Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: cooking body 10, lid assembly 20, temperature detection device 30 and control device.
The cooking body 10 includes a cooking container 101 for placing food to be processed, and a heating device 102 for heating 301 the cooking container 101. The cover assembly 20 has a tooth engaged with the cooking body 10, and a cooking cavity is defined between the cover assembly 20 and the cooking container 101 in a state where the cover assembly 20 is engaged with the cooking body 10. Wherein, the cover assembly 20 is detachably disposed on the cooking main body 10, or the cover assembly 20 is pivotally disposed on the cooking main body 10.
The temperature detecting device 30 is in contact with a wall of the cooking container 101 to detect the temperature of the cooking container. The control device is in communication with the temperature detection device 30 for obtaining the air pressure in the cooking cavity according to the detection result of the temperature detection device 30.
When the cooking appliance 100 starts to work, the heating device 102 heats the cooking container 101, the temperature of the cooking container 101 rises, the temperature detection device 30 can detect the temperature change of the outer wall surface of the cooking container 101, the detection result is transmitted to the control device, and the control device analyzes the temperature detection result to obtain the air pressure value in the cooking cavity. For example, the control device can convert the temperature value detected by the temperature detection device 30 into the air pressure value according to the geometric transformation principle of the temperature value and the air pressure value detected by the temperature detection device 30, and control the pressure in the cooking cavity, so that the cooking requirement is met, and the advantages of no electrification of the cover body assembly 20, simple assembly, long service life and the like are achieved.
Specifically, during cooking, as the temperature of the cooking container 101 increases, the steam in the cooking container 101 increases, and the air pressure in the cooking cavity increases. The temperature of the cooking container 101 is sensed by the temperature sensing device 30, the pressure change in the cooking container 101 can be known by analyzing the temperature change in the cooking container 101, and the heating device 102 is controlled by the control device to heat the cooking container 101 with different powers.
Thus, by detecting the temperature of the cooking container 101 and thereby knowing the change in pressure in the cooking container 101, there is no need to provide a pressure sensor as in the related art. It should be noted that, since the temperature change corresponding to the pressure is relatively small, the sensitivity of the temperature detection device 30 is required to be higher in order to make the detection result more accurate and sensitive.
According to the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by contacting the temperature detection device 30 with the wall of the cooking container 101, not only can the temperature change of the cooking container 101 in the whole cooking process be detected, and the air pressure in the cooking cavity can be obtained according to the detected temperature, but also the cover body assembly 20 can be ensured to have no power supply, the assembly is simple, and the detachable cleaning is realized.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, one end of the detection body 301 facing the cooking container 101 extends out of the thermal insulation part, and the length of the detection body 301 extending out of the thermal insulation part is 1mm to 5 mm.
For example, the length of the detection body 301 protruding outside the heat insulating part may be 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5 mm. The detection body 301 extends out of the heat insulation part towards one end of the cooking container 101, only one end of the detection body 301 is in contact with the wall of the cooking container 101, the detection body 301 can be prevented from being influenced by environmental heat in the temperature detection process, the length of the heat insulation part extending out of the detection body 301 is set to be 1mm-5mm, good contact between the detection body 301 and the cooking container 101 can be guaranteed, and the temperature of the cooking container 101 can be measured more accurately.
It should be noted that the length of the detection body 301 extending out of the thermal insulation portion is not too long to avoid the influence of the environmental heat. The extension length of the detection body 301 is not too short, so that poor contact with the cooking container 101 is avoided, and the temperature cannot be accurately measured.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, in some specific examples, the temperature detection device 30 includes a bracket 302 and an elastic member 303, the detection body 301 is disposed on the bracket 302, the detection body 301 is disposed on the cooking main body 10 through the bracket 302, and the elastic member 303 cooperates with the bracket 302 to normally push the detection body 301 against the wall of the cooking container 101.
To detect body 301 and support 302 assembly together, set up support 302 and detection body 301 on culinary art main part 10 again, can fix the position of detecting body 301 on culinary art main part 10, prevent when removing cooking utensil 100, make the position that detects body 301 take place to remove, influence the accuracy that the temperature detected, set up corresponding elastic component 303 simultaneously, through elastic component 303 and support 302 cooperation, elastic component 303 is used for promoting and detects body 301, make the one end of detecting body 301 end support with the wall of culinary art container 101, guarantee that the temperature detects and go on smoothly.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, at least a portion of the bracket 302 forms an insulating portion. For example, a part of the bracket 302 may be made of a heat insulating material, or the entire bracket 302 may be made of a heat insulating material.
