In this embodiment, when the two packaging materials 1 (the bottom cover packaging material 1a and the top cover packaging material 1b) are used to form the bottom cover 6 and the top cover 7 of the open box, respectively, the number of the process grooves 11 is four, including the two transverse process grooves 11 and the two longitudinal process grooves 11. As shown in the first step of the left diagram of fig. 2, there are 4 dotted lines, 2 dotted lines in the horizontal direction represent two horizontal process grooves, and 2 dotted lines in the vertical direction represent two vertical process grooves along which the wrapping material needs to be pre-folded and hemmed; as can be seen from this figure, the bottom cover sheet 1a or the top cover sheet 1b corresponds to the sheet 1, and the sheet 1 has a rectangular main surface region 12 and four side surface regions 131, 132, 133, 134 extending from four sides of the main surface region 12, respectively, and the main surface region 12 and the four side surface regions 131, 132, 133, 134 are separated but not separated. In other embodiments, when the bottom surface of the box shape to be formed is hexagonal, six process grooves 11 are generally arranged on the packing material 1; when the bottom surface of the box shape to be formed is octagonal, eight process grooves 11 are generally provided in the packing material 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the pre-folding step, the planar packaging material 1 to be processed is pre-folded, and the plurality of side areas 13 are simultaneously folded so that the planar packaging material 1 is pre-folded along the process grooves 11, thereby releasing the stress on the plurality of process grooves 11 of the packaging material 1. Specifically, in one embodiment, a limiting structure 2 and a movable pre-folding mechanism 4 are provided, the packaging material 1 is placed at the limiting structure 2 to limit and support the plurality of side areas 13, the pre-folding mechanism 4 is moved towards the main area 12 and presses the main area 12, and the plurality of side areas 13 are simultaneously folded towards the direction opposite to the moving direction of the pre-folding mechanism 4 (such as the direction of L1 in fig. 3) so that the planar packaging material 1 is pre-folded along the process groove 11. As shown in fig. 4, the limiting structure 2 may be a concave groove with an upward opening, the pre-folding mechanism 4 is a convex mold, the package material 1 is first positioned on the opening of the concave groove, at this time, the opening is directly opposite to the main surface region 12, the plurality of side surface regions 13 are supported on the upper edge of the concave groove, and then the pre-folding mechanism 4 is moved downward opposite to the main surface region 12 and presses the main surface region 12, so that the whole package material 1 enters the concave groove, and at this time, the plurality of side surface regions 13 are simultaneously folded upward, so that the planar package material 1 is pre-folded along the plurality of process grooves 11. I.e. against the main area 12, to allow passive folding of the side areas 13. As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment, a fixing platform 3 and a pressing block (not shown) are provided to fix the main surface region 12, and a pre-folding mechanism 4 is provided to move the pre-folding mechanism 4 toward the plurality of side surface regions 13 and press the plurality of side surface regions 13 at the same time, so that the plurality of side surface regions 13 are folded at the same time in the same direction as the moving direction of the pre-folding mechanism 4 (the direction of L2 in the figure), so that the planar wrapping material 1 is pre-folded along the process groove 11. Namely, the operation is performed against the plurality of side regions 13, and the plurality of side regions 13 are directly folded. The way that a plurality of side areas 13 are turned over simultaneously saves time and is easy to control. As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the pre-folding mechanism 4 is a plurality of blades, the main surface region 12 is fixed on the fixed platform 3, the pre-folding mechanism 4 is disposed around the fixed platform 3 and below the plurality of side surface regions 13, and a vertical upward force is applied to the pre-folding mechanism 4, so that the pre-folding mechanism 4 upwardly folds the plurality of side surface regions 13, and when the plurality of blades move simultaneously, the plurality of side surface regions 13 are simultaneously folded. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a fixing platform 3 and a pressing block (not shown) are provided to fix the main surface area 12, and a pre-folding mechanism 4 is provided, wherein the pre-folding mechanism 4 is a folding roller which moves upwards to fold the side surface area. As shown in fig. 8, in another embodiment, the pre-folding mechanism 4 includes a fixed portion (not numbered) and a movable folding portion (not numbered) connected to the periphery of the fixed portion, the wrapping material 1 is positioned above the pre-folding mechanism 4, and the pre-folding mechanism 4 is controlled to rotate the movable folding portion upward to drive the side area 13 to fold upward; when the movable folding portions around are rotated simultaneously, the plurality of side areas 13 are folded simultaneously.
