Description

Integrated household garbage comprehensive separator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection equipment, in particular to an integrated household garbage comprehensive separator.
Background
Along with the general promotion of garbage classification in China, the cities meeting the conditions are tested first, garbage classification work is carried out, and at present, most cities classify garbage according to the 'quarter method' suggested by the Ministry of construction. The garbage classification is mainly a four-division method and comprises recyclable matters, harmful garbage, kitchen garbage and other garbage, wherein the other garbage is also called dry garbage and mainly comprises inorganic matters such as polluted cutlery boxes, plastic bags, paper, brick and tile residues and the like. Especially, along with the change of life style, more and more takeouts, disposable packaging cutlery boxes and the like appear, the proportion is higher and higher, and most of plastic and paper packages are good in primary product quality, but because the plastic and paper packages are polluted in the packaging process, the plastic and paper packages cannot be directly used as recycled materials for recycling, and most plastic and paper packages are classified into other garbage to be directly burned, so that resource waste is caused.
According to investigation, the proportion of various papers and plastics in mixed garbage in various cities in China is not lower than 20%, and after garbage classification, the proportion of the substances in other garbage is mainly higher than 50%. According to the related data, the utilization rate of the national municipal domestic waste resource reaches about 60% by the end of 2025. Therefore, in the disposal of the living garbage, how to increase the utilization ratio of renewable resources in the garbage, especially for the recycling of medium and low value renewable resources in the dry garbage, the separation of medium and low value renewable resources of paper and plastics which cannot be directly utilized in the garbage and the improvement of the utilization ratio of resources are urgent needs at present.
In the prior art, the mixed garbage is crushed and pulped after a plurality of screening procedures, namely, the crushed material is pretreated, and then pulp, plastics, inorganic matters and the like are respectively obtained through a subsequent fine separation process. For example, the pretreated slurry is separated by a pulp separation system and impurity removal to obtain pulp; separating out heavy matters such as inorganic matters and other materials from other components after separating paper pulp through a flotation process; then, other materials are subjected to the processes of winnowing and the like to obtain the plastic material. In the process, a plurality of devices are needed, and materials such as paper pulp, plastics, inorganic matters and the like can be separated through a plurality of complex procedures, so that the equipment investment is large, the occupied area is wide, the energy consumption is high, the efficiency is low, the garbage treatment cost is too high, and the garbage treatment process is difficult to popularize and apply well in actual production.
