the opening mechanism (11) comprises: the cleaning device comprises a first movable plate (111), first guide rods (112), first springs (113) and handles (114), wherein the first guide rods (112) are arranged on two sides of a cleaning frame (4), the first movable plate (111) is connected between the first guide rods (112) in a sliding mode, the handles (114) are connected on one side of the first movable plate (111), and the first springs (113) are connected between the first movable plate (111) and the first guide rods (112);
