The retractable device can drive the retractable rod, the arm limiter and the waist limiter to retract and retract, so that the arm limiter and the waist limiter can be adjusted and moved to the position below the CT fixed bed, and the arm limiter and the waist limiter cannot influence the use of an adult on a CT moving bed; and the process of adjusting and moving the arm limiter and the waist limiter does not need to carry out integral moving on the arm limiter and the waist limiter, thereby reducing the working intensity of medical staff.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying fig. 1-9, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways, which are defined and covered by the claims.
The embodiment of the application discloses a child CT lung detection auxiliary movement adjusting system and an adjusting method, and the child CT lung detection auxiliary movement adjusting system and the adjusting method are mainly applied to the process of scanning and detecting the lung of a child by adopting CT equipment; the arm and the waist and abdomen part of the child can be protected from radiation under the condition of limiting and fixing the arm and the waist and abdomen part of the child, so that the limiting and fixing and radiation protection effects on the detected child are improved; especially, after the children finish CT scanning, the structure for protecting arms, waists and abdomens and limiting the arms and the waists and the abdomens can be adjusted and moved to the lower side of the CT fixed bed, so that the universality of the CT bed is improved.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary movement adjusting system for children CT lung detection comprises a CT fixed bed 1, a CT moving bed 2 and a scanning device 3, wherein a head stopper 4 driven by the CT moving bed 2 and moving towards the scanning device 3 is arranged at one end of the CT moving bed 2 close to the scanning device 3, and the head stopper 4 can support the head of a child and protect the head of the child from radiation, and can remove relevant parts when an adult uses the auxiliary movement adjusting system, so that the use of the CT moving bed 2 by the adult is not affected.
An arm limiter 5 for fixing the arms of the child is arranged on one side, close to the head limiter 4, of the upper end of the CT moving bed 2, a waist limiter 6 for fixing the waist of the child is arranged on the upper end, located on the right side of the arm limiter 5, of the CT moving bed 2, and the waist limiter 6 is connected with the arm limiter 5 through a telescopic rod 7 for telescopic adjustment, so that the positions of the telescopic rod 7, the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 can be adjusted according to the body size of the child, and the applicability of the invention is improved.
The lower end of the CT fixed bed 1 is provided with a retracting device 8 connected with a telescopic rod 7, when a child enters the scanning device 3 along with the CT moving bed 2, the child can be disconnected with the telescopic rod 7 through the retracting device 8, and at the moment, the telescopic rod 7, the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 can enter the scanning device 3 along with the CT moving bed 2; when an adult needs to use the CT moving bed 2, the retractor 8 is connected with the telescopic rod 7, and then the retractor 8 can drive the waist limiter 6 and the arm limiter 5 to be separated from the CT moving bed 2, so that the waist limiter 6 and the arm limiter 5 cannot be influenced when the adult uses the CT moving bed 2.
Referring to fig. 3, a head restraint 4 for supporting, restraining and protecting the head of a child from radiation; specifically, the head stopper 4 comprises a head supporting frame 40 which is connected with one end of the CT fixed bed 1 and is in a U-shaped structure, the head supporting frame 40 can support the heads of children and adults, and the U-shaped structure of the head supporting frame 40 can reduce the range of motion of the head of the examinee; a head cushion 46 made of rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the lower side of the head support frame 40, and the head cushion 46 can flexibly support the head of the examinee, so that the comfort degree of the head of the examinee during examination is improved;
head stopper 4 still includes that the mode setting through sliding fit is in support head frame 40 upper end and for the protective frame 41 of plumbous material, and the plumbous material on the protective frame 41 can protect the radiation to reduce scanning apparatus 3 to the radiation influence of examining person's head, and when the examined person need detect the head, can also take out protective frame 41 from support head frame 40 upper end to one side through sliding fit's mode, thereby can not influence the head detection of examined person.
