Description

Electret master batch and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electret master batches, and particularly relates to an electret master batch, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The common melt-blown polypropylene material has shorter static holding time and poorer ageing resistance, and the addition of electret material to the melt-blown polypropylene material for maintaining long static adsorption effect is one of the main methods in the industry at present.
The water flow friction melt-blown cloth is used for charging, so that the electrostatic adsorption capacity is achieved, particulate matters and viruses in the air can be filtered, and the electrostatic adsorption type air filter has been widely applied to respiratory protection and filtering materials. The electret effect can be improved by adding inorganic powder or rosin and wax substances, but the polypropylene electret material obtained by the prior art can have obvious charge attenuation under high-temperature and high-humidity environment, so that the electret durability is poor, and the filtration efficiency is reduced.
