Abstract
The invention provides grinding equipment for removing attachments on the surface of a ceramic roller, which mainly comprises a base, a transverse/longitudinal driving pair, a transverse/longitudinal grinding pair, a lower supporting cylinder, an upper pressing cylinder and the like. The two sides of the base are respectively provided with a transverse driving pair and a transverse grinding pair, and the middle of the base is provided with a support frame. The transverse driving pair is provided with a longitudinal driving pair, the longitudinal driving pair is provided with a driving seat, and two ends of an output shaft of the driving seat are respectively provided with a driving wheel. The transverse grinding pair is provided with a longitudinal grinding pair, and the longitudinal grinding pair is provided with a grinding head. The upper part of the support frame is provided with a plurality of upper pressing cylinders, the lower part of the support frame is provided with a plurality of lower supporting cylinders, and the two sides of the support frame are respectively provided with a dynamic positioning cylinder and a static positioner. According to the invention, the ceramic rollers with different curvatures are subjected to mechanical automatic attachment removing grinding in a segmented mode, so that the processing efficiency and the processing quality of the same region segment are greatly improved, the ceramic roller body is protected, the repeated utilization rate of the ceramic rollers is increased, and the production cost is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ceramic roller repairing and processing for an ultrahigh-strength steel heating roller hearth furnace for automobiles, and particularly relates to grinding equipment for removing attachments on the surface of a ceramic roller.
Background
The existing ultrahigh-strength steel plate for the automobile is firstly heated by a roller hearth furnace and then is stamped and formed; the roller hearth furnace transmission generally adopts a high-temperature resistant ceramic roller, and a plate surface coating is easy to adhere to the surface of the ceramic roller when passing through the ceramic roller after being heated to form attachments with uncertain size/shape/position; the longer the time is, the more the attachments are, the higher the attachments are, finally, the plate can generate deviation in the conveying process, so that the subsequent positioning and grabbing cannot be realized, and at the moment, the attachments on the surface of the ceramic roller need to be removed.
In addition, after the ceramic roller is heated for a long time, the ceramic roller is bent to a certain extent, and the bending degree of each ceramic roller is different, so that the attachment removing work cannot be completed by using a conventional shaft grinding machine on the premise of ensuring the body of the ceramic roller. Polishing with a robot is also difficult to achieve due to the different curvatures of the rolls and the variable size/shape/position of the attachments. At present, the attachments of the ceramic roller are removed by adopting a manual polishing mode, the labor intensity is high, and the processing efficiency is low.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the grinding equipment for removing the attachments on the surface of the ceramic roller has the advantages of high mechanical automation strength, convenience in operation, high processing efficiency, low labor intensity and the like, and can finish the removal work of the attachments with different curvatures, sizes, shapes and positions on the premise of protecting the body of the ceramic roller.

The distance of the driving wheel can be adjusted along the output shaft of the driving seat according to the length of the grinding area.
And a longitudinal grinding pair is arranged on the transverse grinding pair, and a grinding head is arranged on the longitudinal grinding pair.
The upper part of the support frame is provided with a plurality of upper pressing cylinders, the lower part of the support frame is provided with a plurality of lower supporting cylinders, and both sides of the support frame are respectively provided with a movable positioning cylinder and a static positioner; and the lower supporting cylinder is provided with a fixed high block.
The distance between the lower supporting cylinder and the upper pressing cylinder can be adjusted on the supporting frame according to the length of the grinding area.
Compared with the existing manual polishing technology, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the device realizes mechanical/automatic grinding, improves the processing efficiency and the processing quality, and reduces the production cost and the labor intensity.

For a better understanding and appreciation of the invention, it will be further described in connection with the accompanying drawings:
the grinding equipment for removing the attachments on the surface of the ceramic roller comprises a base 1, wherein a transverse driving pair 2 and a transverse grinding pair 13 are respectively arranged on two sides of the base 1, and a support frame 7 is arranged in the middle of the base. The transverse driving pair 2 is provided with a longitudinal driving pair 3, the longitudinal driving pair 3 is provided with a driving seat 6, and two ends of an output shaft of the driving seat 6 are respectively provided with a driving wheel 5. The distance of the driving wheel 5 can be adjusted along the output shaft of the driving seat 6 according to the length of the grinding area. And a longitudinal grinding pair 12 is arranged on the transverse grinding pair 13, and a grinding head 11 is arranged on the longitudinal grinding pair 12. A plurality of upper pressing cylinders 10 are arranged at the upper part of the support frame 7, a plurality of lower supporting cylinders 8 are arranged at the lower part of the support frame, and a movable positioning cylinder 4 and a static positioner 14 are respectively arranged at two sides of the support frame; the lower supporting cylinder 8 is provided with a fixed high block 9. The lower supporting cylinder 8 and the upper pressing cylinder 10 can adjust the distance on the supporting frame 7 according to the length of the grinding area.
Firstly, the height fixing block 9 is placed on the lower supporting cylinders 8 at the two ends, and the rest lower supporting cylinders 8 are ventilated to work to wait for receiving materials.
Then the ceramic roller is placed on the lower supporting cylinder 8, the positioning cylinder 4 is ventilated to work, the ceramic roller is pushed to be in contact with the static positioner 4, and the positioning of the ceramic roller is realized.
The upper pressing cylinder 10 is ventilated to work and assists in pressing the ceramic roller; the supply pressure is maintained in line with the lower support cylinder 8.
The transverse driving pair 2 drives the driving seat 6 to one end of the ceramic roller, the longitudinal driving pair 3 drives the driving wheel 5 to press the ceramic roller tightly, and the ceramic roller is driven to rotate back and forth along the positioning axes at the two ends at a certain angle (about +/-15 degrees).
The transverse grinding pair 13 drives the grinding head 11 to reach one end of the ceramic roller for a certain distance, and the longitudinal grinding pair 12 drives the grinding head 11 to perform manual grinding.
After the first angle area is ground, the driving wheel 5 drives the ceramic roller to rotate to the next angle area for grinding until the grinding of the circumference of the ceramic roller at the position is finished, and the circumference part is used as a positioning position for the area near straight line grinding.
The transverse grinding pair 13 drives the grinding head 11 to continue to move for a certain distance, the longitudinal grinding pair 12 drives the grinding head 11 to manually lean, and the previous step is repeated until the circumferential surface for positioning is leaned.
The upper pressing cylinder 10 resets, the fixed height block 9 at one end is placed on the lower supporting cylinder 8 at the first processing circumferential surface, the lower supporting cylinder 8 at the position resets, and the upper pressing cylinder 10 works to press the ceramic roller.
The driving wheel 5 compresses tightly the positioning surfaces of the ceramic roller to drive the ceramic roller to rotate, and the grinding head 11 can automatically lean at the two positioning surfaces until the region is completely leaned.
And the transverse driving pair 2 drives the driving wheel to the next ceramic roller positioning surface area, compresses tightly and drives the ceramic roller to rotate, and repeats the action of the previous step until all the area sections are ground.
The upper pressing cylinder 10 is reset completely, the processed ceramic roller is taken out, and the height-fixing block 9 is placed on the lower supporting cylinders 8 at the two ends to wait for receiving materials.
After receiving the materials, repeating the actions until the batch processing is finished; the driving wheel 5, the upper pressing cylinder 10, the lower supporting cylinder 8, the grinding head 11 and the like are reset to wait for the next batch of processing.

The grinding equipment for removing the attachments on the surface of the ceramic roller comprises a base (1) and is characterized in that two sides of the base (1) are respectively provided with a transverse driving pair (2) and a transverse grinding pair (13), and a support frame (7) is arranged in the middle of the base.