In another embodiment, the pre-folding step includes sequentially pre-folding the side areas 13, and sequentially folding the side areas 13 so that the planar packaging material 1 is pre-folded along the process groove 11. The pre-folding step is suitable for the condition that the heights of a plurality of the face areas after being folded and formed are different, and the face areas are suitable for being made into special boxes. And controlling a plurality of moving parts (such as a scraper knife, a movable turning part and a folding roller) of the pre-folding mechanism 4 to move in sequence, so that a plurality of side areas 13 are turned in sequence.
In another embodiment, the plurality of side areas 13 are divided into a plurality of side areas 13 aligned in the transverse direction and a plurality of side areas 13 aligned in the longitudinal direction, as shown in fig. 2, the side areas 131 and 133 are the side areas aligned in the transverse direction, and the side areas 132 and 134 are the side areas aligned in the longitudinal direction. At this time, the pre-folding step includes performing pre-folding processing simultaneously on the side areas 131 and 133 aligned in the transverse direction, and then performing pre-folding processing simultaneously on the side areas 132 and 134 aligned in the longitudinal direction, so that the plurality of side areas 13 are folded twice and pre-folded along the process groove 11. Two opposite moving parts (such as a scraper knife, a movable folding part and a folding roller) in the plurality of moving parts of the pre-folding mechanism 4 are adjusted to be in step adjustment or made into a linkage part, and the two opposite moving parts in the pre-folding mechanism 4 are sequentially controlled to move simultaneously, so that the plurality of side areas 13 are folded twice to pre-fold the packing material 1 along the process groove 11.
The second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a method of preparing an open box comprising an upwardly open bottom cover and a downwardly open top cover, comprising the steps of:
s1: bottom cover feeding: providing a bottom cover packaging material 1a, wherein the bottom cover packaging material 1a is planar, a plurality of process grooves 11 are formed in the bottom cover packaging material 1a, and the process grooves 11 divide the bottom cover packaging material 1a into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area;
s2: bottom cover molding, namely, applying the packaging material molding method of the packaging box to upwards fold the bottom cover packaging material 1a to form a molded bottom cover 6; in the step of flanging, a surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 is provided to perform flanging forming processing on the pre-folded bottom cover wrapping material 1a, so that the bottom cover wrapping material 1a is subjected to flanging forming along the process groove again, and the surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 is accommodated in the bottom cover;
and S3, assembling with the top cover: providing a top cover packaging material 1b, wherein the top cover packaging material 1b is matched with the surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 for molding and is arranged at the opening end of the bottom cover;
s4, assembling the outer surface paper 8 with the surface paper, and sticking and coating the outer surface paper on the outer walls of the top cover and the bottom cover to form a closed box 81; s5, opening the box and taking out the mould, opening the closed box 81 along the joint of the top cover and the bottom cover and taking out the inner mould 92 in the box.
By adopting the design, the forming method of the packing material 1 is mainly applied to the method for preparing the open box, the technical problem of wire drawing at the butt joint of the top cover 7 and the bottom cover 6 of the packing box is solved, and the yield of the open box is higher.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 10, there is provided another method for preparing an open box including a bottom cover opened upward and a top cover opened downward, comprising the steps of:
s1: bottom cover feeding: providing a bottom cover packaging material 1a, wherein the bottom cover packaging material 1a is planar, and a plurality of process grooves are arranged on the bottom cover packaging material 1a, and divide the bottom cover packaging material 1a into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area;
s2: forming a bottom cover, namely, turning the bottom cover packaging material 1a upwards by applying the packaging material forming method of the packaging box to form a formed bottom cover; in the step of flanging, a surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 is provided to perform flanging forming processing on the pre-folded bottom cover wrapping material 1a, so that the bottom cover wrapping material 1a is subjected to flanging forming along the process groove again, and the surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 is accommodated in the bottom cover;
and S3, assembling with the top cover: the method comprises the steps of providing a top cover packaging material 1b, wherein the top cover packaging material 1b is planar, a plurality of process grooves are formed in the top cover packaging material 1b, and the process grooves divide the top cover packaging material 1b into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area; the top cover packing material 1b is pre-folded downwards, then matched with the surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 for forming and is arranged at the opening end of the bottom cover;
s4, assembling with the surface paper, sticking the outer surface paper and coating on the outer wall of the top cover and the bottom cover to form a closed box body;
and S5, opening the box and taking out the mold, opening the closed box body along the joint of the top cover and the bottom cover, and taking out the inner mold in the box body.
The difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that the top cover in the second embodiment is not pre-folded before being molded; in the third embodiment, the top cover packaging material is pre-folded and then is matched with the inner mold to form the top cover, so that the method for preparing the open box is further refined, the bottom cover and the top cover of the open box are pre-folded before forming, and the yield of finished products is further improved.
In the third embodiment and the second embodiment, the bottom cover is hemmed by the surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9, so that the product structure of the existing opening box needing to be provided with the surrounding strip is greatly maintained. The internal mold assembly 9 comprises an internal mold 92 and surrounding strips 91 framed on the periphery of the internal mold, the internal mold 92 is substantially rectangular, the surrounding strips 91 are in a multi-section surrounding frame shape, and during processing, the surrounding strips 91 framed on the periphery of the internal mold 92 are clamped by a clamping mechanism to drive the internal mold assembly 9 to move together; the surrounding strip 91 serves as a supporting member of the packing box and needs to be left in the open box after the open box is formed, and the inner mold 92 serves as an auxiliary forming tool and a supporting tool and needs to be taken out of the open box. Therefore, when the box is opened and the mold is taken out, the inner mold 92 needs to be taken out, and the taken-out inner mold 92 tends to flow to the inner mold conveying passage to participate in the next preparation of the open box.
The rest of the structure, the third embodiment and the second embodiment are the same.
Example four
As shown in fig. 11, there is provided another method for preparing an open box including a bottom cover opened upward and a top cover opened downward, comprising the steps of:
s1: bottom cover feeding: providing a bottom cover packaging material 1a, wherein the bottom cover packaging material 1a is planar, and a plurality of process grooves are arranged on the bottom cover packaging material 1a, and divide the bottom cover packaging material 1a into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area;
s2: forming a bottom cover, namely, turning the bottom cover packaging material 1a upwards by applying the packaging material forming method of the packaging box to form a formed bottom cover; in the flanging forming step, a support die 93 is provided to perform flanging forming processing on the pre-folded bottom cover packaging material 1a, so that the bottom cover packaging material 1a is subjected to flanging forming along the process groove again, and the support die 93 is accommodated in the bottom cover;
and S3, assembling with the top cover: providing a top cover packing material, wherein the top cover packing material is matched with the support die 93 for forming and is arranged at the opening end of the bottom cover;
s4, assembling the outer surface paper 8 with the surface paper, and sticking and coating the outer surface paper on the outer walls of the top cover and the bottom cover to form a closed box 81;
and S5, opening the box and taking out the mold, opening the closed box body along the joint of the top cover and the bottom cover, and taking out the supporting mold 93 in the box body.
The difference between the fourth embodiment and the second embodiment is that the surrounding strip inner mold assembly 9 is added in the bottom cover flanging forming process in the second embodiment, and the surrounding strip inner mold assembly is composed of two different components; and the supporting die 93 added in the bottom cover flanging forming process of the fourth embodiment is a single functional component. Whether the enclosing strip inner die combination body 9 or the supporting die 93 is added is determined according to the requirements of the packaging box.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 12, there is provided yet another method of preparing an open box including a bottom cover 6 opened upward and a top cover 7 opened downward, comprising the steps of:
s1: bottom cover feeding: providing a bottom cover packaging material 1a, wherein the bottom cover packaging material 1a is planar, and a plurality of process grooves are arranged on the bottom cover packaging material 1a, and divide the bottom cover packaging material 1a into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area;
s2: forming a bottom cover, namely, turning the bottom cover packaging material 1a upwards by applying the packaging material forming method of the packaging box to form a formed bottom cover; in the flanging forming step, a support die 93 is provided to perform flanging forming processing on the pre-folded bottom cover wrapping material 1a, so that the bottom cover wrapping material 1a is subjected to flanging forming along the process groove again, and the support die 93 is accommodated in the bottom cover;
and S3, assembling with the top cover: the method comprises the steps of providing a top cover packaging material 1b, wherein the top cover packaging material 1b is planar, a plurality of process grooves are formed in the top cover packaging material 1b, and the process grooves divide the top cover packaging material 1b into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area; the top cover packing material 1b is pre-folded downwards, then matched with the support die 93 for forming and is arranged at the opening end of the bottom cover;
s4, assembling the outer surface paper 8 with the surface paper, and sticking and coating the outer surface paper on the outer walls of the top cover and the bottom cover to form a closed box 81;
and S5, opening the box and taking out the mold, opening the closed box body along the joint of the top cover and the bottom cover, and taking out the supporting mold 93 in the box body.
