The intelligent control platform combining the eagle eye error prevention is characterized by comprising a data interface module, a data center module, a basic management platform, the eagle eye error prevention intelligent control platform and a user UI module; the data interface module comprises DBLINK, JDBC, ETL tools and WEB Service, the data center module comprises basic data, operation ticket data and media files, the basic management platform comprises a permission component, an organization component, a personnel component, a graphic component, a message component, a workflow component, a report component, spring, springMVC, myBatis, workFlow, shiro, CXF and Quartz, the eagle eye anti-misoperation intelligent management and control platform comprises a home page, operation ticket management, real-time monitoring, alarm inquiry, operation process backtracking, system management and mobile transmission functions, and the user UI module comprises HTML, jquery easyUI, javaScript, CSS and APP;
the intelligent management and control platform is used for realizing the management, intelligent monitoring, abnormal alarming, violation snapshot, operation process backtracking, equipment management and system maintenance of the operation ticket of the energy plant, providing basic application of a data interface, a network and a safety framework of the existing operation ticket system of the power plant, acquiring, issuing and backtransmitting the operation ticket, realizing the intelligent implantation of the two-dimension code and controlling the background of real-time audio and video; the intelligent control platform provides a real-time early warning and alarming function for the illegal behaviors; providing a video display function, and displaying all video images in a power distribution room on a large screen in a centralized control room in real time; the intelligent control platform realizes real-time snapshot of personnel entering and exiting an important area of the distribution room, realizes post-hoc retrospective query, supports retrieval and check of snapshot information, and avoids illegal personnel from intruding; carrying out statistical analysis on the violation snapshot record;
the intelligent control platform has the following working contents:
1) The intelligent image-text recognition technology is adopted to realize intelligent image-text recognition of the SAP system operation ticket by adopting a sliding screenshot mode at the PC end, and the corresponding operation ticket is automatically acquired and generated in the system;
2) Through real-time network communication, the functions of remote monitoring, video monitoring, voice communication, video communication, trunking intercom, instant messaging, file sharing, remote support assistance, video pushing, positioning and electronic fence in the operation process are realized, the execution of each step is supervised, real-time instructions can be sent to the site, and the misoperation risk is reduced through the network voice communication with site staff;
3) By utilizing the advantages of photographing, scanning and recording hardware of the mobile application terminal, the functions of monitoring, video monitoring, voice communication, video communication, trunking intercom, instant messaging, file sharing, remote support assistance, video pushing, positioning, electronic fence and face recognition with a background can be realized after the mobile application terminal is connected with a network, all the devices realize two-dimension code identity cards, the identity cards correspond to the cameras, the two-dimension code scanning starts the short video recording of the cameras, and the related operation ticket flow recording of video recording is realized, so that the resource traceability is realized;
4) The system safety is enhanced by adopting a mode of combining an electronic signature with a handwriting signature, and the proxy signature is prevented;
5) Backtracking the history record and analyzing the history operation process;
6) Monitoring and alarming the power distribution room in real time by utilizing image recognition and electronic fence technology;
7) The method comprises the steps that law enforcement recorder equipment registration management is completed through a platform, and the law enforcement recorder equipment under an access platform is automatically connected to a monitoring system and works normally to perform remote real-time monitoring, voice communication, video communication, trunking intercom, instant messaging, face recognition, safety helmet recognition, voice control, video playback, remote video downloading and historical data playback;
(1) System management
The intelligent management and control platform of the energy station provides perfect system management functions, not only can realize distributed management on equipment and application functions of the whole system, but also can assist each service module to realize the functions thereof, thereby realizing unified management and cooperative work of the system and being convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to monitor and manage the running condition of the system; the system comprises nodes, applications, processes, networks, resource monitoring, clocks, logs, timing tasks, CASE and backup/recovery management function modules, and the system also provides corresponding maintenance tools for perfecting the system and improving the availability and the operation efficiency of the system;
(2) Real-time database
The real-time database (RTDB) has extremely important status in the energy station management and control platform, and stores the system architecture, equipment parameters, real-time acquisition data and calculation result information in a memory in a structured mode, so that the requirements of each application function on high-speed access of massive real-time data are fully met; the real-time database not only provides a high-speed data exchange mechanism for application functions, but also provides a management function for key data of system operation, and forms a data core of the whole system together with the history database;
the real-time databases are distributed in a plurality of servers of the energy station management and control platform according to the requirement of application functions, and the real-time databases deployed in different servers are uniformly coordinated and managed; the functions of the real-time database comprise data creation, maintenance, verification, browsing, synchronization and replication, and the system provides a set of real-time database access interfaces, including opening/closing of a table, addition/deletion/modification of a record and reading/writing of attributes, and is used for programming various applications;
