Abstract
The invention discloses a double-color injection mold, which comprises a movable mold and a fixed mold; the movable mould is provided with a core and is movably arranged; the fixed die is provided with a first recess and a second recess; the core and the first recess form a first cavity; and after the movable die moves, the mold core and the second recess form a second cavity. According to the double-color injection mold, the first color material layer and the second color material layer are injected by using different cavities, so that interior parts of various material layers can be produced through injection molding. The core carries the first color material layer and the second recess to form a second cavity, so that the second cavity can be formed by injection molding of the second color material layer. And the second color material layer respectively adheres the first color material layer and the membrane on two surfaces, so that the product has good integrity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-color injection mold.
Background
With the improvement of the requirements of people on the appearance of the automobile, the requirements on the automobile interior trim parts are higher and higher. How to produce more beautiful automotive interior parts with more functions can be expanded is a technical problem which needs to be faced by technical personnel in the field. For example, some occasions need to use interior trim parts with various colors, but the prior art is difficult to produce by injection molding.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a double-color injection mold for solving the technical problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the double-color injection mold is characterized by comprising a movable mold and a fixed mold;
the movable mould is provided with a core and is movably arranged;
the fixed die is provided with a first recess and a second recess;
the core and the first recess form a first cavity; and after the movable die moves, the mold core and the second recess form a second cavity.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the core comprises a first core and a second core; the first core and the second core are the same in structure, and both the first core and the second core and the first recess can form a first cavity; the first core and the second core may each form a second cavity with the second recess.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the movable mold is rotatably provided, the first core and the first recess form a first cavity, and the second core and the second recess form a second cavity; after the movable die rotates, the first core and the second recess form a second cavity, and the second core and the first recess form a first cavity.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first core is fitted into the first recess and the second recess, respectively, before and after the movable mold is rotated by 180 degrees; the second core is respectively matched with the second recess and the first recess.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the film conveying device is further included and is used for conveying the film sheets to the second cavity after the film rolls are pulled apart.
According to the double-color injection mold, the first color material layer and the second color material layer are injected by using different cavities, so that interior parts of various material layers can be produced through injection molding. The core carries the first color material layer and the second recess to form a second cavity, so that the second cavity can be formed by injection molding of the second color material layer. And the second color material layer respectively adheres the first color material layer and the membrane on two surfaces, so that the product has good integrity. The core is around rotatory respectively with first sunken and the sunken first die cavity of formation of second die cavity of second for same mould can realize moulding plastics the material of two kinds of colours, provides the technology basis for the diversification of injection molding. The second color material is injected into the second cavity from one side of the first color material layer, so that the ink patterns on the diaphragm can be prevented from being impacted when the second color material is injected, and the ink patterns are prevented from being damaged. The injection molding of the layer of the second color material may reduce surface sink marks if the film has such surface sink marks.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a two-color injection mold 100 according to the present invention is shown. The two-color injection mold 100 includes a movable mold 110 and a stationary mold 120. The movable mold 110 is shown to have two movable mold blocks, a first movable mold block 111 and a second movable mold block 112. The first movable mold block 111 is provided with a first core 113. The second movable mold block 112 is provided with a second core 114. The first core 113 and the second core 114 are collectively called a core. The stationary mold 120 is provided with two stationary modules, i.e., a first stationary module 121 and a second stationary module 122. The first fixing block 121 is provided with a first recess 123. The second stationary block 122 is provided with a second recess 124. The second fixed module 122 is provided with a pressing frame 125. The pressing frame 125 is used to fix the diaphragm 130. The pressing frame 125 is disposed around the second recess 124. When the movable mold 110 and the fixed mold 120 are clamped, the first core 113 may form a first cavity together with the first recess 123, or may form a second cavity together with the second recess 124. The second core 114 may form a first cavity with the first recess 123 or a second cavity with the second recess 124. The film feeding device 140 continuously pulls the film roll apart to feed the film sheet 130 into the second cavity.
The use method of the double-color injection mold comprises the following steps:
step 1: the movable mold 110 is clamped with the fixed mold 120, the first movable mold piece 111 is in contact with the first fixed mold piece 121, and the second movable mold piece 112 is in contact with the second fixed mold piece 122. The first core 113 and the first recess 123 enclose a first cavity. The second core 114 and the second recess 124 form a second cavity. And injecting a first color material into the first cavity, and forming a first color material layer after the first color material is formed.
Step 2: and (3) opening the mold, wherein the first movable module 111 is separated from the second fixed module 121, and the second movable module 112 is separated from the second fixed module 122. The first color material layer moves out of the first recess 123 with the first core 113. The movable mold 110 is rotated 180 degrees, the first movable mold piece 111 is positioned opposite to the second fixed mold piece 122, and the second movable mold piece 112 is positioned opposite to the first fixed mold piece 121.
The membrane 130 is attached within the second recess 124. The module 130 is attached to the inner surface of the second recess 124.
And the dies are closed again, the first movable die block 111 contacts with the second fixed die block 122, the first mold core 113 and the second recess 124 form a second mold cavity, and the first color material layer is located in the second mold cavity. There is a gap between the first color material layer and the membrane 130. The second movable block 112 is in contact with the first fixed block 121. The second core 113 and the first recess 123 form a first cavity.
And step 3: injecting a second color material into the second cavity, injecting the second color material between the first color material layer and the diaphragm, and forming a second color material layer after the second color material is formed; the first color material layer and the second color material layer are adhered into a whole; the film sheet is adhered to the second color material layer or the pattern on the film sheet is transferred to the second color material layer.
And injecting a first color material into the first cavity while injecting a second color material into the second cavity, and forming a first color material layer after the first color material is formed. Therefore, the mould can inject the injection molding materials into the two cavities simultaneously, and has good production continuity and high efficiency.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the color of the first color material layer is the same as or different from the color of the second color material layer. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first color material layer is a black material layer; the second color material layer is a transparent material layer.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the step 3, the second color material is injected between the first color material layer and the film from one side of the first color material layer. According to the preferable scheme of the embodiment, when the second color material is injected from one side of the first color material layer, the second color material cannot directly impact the membrane, and the pattern on the membrane cannot be damaged due to the high-temperature scouring of the membrane by the second color material.
The invention can be suitable for the production of automotive upholstery.

Claims (5)
1. The double-color injection mold is characterized by comprising a movable mold and a fixed mold;
the movable mould is provided with a core and is movably arranged;
the fixed die is provided with a first recess and a second recess;
the core and the first recess form a first cavity; and after the movable die moves, the mold core and the second recess form a second cavity.
2. The two-shot injection mold of claim 1, wherein the cores comprise a first core and a second core; the first core and the second core are the same in structure, and both the first core and the second core and the first recess can form a first cavity; the first core and the second core may each form a second cavity with the second recess.
3. The two-color injection mold according to claim 2, wherein the movable mold is rotatably provided, the first core and the first recess form a first cavity, and the second core and the second recess form a second cavity; after the movable die rotates, the first core and the second recess form a second cavity, and the second core and the first recess form a first cavity.
4. The two-shot injection mold according to claim 3, wherein said first core is fitted into said first recess and said second recess, respectively, before and after said movable mold is rotated 180 degrees; the second core is respectively matched with the second recess and the first recess.
5. The two-color injection mold according to claim 1, further comprising a film feeding device for feeding the film sheet to the second cavity after the film roll is pulled open.
