和帽部分140。图2的防护服100还示出了形成在两个单独的阻隔层合体组件之间的多个接缝150(例如,热接缝)。图2所示的防护服100还包括闭合特征160(例如,拉链、维可牢闭合件(Velcro-closure)等)。根据本发明的某些实施方案,袖子120可以由单个阻隔层合体组件形成,所述单个阻隔层合体部件经由沿着袖子的长度延伸的热接缝结合至自身以形成袖子结构,同时袖子的一端可以经由热成形接缝(例如,图2中的接缝150)热结合至形成防护服的主体部分110的全部或部分的第二阻隔层合体和/或第三阻隔层合体。
在又一个方面中,本发明提供了形成防护服的方法,其中该方法可以包括以下:提供或形成第一阻隔层合体组件;提供或形成第二阻隔层合体组件,其中第一阻隔层合体组件与第二阻隔组件相同或不同;以及将第一阻隔层合体组件的第一部分结合至第二阻隔组件的第二部分。根据本发明的某些实施方案,将第一阻隔层合体组件的第一部分结合至第二阻隔组件的第二部分的步骤包括将第一部分热结合至第二部分以形成将第一部分接合至第二部分的热结合接缝。一个或更多个阻隔层合体组件可以被切割、折叠、结合或以其他方式配置以形成防护服,例如,一套连体服、夹克、袖子、跳伞服、一条裤子、脚套、靴套、手套、帽、或裙。
在不脱离在所附权利要求中更具体地阐述的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,本领域普通技术人员可以实施本发明的这些以及其他修改方案和变化方案。此外,应理解,多个实施方案的多个方面可以全部或部分地互换。此外,本领域普通技术人员将理解,前述描述仅作为实例,并且不旨在限制如在所附权利要求中进一步描述的本发明。因此,所附权利要求的精神和范围不应限于本文中所包括的方案的示例性描述。
Claims (15)
1.一种阻隔层合体,包括:
(i)非织造层;和
(ii)附接至所述非织造层的透气微孔膜层,其中所述透气微孔膜层包括具有以下平均孔径的多个孔:约0.01微米至约0.5微米,例如至少约以下中的任一者:0.01微米、0.015微米、0.02微米、0.025微米、0.03微米、0.035微米、0.04微米、0.045微米、0.05微米、0.06微米、0.07微米、0.08微米、0.09微米和0.1微米,和/或至多约以下中的任一者:0.50微米、0.45微米、0.40微米、0.35微米、0.30微米、0.25微米、0.20微米和0.15微米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻隔层合体,其中所述多个孔中约90%至约100%,例如约92%、94%、95%、96%、98%或99%的个体孔径与所述平均孔径相差至多约0.5微米,例如与所述平均孔径相差至多约以下中的任一者:0.5微米、0.4微米、0.2微米和0.1微米,和/或与所述平均孔径相差至少约以下中的任一者:0.01微米、0.02微米、0.04微米、0.05微米、0.06微米、0.08微米和0.1微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻隔层合体,其中所述多个孔具有包括以下标准偏差(SD)的孔尺寸分布:约0.01微米至约1微米,例如至少约以下中的任一者:0.01微米、0.025微米、0.05微米、0.075微米、0.1微米、0.125微米、0.15微米、0.175微米、0.20微米、0.225微米、0.25微米、0.275微米、0.3微米、0.35微米、0.4微米、0.45微米和0.5微米,和/或至多约以下中的任一者:1微米、0.9微米、0.8微米、0.7微米、0.6微米和0.5微米;其中所述SD是由包括至少约50个单个孔,例如至少约75个、100个、150个、200个、250个、300个、350个、400个、450个或500个单个孔的样品群体计算的。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的阻隔层合体,其中所述透气微孔膜层还包含多个填料颗粒;所述多个填料颗粒的直径为约0.1微米至约6微米,例如为至少约以下中的任一者:0.1微米、0.2微米、0.3微米、0.4微米、0.5微米、0.6微米、0.7微米、0.8微米、0.9微米、1微米、1.2微米、1.4微米和1.5微米,和/或至多约以下中的任一者:6微米、5.5微米、5微米、4.8微米、4.6微米、4.4微米、4.2微米、4微米、3.8微米、3.6微米、3.4微米、3.2微米、3微米、2.8微米、2.6微米、2.4微米、2.2微米、2微米、1.8微米、1.6微米和1.5微米。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的阻隔层合体,其中所述多个填料颗粒包括无机填料、有机填料、聚合物填料、或其任意组合。

9.根据权利要求1至8所述的阻隔层合体,其中所述透气微孔膜层热结合至所述非织造层、粘合地结合至所述非织造层、或挤出涂覆到所述非织造层上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的阻隔层合体,其中所述阻隔层合体包括热结合位点的图案,其中所述透气微孔膜层在所述热结合位点处热结合至所述非织造层,并且所述热结合位点的图案限定以下结合面积:所述阻隔层合体的约2%至约40%,例如至少约以下中的任一者:所述阻隔层合体的2%、3%、5%、8%、10%、12%、15%、18%、20%和22%,和/或至多约以下中的任一者:所述阻隔层合体的40%、38%、35%、32%、30%、28%、25%、24%和22%。