The fifth embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that the top cover in the fourth embodiment is not pre-folded before being molded; in the fifth embodiment, the top cover packing material is pre-folded and then matched with the supporting die to form the top cover, so that the method for preparing the open box is further refined, the bottom cover and the top cover of the open box are pre-folded before forming, and the yield of finished products is further improved.
In the third and fourth embodiments, the pre-folded bottom cover packing material 1a is subjected to hemming processing by the supporting die 93 during the bottom cover hemming forming process, so that the product structure of the existing opening box needing to be provided with the surrounding strip is greatly maintained. The support die 93 is rectangular, and the support die 93 needs to be removed from the open box as an auxiliary forming tool and a support tool. Therefore, when the box is opened and the mold is taken out, the supporting mold 93 needs to be taken out, and the taken-out supporting mold 93 tends to flow to the supporting mold conveying channel to participate in the next preparation of the opened box.
The remaining structure, embodiment five and embodiment four are the same.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 13, there is provided a packing box forming apparatus to which the packing material forming method of the packing box is applied, the packing box forming apparatus including: a turntable 100, wherein a plurality of accommodating cavities (not shown) for accommodating packing materials are arranged on the turntable 100; a first pre-folding mechanism 103 is arranged on one side of the turntable 100, and the first pre-folding mechanism 103 is used for pre-folding the bottom cover packing material 1a and providing a pre-folded bottom cover into the accommodating cavity; and/or the other side of the turntable 100 is provided with a second pre-folding mechanism 104, which is used for pre-folding the top cover packing material 1b and providing the pre-folded top cover into the accommodating cavity.
As shown in fig. 14, the first pre-folding mechanism 103 includes a first operation platform 1031 and a first pre-folding portion 1032 capable of moving up and down relative to the first operation platform. In this embodiment, since four side walls (i.e., side areas of the packing material) of the bottom cover need to be pre-folded, the number of the corresponding first pre-folding portions is set to four, and in other embodiments, if there are six side walls that need to be pre-folded, the number of the corresponding first pre-folding portions is set to six. The pre-folding process of the bottom cover is as follows: the planar bottom cover packaging material 1a is taken out from the bottom cover packaging material bin, placed on the first operating platform 1031, and pressed against the bottom cover packaging material 1a (at this time, the first pre-folding portion is located below the bottom cover packaging material), and the first pre-folding portion 1032 moves upward to jack up the side area of the bottom cover packaging material and pre-folds upward.
As shown in fig. 15, the second pre-folding mechanism 104 includes a second operation platform 1041 and a second pre-folding portion 1042 capable of moving up and down relative to the second operation platform. In this embodiment, because four lateral walls (i.e. the side area of packing material) of top cap need be folded in advance, the quantity of the second that corresponds is folded in advance sets up to four, in other embodiments, if there are a plurality of lateral walls that need be folded in advance, the quantity of the second that corresponds is folded in advance sets up to a plurality ofly. The pre-folding process of the top cover is as follows: a planar top cover packing material 1b is taken out from a top cover packing material bin, placed on the second operating platform 1041, limited and fixed (at this time, the second pre-folding part is located above the top cover packing material), and the second pre-folding part 1042 moves downwards to jack up the side surface area of the top cover packing material and pre-folds downwards.
The packaging box forming device provided in the sixth embodiment employs the packaging material forming method of the packaging box, the first pre-folding mechanism 103 is arranged to pre-fold the bottom cover packaging material 1a, and the first pre-folding mechanism 103 is arranged on one side of the turntable 100; and/or set up the second is rolled over mechanism 104 in advance, and second is rolled over mechanism 104 in advance and is set up in the opposite side of carousel 100, directly carries out newly-increased transformation to current device at the side of carousel 100, and is few to the existing equipment transformation, and device extensive applicability.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 14, there is further provided a package box forming apparatus using the packing material forming method of the package box, the package box forming apparatus comprising: a turntable 100, wherein a plurality of accommodating cavities for accommodating packing materials are arranged on the turntable 100, and forming grooves (not shown) are arranged in the accommodating cavities; at least a pre-folding station 101 and a forming station 102 are arranged along the edge of the turntable 100, a first pre-folding mechanism 103 is arranged on the pre-folding station 101, and the first pre-folding mechanism 103 is matched with the forming groove to pre-fold the bottom cover packaging material 1 a; and a folding edge forming mechanism 105 is arranged on the forming station 102, and the folding edge forming mechanism 105 is matched with the forming groove to carry out folding edge forming on the bottom cover packaging material 1 a.