Therefore, at least one part of the bracket 302 forms a heat insulation part, the bracket 302 can isolate the influence of the ambient heat on the temperature detection of the detection body 301, so that the detection result is more accurate, the loss of the bracket 302 in a high-temperature environment can be reduced, and the service life of the bracket 302 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 6, in some specific examples, a seal 3027 is provided between the holder 302 and the detection body 301, and the seal 3027 forms a heat insulating portion. By providing the seal 3027 between the holder and the detection body 301, the influence of the heating device 102 on the detection body 301 at the time of detecting the temperature is isolated by the seal 3027, while reducing the heat exchange between the holder 302 and the detection body 301.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some specific examples, the cooking body 10 further includes an outer pot 103, the cooking container 101 is disposed inside the outer pot 103, the heating device 102 is located between the outer pot 103 and the cooking container 101, and the elastic member 303 is fitted between the bracket 302 and the outer pot 103.
Wherein, the heating device 102 is disposed between the outer pot 103 and the cooking container 101, and the heating device 102 is in contact with the cooking container 101 for heating the cooking container 101. The elastic member 303 is engaged between the bracket 302 and the outer pot 103, so that the bracket 302 can be pushed to move in a direction away from the outer pot 13, and one end of the detection body 301 on the bracket 302 is prevented from abutting against the outer wall of the cooking container 101, thereby ensuring that temperature detection is performed smoothly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the bracket 302 is movably mounted on the bottom wall of the outer pot 103, the bracket 302 has a first position-limiting portion 3023, and the elastic member 303 is fitted between the first position-limiting portion 3023 and the bottom wall of the outer pot 103.
In the installation process, if the position of the bracket 302 deviates, the position of the bracket 302 can be adjusted as required, so that one end of the detection body 301 on the bracket 302 can be in contact with the bottom wall of the cooking container 101, and the temperature detection is ensured to be carried out smoothly. Meanwhile, when the detection body 301 is damaged, the bracket 302 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted. Through set up first spacing portion 3023 on the support to make the size of first spacing portion 3023 be greater than the size of elastic component 303, avoid the elastic component 303 size too big, break away from the cooperation with support 302, lead to unable to play location and impetus to detecting body 301.

Through setting up first spacing portion 3023, can carry on spacingly to elastic component 303, guarantee the accuracy that temperature-detecting device 30 detected the temperature.
As shown in fig. 4-6, in some specific examples, the bracket 302 is movably disposed between the bottom wall of the outer pot 103 and the heating device 102, wherein the bracket 302 has a second limiting portion 3026, and the second limiting portion 3026 is adapted to stop against the heating device 102, so as to limit the bracket 302 between the bottom wall of the outer pot 103 and the heating device 102, and ensure that one end of the detecting body 301 on the bracket 302 can stop against the cooking container 101, thereby preventing the bracket from moving the position of the detecting body 301 during the movement of the cooking container 101 and affecting the accuracy of temperature detection.
As shown in fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the cradle 302 includes a second cradle seat 3024 and a second cradle cover 3025, the second cradle cover 3025 being coupled to the second cradle seat 3024. The second holder cover 3025 extends from one end of the detection body 301 facing the cooking vessel 101, a sealing member 3027 is provided between the second holder cover 3025 and the detection body 301, and the sealing member 3027 forms a heat insulating part.
Thus, by connecting the second rack cover 3025 to the second rack holder 3024 and disposing the detection body 301 on the rack 302, the position of the detection body 301 can be fixed by the rack 302, and meanwhile, the detection body 301 extends out of the second rack cover 3025 towards one end of the cooking container 101 and abuts against the bottom wall of the cooking container 101 to detect the temperature change of the cooking container 101. By providing the sealing member 3027 between the second holder cover 3025 and the detection body 301, it is avoided that the heat conducted from the heating device 102 to the second holder cover 3025 affects the detection body 301, i.e. the detection body 301 is affected by the heating device 102 when detecting the bottom wall temperature of the cooking container 101, which results in an error in temperature detection.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the middle portion of the heating device 102 has an opening 1021 through which the detection probe of the detection body 301 passes, a second position-limiting portion 3026 is formed on the second holder base 3024 or the second holder cover 3025, and the second position-limiting portion 3026 is adapted to stop against an edge of the opening 1021. By arranging the second limiting part 3026 on the second holder base 3024 or the second holder cover 3025, the size of the second limiting part 3026 is larger than the size of the opening 1021 in the middle of the heating device 102, so that the second holder cover 3025 is limited, and the situation that the whole holder 302 passes through the heating device 102 and cannot fix the position of the holder 302 is avoided while the detection probe of the detection body 301 passes through the opening 1021.
