a BCM (Body control module) 9 that CAN communicate with an ICC (Intelligent computing center) 10 through a Body CAN (Controller Area Network);
a rear tail lamp controller 7 that CAN communicate with a BCM (Body control module) 9 through a Body CAN and with an ICC (Intelligent computing center) 10 through an ethernet network;
a center console controller 8 that CAN communicate with a BCM (Body control module) 10 through a Body CAN and with an ICC (Intelligent computing center) 10 through an ethernet;
a rear tail lamp controller 7 which CAN realize communication with the rear tail lamp 4 through a Local CAN;
and the central control screen controller 8 CAN realize communication with the central control screen 5 through a Local CAN.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a light warning apparatus for driver's driving abnormal behavior, wherein the apparatus comprises:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a facial feature image of a driver in real time and transmitting key information extracted from the driver facial image acquired in real time to the control module;
the control module is used for analyzing and processing key information in the facial feature image of the driver to judge whether the driver has abnormal driving behavior, and sending an opening instruction of a warning function to the warning module by combining the driving state of the vehicle when the control module judges that the driver has the abnormal driving behavior;
and the warning module is used for sending a warning signal based on the opening instruction of the warning function.
Further, in the above device, the warning module includes:
the rear tail lamp is used for sending a starting double-flash function and displaying a warning light pattern based on a starting instruction of the warning function;
and the central control screen is used for displaying a signal of a double-flash function opening and warning light type patterns on the basis of the opening instruction of the warning function and synchronizing the signal with the rear tail lamp.
Further, in the above device, the key information in the facial feature image of the driver includes:
the open and closed state of the driver's eyes, the frequency of blinking, and the change in the position of the driver's face.
Further, in the above device, the information collecting module includes:
the camera is used for acquiring a facial feature image of a driver in real time and transmitting the acquired facial feature image of the driver in real time to the intelligent cabin domain controller;
and the intelligent cabin domain controller is used for transmitting key information extracted from the driver face image acquired in real time to the intelligent computation domain controller of the control module.
Further, in the above device, the control module includes:
the vehicle body control module is used for monitoring the running state of the vehicle in real time;
the intelligent computing domain controller is used for analyzing and processing key information in the facial feature image of the driver to judge whether the driver drives abnormally or not; when the driver is judged to have abnormal behavior in driving, the vehicle running state of the vehicle monitored by the vehicle body control module in real time in the read control module is combined, and an opening instruction of the warning function is sent to the warning module.
Further, in the above device, the smart domain controller is further configured to, when it is determined that the driver has an abnormal behavior, read a driving state of the vehicle monitored in real time by the vehicle body control module in the control module, and send an instruction to turn on the warning function to the warning module if the driving state of the vehicle monitored in real time is that the driving speed of the vehicle is not 0 or the driving speed of the vehicle is 0 but the gear of the vehicle is not in the P range.
Further, in the above device, the intelligent computing area controller is configured to send a start instruction of the warning function to the rear lamp through a rear lamp controller of the control module; and the starting instruction is used for sending the warning function to the central control screen through the central control screen controller.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon, the computer readable instructions being executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an apparatus for information processing at a network device, the apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
The details of each device embodiment of the present invention may specifically refer to the corresponding parts of each method embodiment, and are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.
It should be noted that the present invention may be implemented in software and/or in a combination of software and hardware, for example, as an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a general purpose computer or any other similar hardware device. In one embodiment, the software program of the present invention may be executed by a processor to implement the steps or functions described above. Also, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present invention can be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Further, some of the steps or functions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
In addition, some of the present invention can be applied as a computer program product, such as computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, can invoke or provide the method and/or technical solution according to the present invention through the operation of the computer. Program instructions which invoke the methods of the present invention may be stored on a fixed or removable recording medium and/or transmitted via a data stream on a broadcast or other signal-bearing medium and/or stored within a working memory of a computer device operating in accordance with the program instructions. An embodiment according to the invention comprises an apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform a method and/or solution according to embodiments of the invention as described above.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. Claims (16)

1. The light warning method for the abnormal driving behavior of the driver comprises the following steps:
the information acquisition module acquires facial feature images of a driver in real time and transmits key information extracted from the driver facial images acquired in real time to the control module;
the control module analyzes and processes key information in the facial feature image of the driver to judge whether the driver has abnormal behavior during driving, and when the control module judges that the driver has abnormal behavior during driving, the control module sends an opening instruction of a warning function to the warning module in combination with the driving state of the vehicle;
the warning module sends out a warning signal based on the opening instruction of the warning function.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the warning module sends out a warning signal based on the opening instruction of the warning function, comprising:
the rear tail lamp of the warning module sends a double-flash starting function and displays warning light patterns based on a starting instruction of the warning function;