As shown in fig. 3, when the child is examined, the child is likely to have limb movements due to poor self-control ability, and when the child is attracted to look at a target, the child mostly forgets the head and limb movements, so that the child's attention can be attracted to reduce the movements as much as possible when the child is examined, and therefore, the protection frame 41 is provided with a structure for attracting the child's attention; specifically, the protective frame 41 comprises a damping sleeve plate 42, an n-shaped frame 43, a limiting strip 44 and a video player 45, the damping sleeve plate 42 is in sliding connection with the head supporting frame 40 and is symmetrically distributed, the n-shaped frame 43 used for lifting is arranged between the upper end of the damping sleeve plate 42 in a sliding mode, the n-shaped frame 43 can be adjusted up and down on the damping sleeve plate 42, the limiting strip 44 in an L-shaped structure is symmetrically arranged at the inner side corner of the n-shaped frame 43, and the video player 45 used for attracting the attention of children is arranged between the limiting strips 44 in a sliding mode.
Before a detected child lies on the CT moving bed 2, the video player 45 is pulled out from between the limiting strips 44, the video player 45 plays the video which is liked by the detected child, and then the video player 45 is inserted between the limiting strips 44 again and the display screen of the video player 45 faces downwards; after a child lies on the CT moving bed 2, the n-shaped frame 43 is adjusted left and right according to the head position of the child, and then the height of the n-shaped frame 43 is properly adjusted, so that a distance suitable for the child is reserved between the video player 45 and the eyes of the child, the comfort degree of the child in watching the video is improved, the attention of the child is attracted more easily, and the position of the video player 45 can be suitable for children with different ages; furthermore, when the head of the child to be detected needs to be detected or the adult needs to perform the CT detection, the damping sleeve plate 42 can be taken out from the head supporting frame 40 in a sliding manner, so that the CT device can still perform the CT detection on the child and the adult needing to detect the head, and the applicability of the invention is improved.
Example two:
referring to fig. 4, in the first embodiment, the head of the child can be protected, and when the lung CT detection is performed on the child, both arms and hands of the child are easy to move, the arm is easy to drive the thorax to move together when the arms move, and the arms are most easily radiated due to the close distance between the arms and the thorax, so on the basis of the first embodiment, an arm stopper 5 is arranged to increase the arm limiting fixation and radiation protection for the child; specifically, the arm stopper 5 includes the arm protection half rings 50 that are symmetrically disposed on the upper end of the CT moving bed 2, and the adjusting units 51 connected to the telescopic rods 7 are disposed on the opposite sides of the arm protection half rings 50 on the front and rear sides, and the adjusting units 51 can adjust the positions of the arm protection half rings 50, so that the arm protection half rings 50 can be applied to children with different shoulder widths and different shoulder thicknesses, and the arm protection half rings 50 can be fixed on the CT moving bed 2, so that the CT moving bed 2 can drive the arm protection half rings 50 to move stably.
The armguard semi-ring 50 is made of metal materials which can be bent manually due to different thicknesses of the arms of the children, the armguard semi-ring 50 can be suitable for the arms of the children with different thicknesses by the width of the manual armguard semi-ring 50, and limiting plates 52 for limiting and fixing the two sides of the arms of the children are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the armguard semi-ring 50; the side, away from the head limiter 4, of the limiting plate 52 is further provided with a lead cloth 53 made of a flexible material, the lead cloth 53 is also connected with the arm protection half ring 50, and the limiting plate 52 and the arm protection half ring 50 can fix the position of the lead cloth 53, so that the lead cloth 53 can be conveniently covered on the arms of children, and the arms of the children can be protected from radiation; and the outer surfaces of the arm protection half rings 50 and the limiting plates 52 are also provided with lead-containing protective layers, so that the arm protection half rings 50 and the limiting plates 52 can also perform radiation protection on the arms of children, and the radiation protection effect on the arms of children is further improved.
