本发明涉及智能监测技术领域,尤其是面向工业用户的智能监测***及方法。
背景技术
当进行有序用电时,电力***的用电信息采集***平台监测用户负荷时数据存在延迟,实时数据需要召测并导出数据,再人工与所限负荷值进行比对。当工业用户发生超负荷运行时,只能人工告知其降负荷。对大型工业用户而言,没有决策依据,不能较好地分配各个车间的使用负荷。
现有技术的缺点:
(1)现有用户用电信息采集***及时性、针对性无法满足工业用户的发展需求。用电信息采集***处理数据庞大,数据传输及汇总存在延时问题,
(2)用电信息采集***仅可反映采集点数据,未细分企业的各个区域(车间)的用电情况,无法为企业用电提供有针对性用能管理的决策依据。
(3)社会电工从业人员普遍无法满足供电单位对工业用户规划的有序节能用电管理需求,存在电力能源供需与配置情况协调不一致、安全预警与过量生产存在时间差等问题,在一定程度上将会导致电力供需失衡,造成电力供需紧缺压力。
发明内容
本发明提出面向工业用户的智能监测***及方法,能为企业内部制定分时、有序用电的最佳方案提供决策依据,同时在负荷超过预警值时提示工业用户降低负荷。

所述数据链路包括RS-485转TTL串口转换器。
所述多功能电力仪表采集的数据包括:电压、电流、电量、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数;电能质量检测仪采集的数据包括:谐波、电压电流不平衡度、波形。
所述控制台包括短信模块;所述短信模块把用电负荷数据以短信方式发送给管理人员;所述控制台包括WIFI模块;所述WIFI模块把用电负荷数据实时发送至管理人员的手机APP;所述控制台经光纤以太网把负荷使用情况数据、设备能耗数据、电能质量数据存储至数据库,并通过WIFI模块把数据无线传输至云平台。

(3)声光联动警报装置:警报装置可作为第一道预警防线,企业用户以所发出的声和光为预警信号从而采取紧急措施降低用电负荷,节省以社会电工从业人员为主的现场预警措施的一次人工成本。
(4)监测***内部配有漏电保护传感器,可以监测漏电情况并及时反馈。针对监测***的电源进行了电气隔离,防止在裸露导体故障带点情况下发生间接触电危险。
(5)为了提高***的可靠性,在数据采集电路和远程传输电路中都设计了光耦隔离电路;采用集成看门狗芯片,将其复位输出端直接与***各芯片的复位端相连,在上电、掉电、电源跌落过程中,实现可靠复位,同时当程序跑飞时,及时实现自动复位,减小数据错误的可能性。
(6)本发明是面向工业用户的负荷监测***,通过对企业工厂的各个空间位置调研,选择无遮挡、视野广的高侧位置设置显示装置,能更直观通过屏幕定点监测,从而在一定程度上避免了无关人员误触碰导致的后果。

面向工业用户的智能监测***,用于以上所述的智能监测方法,所述智能监测***包括多个设于工业用户配电柜处以采集数据的采集装置;所述采集装置的采集数据通过数据链路传输至控制台;所述采集装置包括多功能电力仪表和电能质量检测仪;所述工业用户配电柜包括主柜1和车间分柜2;主柜处的采集装置用于采集工业用户总的用电负荷;车间分柜处的采集装置用于采集各个车间的用电负荷。
所述数据链路包括RS-485转TTL串口转换器。
所述多功能电力仪表采集的数据包括:电压、电流、电量、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数;电能质量检测仪采集的数据包括:谐波、电压电流不平衡度、波形。
所述控制台包括短信模块;所述短信模块把用电负荷数据以短信方式发送给管理人员;所述控制台包括WIFI模块;所述WIFI模块把用电负荷数据实时发送至管理人员的手机APP6;所述控制台经光纤以太网把负荷使用情况数据、设备能耗数据、电能质量数据存储至数据库5,并通过WIFI模块把数据无线传输至云平台7。
所述短信模块包括GMS/GPRS模块SIM800C;所述WIFI模块包括ESP8266。
所述采集装置的数据采集电路、远程传输电路内均设有光耦隔离电路。

实施例:
本例中,通过在工业用户配电柜(主柜+车间分柜)上安装多功能电力仪表和电能质量检测仪来采集数据,采集装置通过RS-485转TTL串口转换器将数据传输到主控芯片STM32进行分析处理。
本发明的数据采集通讯链路基于RS485的串口通信程序设计,其具有双向、均衡传输、支持多点连接的特点,可以创建最多32个节点的网络,传输距离最长约1200m,抗干扰能力强;所采用的RS485接口组成半双工网络,采用屏蔽双绞的两线制传输,采用的是主、从通信方式,即一个主机带多个从机。
在本发明运行时,只有负荷使用情况数据是通过GMS/GPRS模块SIM800C以短信方式告知工业用户,或者通过WIFI模块ESP8266以无线通信形式传输到手机app供用户实时查看,从而能够准确规划用电负荷。其它的负荷使用情况、设备能耗,电能质量三种数据通过光纤以太网存储到数据库服务器,并可由wifi模块无线传输至云平台。
当使用负荷超过统筹安排该工业用户的负荷时,触发声光联动报警装置提醒用户降低负荷,并且通过用户监测终端可以知道总路与各分路的负荷使用情况,为企业用电提供有针对性的决策依据。同时还配有大型显示屏置于用户车间,方便用户实时查看。

Claims (10)

1.面向工业用户的智能监测方法,用于对工业用户用电情况的有序性进行评估,其特征在于:所述监测方法以主监测链路监测工业用户的用电总负荷,以分监测链路监测工业用户内部各个主要用电单位的用电负荷;所述主监测链路、分监测链路的监测数据传送至工业用户的控制台和管理人员的移动终端,当主监测链路的监测数据或分监测链路的监测数据超出预警阈值时,所述控制台、移动终端提示告警信息,通知管理人员降低用电负荷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面向工业用户的智能监测方法,其特征在于:所述工业用户内部各个主要用电单位为工业用户企业内部的各个车间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的面向工业用户的智能监测方法,其特征在于:所述主监测链路为一条,对应工业用户的总路负荷;分监测链路为N条,对应该工业用户N个车间的分路负荷;所述监测数据可作为工业用户制定分时、有序的用电方案时的决策依据;

4.面向工业用户的智能监测***,用于权利要求3所述的智能监测方法,其特征在于:所述智能监测***包括多个设于工业用户配电柜处以采集数据的采集装置;所述采集装置的采集数据通过数据链路传输至控制台;所述采集装置包括多功能电力仪表和电能质量检测仪;所述工业用户配电柜包括主柜和车间分柜;主柜处的采集装置用于采集工业用户总的用电负荷;车间分柜处的采集装置用于采集各个车间的用电负荷。