the well accuse screen of warning module is based on warning function's opening instruction, in step with back tail lamp shows that the signal of opening and warning light type pattern is dodged to the function.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the key information in the driver's facial feature image comprises:
the open and closed state of the driver's eyes, the frequency of blinking, and the change in the position of the driver's face.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the information collecting module collects the facial feature image of the driver in real time and transmits the key information extracted from the driver facial image collected in real time to the control module, comprising:
the camera of the information acquisition module acquires facial feature images of a driver in real time and transmits the acquired facial images of the driver in real time to the intelligent cabin area controller;
and the intelligent cabin domain controller transmits key information extracted from the driver face image acquired in real time to the intelligent computing domain controller of the control module.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of the control module analyzing and processing the key information in the facial feature image of the driver to determine whether the driver is driving abnormally or not, and when the control module determines that the driver is driving abnormally, the control module sending an instruction for activating the warning function to the warning module in combination with the driving state of the vehicle comprises:
an intelligent computing domain controller of the control module analyzes and processes key information in the facial feature image of the driver to obtain judgment whether the driver drives abnormally or not;
when the intelligent computing domain controller judges that the driver drives abnormally, the intelligent computing domain controller is combined with the vehicle running state which is monitored by the vehicle body control module in the read control module in real time, and sends an opening instruction of a warning function to the warning module.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the smart domain controller determines that the driver has abnormal behavior, the smart domain controller sends an instruction for turning on the warning function to the warning module in conjunction with the read driving state of the vehicle monitored by the body control module in real time in the control module, comprising:
when the intelligent computing domain controller judges that the driver has abnormal behavior, the intelligent computing domain controller reads the running state of the vehicle monitored by the vehicle body control module in the control module in real time,
and if the running state of the vehicle monitored in real time is that the running speed of the vehicle is not 0 or the running speed of the vehicle is 0 but the gear of the vehicle is not in the P gear, the intelligent computation domain controller sends an opening instruction of the warning function to the warning module.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the smart domain controller sending an alert function enable instruction to the alert module comprises:
the intelligent computation domain controller sends a starting instruction of a warning function to a rear tail lamp through a rear tail lamp controller of the control module;
and the intelligent computing domain controller sends an opening instruction of the warning function to the central control screen through the central control screen controller.
8. Driver drives light warning equipment of unusual action, wherein, this equipment includes:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a facial feature image of a driver in real time and transmitting key information extracted from the driver facial image acquired in real time to the control module;
the control module is used for analyzing and processing key information in the facial feature image of the driver to judge whether the driver has abnormal driving behavior, and sending an opening instruction of a warning function to the warning module by combining the driving state of the vehicle when the control module judges that the driver has the abnormal driving behavior;
and the warning module is used for sending a warning signal based on the opening instruction of the warning function.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the alert module comprises:
the rear tail lamp is used for sending a starting double-flash function and displaying a warning light pattern based on a starting instruction of the warning function;
and the central control screen is used for displaying a signal of a double-flash function opening and warning light type patterns on the basis of the opening instruction of the warning function and synchronizing the signal with the rear tail lamp.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the key information in the driver's facial feature image comprises:
the open and closed state of the driver's eyes, the frequency of blinking, and the change in the position of the driver's face.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the information collection module comprises:
the camera is used for acquiring a facial feature image of a driver in real time and transmitting the acquired facial feature image of the driver in real time to the intelligent cabin domain controller;
and the intelligent cabin domain controller is used for transmitting key information extracted from the driver face image acquired in real time to the intelligent computation domain controller of the control module.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the control module comprises:
the vehicle body control module is used for monitoring the running state of the vehicle in real time;
the intelligent computing domain controller is used for analyzing and processing key information in the facial feature image of the driver to judge whether the driver drives abnormally or not; when the driver is judged to have abnormal behavior in driving, the vehicle running state of the vehicle monitored by the vehicle body control module in real time in the read control module is combined, and an opening instruction of the warning function is sent to the warning module.
13. The device of claim 12, wherein the smart domain controller is further configured to read a driving state of the vehicle monitored by the vehicle body control module in real time in the control module when it is determined that the driver drives the vehicle with an abnormal behavior, and send an instruction to turn on the warning function to the warning module if the driving state of the vehicle monitored in real time is that the driving speed of the vehicle is not 0 or the driving speed of the vehicle is 0 but the gear position of the vehicle is not in the P range.

The device of claim 12, wherein the smart domain controller is configured to send an instruction for turning on the warning function to the rear lamp through the rear lamp controller of the control module; and the starting instruction is used for sending the warning function to the central control screen through the central control screen controller.
15. A computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon which are executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
16. An apparatus for information processing at a network device, the apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