(3) Model management
The intelligent management and control platform of the energy station has a perfect model management function, and the managed objects comprise the connection topological relation of the energy station equipment, an energy station auxiliary system and a grid-connected model; in the transverse direction, the system has the functions of model information checksum extraction, distribution storage and unified management, and graph model library integrated modeling and maintenance; in the longitudinal direction, the functions of building, splicing, synchronizing and maintaining various models of the energy station are provided; the support platform provides a packaged model service and a series of commands and interface tools to realize the functions; aiming at different source model data, the intelligent management and control platform master station adopts different data transmission, integration and storage strategies to realize unified management of each system data based on the energy source station core model; the platform model comprises related information acquired through the inspection system and the remote inspection auxiliary system, so that centralized storage, inquiry, display and report generation of energy station management and control information are facilitated;
(4) Historical data management
Historical data in the intelligent energy station management and control platform is derived from periodic sampling of real-time data of equipment, wherein the periodic sampling comprises voltage, current, rotating speed, power, temperature and humidity data of an equipment model, the sampling period can be divided into different types of 5 minutes, 1 minute, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 1 second and 5 seconds, and the sampling of a self-defined period is supported; the history data management can be used for importing and exporting the history data according to different modes of time, users and data tables, and can be used for accessing stored history data according to data types or time, and displaying the stored history data in the forms of curves, tables and human-computer interfaces; in addition, the method also supports further statistics, analysis and accumulation processing of the historical data by using an external language interface program or a stored process;
(5) Graphics management
The intelligent management and control platform of the energy station provides a unified graphic editor, a graphic browser and a Web publishing function; the graphic editor provides drawing and equipment association foundation drawing functions, supports newly adding or modifying equipment models on graphics, and can automatically store the equipment models in an equipment library, so that the integration of the drawing, the modeling and the library is realized; the graphic browser can display a factory station wiring diagram and an interval diagram, can directly acquire related equipment parameters, real-time data and historical data information on the graphic, and can perform various operations in a right-key menu mode; the graphic browser supports a composite window technology and can display the picture content information from multiple angles; the system supports to access various graphs in a WEB browser mode, and the display effect of the system is completely the same as that of the graph browser; in the aspect of authority control, the method can configure the read-write authority of a certain graphic file for different users, and has the authority control functions of user operation and complete gray display of menu items;
(6) Alarm management
The intelligent management and control platform has an alarm management function, can provide recording, storing, inquiring, analyzing and printing services of alarm information, and can process alarms and events by calling the services; the alarm management comprises an alarm client, an alarm service, an alarm inquiry and alarm definition interface tool; the functions of the various alarm tools are respectively: the alarm client can display the alarm behavior notified by the service background process; the alarm service can uniformly process alarms and events of various applications and send alarm information in the forms of pictures, voice or short messages; the alarm inquiry interface can inquire the history alarm information; the alarm definition interface can realize online or offline adjustment of an alarm mode;
(7) Rights management
The intelligent management and control platform has perfect authority management function, the system security is divided into a function, a role, a user, a group and a special attribute 5-type authority main body, the user is granted with different authorities, and the user with corresponding authorities can perform corresponding operation; the roles in the authority management are divided into four types, namely a system manager, a security manager, an audit manager and an application manager, wherein the system manager is used for adding and deleting functions, special attributes, roles, users and group authority bodies, the security manager is used for modifying the definitions of the functions, the special attributes, the roles, the users and the group authority bodies, the audit manager is used for checking authority related operation logs, the application manager is used for authority management of various specific applications, and the system manager can be further divided into roles of a dispatcher, automatic maintenance and automatic operation application manager; the authority adopts a multi-level management mode, only a system administrator can add and delete users, and only a security administrator can modify the users;
(8) Message management
The intelligent management and control platform has the functions of service bus management and message management; the method adopts an SOA structure, shields a specific method for realizing the bottom communication technology and application processing required by data exchange, provides service registration, release, request, subscription, confirmation and response information interaction mechanisms for application functions in an interface function mode, and has service inquiry and monitoring management functions; the message bus provides support for information transmission among processes, provides registration/withdrawal, sending, receiving, subscribing and publishing functions of information for various application functions in the form of an interface function, supports two modes based on UDP and TCP, and the transmission modes comprise point-to-point, broadcasting and multicasting modes, are suitable for one-to-one information exchange conditions and one-to-many conditions, and are used for rapidly transmitting various real-time data.