The seventh embodiment provides a packaging box forming apparatus, which employs the packaging material forming method of the packaging box, wherein a forming groove is disposed in the accommodating cavity of the turntable 100, and a first pre-folding mechanism 103 is disposed on one side of the turntable 100, and the first pre-folding mechanism 103 is directly matched with the forming groove to pre-fold the bottom cover packaging material 1a, that is, a part of stations are directly modified on the existing production line, so that the pre-folding step is completed on the existing production line. Further, a folding edge forming mechanism 105 is further disposed on the side of the turntable 100, so that the bottom cover packaging material 1a after being pre-folded can be directly folded on the existing production line. Of course, the same way, to the shaping of top cap, also can so set up, directly accomplish on current production line body, only need reform transform a small amount of current apparatus for producing, with low costs, the rate of return is high.

Claims (14)

1. A packing material forming method of a packing box is characterized in that a plurality of process grooves are formed in the packing material, the process grooves divide the packing material into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area, and the packing material forming method comprises the following steps:
pre-folding, namely pre-folding the planar packing material to enable the planar packing material to be pre-folded along the process groove;
and a folding edge forming step, namely folding edge forming processing is carried out on the pre-folded packing material, so that the packing material is subjected to folding edge forming along the process groove again.
2. The packing material forming method of a packing box according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pre-folding step comprises pre-folding the planar packing material, so that the plurality of side areas are simultaneously folded to pre-fold the planar packing material along the process groove.
3. The packing material forming method of a packing box according to claim 2, characterized in that: the pre-folding step comprises the steps of providing a limiting structure and a movable pre-folding mechanism, placing the packing materials at the limiting structure to limit and support the plurality of side areas, moving the pre-folding mechanism to the main area and pressing the main area, and simultaneously turning the plurality of side areas in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the pre-folding mechanism so as to pre-fold the planar packing materials along the process groove.
4. The packing material forming method of a packing box according to claim 2, characterized in that: the pre-folding step comprises the steps of providing a movable pre-folding mechanism, fixing the main surface area, moving the pre-folding mechanism to the side surface areas and simultaneously pressing the side surface areas, and simultaneously folding the side surface areas in the same direction of the moving direction of the pre-folding mechanism so as to pre-fold the planar packing material along the process groove.
5. The packing material forming method of a packing box according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pre-folding step comprises the steps of fixing the main surface area, sequentially pre-folding the plurality of side surface areas, and sequentially turning the plurality of side surface areas so as to pre-fold the planar packing material along the process groove.
6. The packing material forming method of a packing box according to claim 1, characterized in that: dividing the plurality of side areas into a plurality of side areas aligned transversely and a plurality of side areas aligned longitudinally, wherein the pre-folding step comprises fixing the main area, and performing pre-folding processing on the plurality of side areas aligned transversely and simultaneously performing pre-folding processing on the plurality of side areas aligned longitudinally respectively to turn over the plurality of side areas twice so as to pre-fold the planar packing material along the process groove.
7. The packing material molding method of a packing box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the process groove comprises one or two of a half-through cutter groove, a V groove and a needle tooth groove.
8. A method of making an open box comprising a bottom cover with an upward opening and a top cover with a downward opening, the method comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: bottom cover feeding: providing a bottom cover packaging material, wherein the bottom cover packaging material is planar and is provided with a plurality of process grooves, and the process grooves divide the bottom cover packaging material into a main surface area and a plurality of side surface areas which are separated from the main surface area but not separated from the main surface area;
s2: bottom cover forming by turning the bottom cover packing material upward to form a formed bottom cover by applying the packing material forming method of the packing box of any one of claims 1 to 7;
in the step of flanging, a surrounding strip inner mold assembly is provided for flanging and forming the pre-folded bottom cover packaging material, so that the bottom cover packaging material is flanged and formed along the process groove again, and the surrounding strip inner mold assembly is accommodated in the bottom cover;
and S3, assembling with the top cover: providing a top cover packaging material, wherein the top cover packaging material is matched with the surrounding strip inner mold assembly for forming and is arranged at the opening end of the bottom cover;
s4, assembling with the surface paper, sticking the outer surface paper and coating on the outer wall of the top cover and the bottom cover to form a closed box body;
and S5, opening the box and taking out the mold, opening the closed box body along the joint of the top cover and the bottom cover, and taking out the inner mold in the box body.
9. A method of making an open box comprising a bottom cover with an upward opening and a top cover with a downward opening, the method comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