A specific embodiment of a cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cooking container 101 includes: cooking body 10, lid assembly 20, temperature detection device 30 and control device.
The cooking body 10 includes a cooking container 101 and a heating device 102 for heating the cooking container 101. The cover assembly 20 is disposed above the cooking body 10, and a cooking cavity is defined between the cover assembly 20 and the cooking container 101 for placing food to be processed. The temperature detecting device 30 is disposed between the heating plate and the outer pot 103, and contacts with the bottom wall of the cooking container 101 to detect the temperature of the food material in the cooking cavity.
During cooking, the heating device 102 heats the cooking container 101, the temperature of the cooking container 101 increases, the temperature detecting device 30 detects the temperature change of the cooking container 101, a signal is sent to the control device, and the control device analyzes the temperature detection result of the temperature detecting device 30, so as to obtain the air pressure in the cooking cavity.
Wherein, the temperature detection device 30 includes: detection body 301, thermal-insulated portion, elastic component 303 and support 302. One end of the detection body 301 facing the cooking container 101 extends out of the heat insulation part, and the length of the detection body 301 extending out of the heat insulation part is 1mm-5 mm. The bracket 302 is provided with a bracket cover and a bracket seat, the detection body 301 is arranged on the bracket 302, and the elastic member 303 is matched with the bracket 302 to normally push the detection body 301 to abut against the wall of the cooking container 101, so as to ensure that the detection body 301 can detect the temperature change on the cooking container 101.
A control method of a cooking appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The cooking appliance comprises a cooking container, a cover assembly and a heating device, wherein the cover assembly is suitable for defining a cooking cavity with the cooking container, and the heating device is used for heating the cooking container. The cooking appliance further comprises a temperature detection device, the temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the cooking container, and the cooking appliance obtains the air pressure in the cooking cavity according to the detection result of the temperature detection device.
As shown in fig. 7, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1: controlling a heating device to heat the cooking container;
s2: controlling a temperature detection device to detect the temperature of the cooking container and acquiring the temperature rising speed of the cooking container;
s3: and comparing the temperature rising speed with a preset value, and controlling the heating device according to the comparison result.
Because the temperature detection device is used for measuring the temperature of the cooking container, namely the temperature detection device can directly measure the temperature of the wall of the cooking container, which is in contact with the temperature detection device, and the temperature of the wall of the cooking container is not the same as the actual temperature in the cooking cavity, and in addition, the detection result of the temperature detection device is influenced by the heating time of the heating device, when the temperature detection device detects the temperature of the wall of the cooking container, the heating device needs to be controlled to stop heating firstly, and temperature measurement is carried out after the heat of the heating device is dissipated, so that the temperature of the wall of the cooking container, which is detected by the temperature detection device, is close to or corresponds to the temperature in the cooking cavity, and the temperature in the cooking cavity is accurately detected.
It should be noted that the heating device may be disposed at the bottom of the cooking container, so as to achieve bottom heating, and the temperature detection device is disposed near the heating device, so that the temperature detection device may directly detect the bottom temperature of the cooking container, and of course, the heating device may also be disposed at the side of the cooking container, so as to achieve side heating, and the temperature detection device may directly detect the side temperature of the cooking container.
According to the control method of the cooking appliance, the acquired temperature rising speed of the cooking container is compared with the preset value, whether the water quantity in the cooking container is the first-level water quantity or the second-level water quantity can be judged, so that the influence degree of the heating device on the detection result of the temperature detection device is obtained, the heating device is controlled according to specific conditions, the influence of the heating device on the detection result of the temperature detection device is reduced as much as possible, namely the influence of the heating device on the obtained air pressure condition in the cooking cavity is reduced, and the condition that the direct heating air pressure is too high is prevented.
As shown in fig. 7 to 8, according to some embodiments of the present invention, acquiring a temperature rising speed of a cooking container includes:
s21: controlling a temperature detection device to detect that the temperature of the cooking container is a first temperature, and starting timing;
s22: when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the cooking container reaches a second temperature, timing is finished;
s23: calculating the temperature rising speed of the cooking container in the timing time period.
Specifically, in some examples, after the heating device heats the cooking container for a period of time, the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the cooking container is a first temperature T1, and starts timing to avoid the influence of the ambient temperature on the detection result, the temperature of the cooking container continues to rise as the heating device continues to heat the cooking container, and when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the cooking container rises to a second temperature T2, the timing is ended, and the timing time is recorded as T, so that the temperature rise speed N of the cooking container during the timing time is calculated, namely the temperature rise speed is equal to (T2-T1)/T.
