According to the invention, the outer surface of the roller is processed in different areas, when different areas are processed, the angle of the roller is adjusted, the area to be processed is just opposite to the milling cutter, the rotary workbench can rotate within a smaller angle range to complete the processing of one area, the angle of the rotary workbench does not need to be rotated within a large range, the vertex angle of the rotary workbench can be prevented from facing the milling cutter, when the vertex angle of the rotary workbench faces the milling cutter, the milling cutter needs to extend out for a longer distance, and the longer the distance is, the larger the cutting vibration amplitude of the milling cutter is; the invention prevents the vertex angle of the rotary worktable from facing the milling cutter, thereby reducing the amplitude of cutting vibration and improving the processing precision of the roller.
The movable clamping member 2 comprises a mandrel 21, a pull rod 22 and a pressure plate 23, and fig. 3A and 3B are respectively an axial schematic view and a sectional view of the mandrel 21. Two ends of the pull rod 22 are respectively and fixedly connected to the mandrel 21 and the pressing plate 23, the pull rod 22 exerts pulling force on the mandrel 21 and the pressing plate 23, and the roller, the mandrel 21 and the pressing plate 23 are connected into a whole through the pull rod 22.
The bottom end of the roller is circumferentially positioned by the mandrel 21, and as shown in fig. 3B, the size of the upper end of the mandrel 21 is suddenly reduced to form a step surface, and the bottom of the roller is sleeved at the position where the size of the upper end of the mandrel 21 is suddenly reduced, so that circumferential positioning is realized on the bottom of the roller. The top end of the roller is circumferentially positioned by the pressure plate 23, as shown in fig. 1A, the size of the lower surface of the pressure plate 23 is suddenly reduced to form a step surface, and the structure circumferentially positions the top of the roller.
An avoidance hole for the central stud 3 to pass through is arranged in the center of the mandrel 21 in a penetrating mode, and the central stud 3 passes through the mandrel 21 and the roller and passes through the pressing plate 23 to extend out from the upper side.
With reference to fig. 3B, a positioning flange 211 is disposed at the bottom end of the sidewall of the mandrel 21, positioning holes 212 are uniformly formed in the positioning flange 211 along the circumferential direction, and each positioning hole 212 penetrates through the positioning flange 211; the positioning pins penetrate through the positioning holes 212 and are inserted into the base 1 to achieve circumferential positioning, at least three grooves are formed in the upper surface of the base 1, and at least three positioning pins are inserted into the positioning flange 211 to achieve circumferential positioning during positioning.
Preferably, ten positioning holes 212 are circumferentially arranged, and a central angle between every two positioning holes 212 is 36 degrees.
