Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tapered end hole expanding locator of the invention comprises a connector and a locating hole 2 which is arranged on the connector and is used for locating a supporting rod 1 of a reamer bit. The connector is provided with a circular cylinder part 3 which is suitable for the circular part of the tapered end hole needing reaming and a clamping part 4 which is suitable for being clamped into the long hole part of the tapered end hole, and the clamping part 4 and the circular cylinder part 3 are mutually connected at one side far away from the insertion end of the supporting rod 1. The clamping part 4 is also provided with an accessory body 5 which extends towards the insertion end of the support rod 1 of the circular cylinder part 3, and the accessory body 5 has the same length as the circular cylinder part 3 and leaves a gap between the circular cylinder part 3, which is suitable for being screwed into when a reaming blade 6 of the reaming bit is processed, and is used as a cutting space 7. In use, referring to fig. 3, the clamping portion 4 of the connector is clamped into the long hole portion of the lock head hole, so that the circular cylinder portion 3 of the connector is clamped into the circular portion of the lock head hole, even if the axis of the positioning hole 2 is parallel to the axis of the circular portion of the lock head hole, the clamping portion 4 connected with the circular cylinder portion 3 at this time, in particular, the appendage 5 of the clamping portion abuts against the side edge of the long hole portion of the lock head hole, so that the lock head Kong Kuo hole positioner is positioned in the lock head hole and keeps the positioning stable. Since the support bar 1 of the reaming means is connected to and held in position by the bearing 8 with the reaming positioner, the support bar 1 is held parallel to the axis of the bearing 8, i.e. the axis of rotation of the reamer bit is held parallel to the axis of the part of the circular cylinder of the reaming positioner, the reaming means can be held in position in operation with respect to the tapered end bore.
In an alternative embodiment, three bearings 8 are respectively disposed at two ends of the positioning hole 2 and in the middle of the positioning hole 2.
Alternatively, a clamping portion 4 may be used which does not require the appendage 5.
In addition, during operation, the tapered end hole expanding locator is not excluded from moving in the tapered end hole to be expanded under the action of pushing force along with the screwing of the hole expanding blade 6 into the door plate.