In other examples, after the cooking appliance is started, the temperature detection device is controlled to detect the temperature of the cooking container, the temperature of the cooking container at the moment is recorded as a first temperature T1, the heating device is controlled to heat the cooking container, the timing is started, and then when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the cooking container reaches a second temperature T2, the timing is ended, the timing time is recorded as T, so that the temperature rising speed N of the cooking container in the timing time is calculated, namely the temperature rising speed is equal to (T2-T1)/T.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the controlling of the heating device according to the comparison result includes:
determining that the temperature rising speed is greater than a preset value, and controlling the heating device to continue heating until the temperature of the cooking container reaches a set temperature;
and determining that the temperature rising speed is less than or equal to a preset value, calculating the heating time required for the cooking container to be heated to the set temperature according to the temperature rising speed, and controlling the heating device to continue heating until the time for the heating device to continue heating reaches the heating time.
That is, when the obtained temperature rising speed is greater than the preset value, it is known that the water amount in the cooking container is the first-level water amount, and therefore, if the time required for the heating device to heat the water in the cooking container to the set temperature is long, the influence of the heating device on the detection result of the temperature detection device is large, and during the heating process of the heating device on the cooking container, the actual temperature rising speed of the cooking container is much greater than the temperature rising speed calculated in step S2, and therefore, if the heating device is controlled by using the heating time, the heating device may need to be heated repeatedly for reaching the working pressure. In this embodiment, the heating time of the heating device can be shortened by directly controlling the heating device at the set temperature, and the influence of the heating device on the detection result of the temperature detection device can be reduced.
When the obtained temperature rising speed is less than the preset value, the water quantity in the cooking container is known to be the second-level water quantity, so that the time required by the heating device to heat the water in the cooking container to the set temperature is short, the influence of the heating device on the detection result of the temperature detection device is small, in the embodiment, the heating device is controlled by the calculated heating time, the control of the pressure in the cooking cavity can be realized, and the condition that the direct heating air pressure is too high is avoided. Wherein the first level of water is greater than the second level of water.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments, after controlling the heating device to continue heating until the temperature of the cooking container reaches the set temperature, the method further includes: the heating device is controlled to intermittently heat so that the temperature of the cooking container is not higher than the set temperature.
Specifically, when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the portion of the cooking container is higher than the set temperature, the heating device is controlled to stop heating, and when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the cooking container is lower than the set temperature, the heating device is controlled to continue heating, so that the temperature of the cooking container is kept at a level not higher than the set temperature, and pressure control is realized.
In some examples, controlling the heating device to heat intermittently comprises: and controlling the heating device to intermittently heat until the temperature of the cooking container reaches the set temperature for the nth time.
For example, the heating device is controlled to continue heating, so that the temperature of the cooking container is increased from the second temperature T2 to the set temperature, then the heating device is controlled to stop heating, when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the cooking container is reduced and lower than the set temperature, the heating device is controlled to continue heating until the temperature of the cooking container reaches the set temperature again, in such a reciprocating manner, when the temperature of the cooking container reaches the set temperature for the nth time (for example, the 3 rd time), the working state of the cooking appliance is displayed, that is, the air pressure in the cooking cavity reaches the working pressure (for example, 40Kpa), the cooking countdown is started, and when the countdown is completed, the cooking stage is completed.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments, after controlling the heating device to continue heating until the time for which the heating device continues heating reaches the heating time, the method further includes:
determining that the current temperature of the cooking container is less than the set temperature, recalculating the heating time required for heating the cooking container to the set temperature according to the temperature rising speed, and controlling the heating device to continue heating until the time for continuing heating of the heating device reaches the recalculated heating time;
and determining that the current temperature of the cooking container is greater than or equal to the set temperature, and controlling the heating device to stop heating.
Specifically, after the heating device heats the temperature of the cooking container from the second temperature T2 to the heating time for the first calculated heating time, when the temperature detection device detects that the current temperature of the cooking container is less than the set temperature, the time required for the heating device to heat the temperature of the cooking container from the current temperature to the set temperature is recalculated according to the temperature rise speed, and then the heating device is controlled to continue heating until the time for the heating device to continue heating reaches the recalculated heating time. When the temperature detection device detects that the current temperature of the cooking container does not rise any more and is higher than the set temperature, the working state of the cooking appliance is displayed, namely the air pressure in the cooking cavity reaches the working pressure (for example 40Kpa), the cooking countdown is started, and after the countdown is finished, the cooking stage is finished.
In some embodiments, the set temperature is 75 ℃ to 85 ℃. For example, the set temperature may be 75 ℃, 78 ℃, 80 ℃, 82 ℃, or 85 ℃.