Because the lengths of the arms of different children are different, the other end of the lead cloth 53 is also provided with an arm protection semi-ring 50 and a limiting plate 52, and a telescopic connecting rod 512 for stretching and guiding is also arranged between the arm protection semi-rings 50 on the left side and the right side; the armguard semi-rings 50 and the limiting plates 52 on the left side and the right side can support the lead cloth 53, so that the lead cloth 53 can be more comprehensively covered above the arms of the children, and the telescopic connecting rod 512 can guide the moving track of the armguard semi-ring 50 on the right side, so that the armguard semi-ring can be easily sleeved on the arms of the children and can also be suitable for the arms with different lengths, and the convenience degree of the armguard semi-ring in operation is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 4, an adjusting unit 51 capable of adjusting the position of the armguard half ring 50 and fixing the armguard half ring 50 to the CT moving bed 2; specifically, the adjusting unit 51 includes an adjusting rod 54, an adjusting sleeve plate 55, a first positioning rod 56, a positioning circular hole 57, a jack block 58, a second positioning rod 59, a threaded hole 510 and an anti-falling protrusion 511, the adjusting rods 54 are fixedly mounted on opposite sides of the arm protection half ring 50, the adjusting sleeve plate 55 connected with the telescopic rod 7 is slidably sleeved on the outer side of the adjusting rod 54, so that the adjusting rod 54 can slide and adjust in the adjusting sleeve plate 55, and the adjusting rod 54 can drive the arm protection half ring 50 to move to arms of children with different shoulder widths and shoulder thicknesses, thereby improving the applicability of the invention.
A circular through hole is formed in the upper end of the adjusting sleeve plate 55, a first positioning rod 56 is slidably inserted into the circular through hole, positioning circular holes 57 corresponding to the first positioning rod 56 are uniformly formed in the upper end of the adjusting rod 54, and the lower end of the first positioning rod 56 is located in the positioning circular holes 57, so that the adjusting rod 54 is fixed; when the position of the adjusting rod 54 needs to be adjusted, the first positioning rod 56 can be pulled downwards to enable the lower end of the first positioning rod to be separated from the positioning round hole 57, then the position of the adjusting rod 54 can be adjusted, and after the adjusting position is adjusted, the first positioning rod 56 is inserted into the positioning round hole 57 to fix the position of the adjusting rod 54 again.
The adjusting sleeve plate 55 is provided with a ring-shaped jack block 58 on one side, a second positioning rod 59 is inserted into the inner side of the jack block 58 in a sliding manner, threaded holes 510 corresponding to the second positioning rod 59 are uniformly formed in the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the CT moving bed 2, and the lower end of the second positioning rod 59 is connected into the threaded holes 510 in a threaded fit manner, so that the adjusting sleeve plate 55 is fixed on the CT moving bed 2, the position fixing of the armguard semi-ring 50 is indirectly completed, the armguard semi-ring 50 cannot be easily pushed away by the arms of children, and the effect of limiting and fixing the arms of the children is improved; the upper ends and the lower sides of the first positioning rod 56 and the second positioning rod 59 are provided with anti-falling protrusions 511, the anti-falling protrusions 511 can limit the first positioning rod 56 and the second positioning rod 59, the first positioning rod 56 is prevented from being separated from the adjusting sleeve plate 55, and the second positioning rod 59 can be prevented from being separated from the jack block 58.
Example three:
referring to fig. 5, the second embodiment can only protect the arms of the child, and when the child performs the lung CT examination, the movement of the waist and abdomen of the child is more likely to affect the examination result, and the waist and abdomen part is also likely to be irradiated, so on the basis of the second embodiment, in order to increase the limit fixation and the radiation protection for the waist and abdomen of the child, a waist limiter 6 is provided; specifically, the waist limiter 6 comprises sliding side plates 60 which are in sliding fit with the telescopic rod 7 and symmetrically distributed, lead-containing protective top plates 61 are arranged on opposite side surfaces of the sliding side plates 60, and the protective top plates 61 can perform radiation protection on the abdomens of children; the opposite sides of the front and rear protective top plates 61 are in concave-convex fit, so that the stability of the protective top plates 61 after butt joint can be improved; protection roof 61 lower extreme slides and is provided with in fixed children's waist centre gripping curb plate 62, is provided with on the centre gripping curb plate 62 to be used for driving it to carry out the centre gripping gasbag 63 of centre gripping action, and after the children lay on CT removes bed 2, rethread centre gripping gasbag 63 drove centre gripping curb plate 62 and carries out the centre gripping to children's waist to play and prevent children's abdomen portion activity and influence the effect of testing result.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the height adjustment of the protection top plate 61 to adapt to children with different fat or thin degrees, at least one dovetail sliding groove is formed on the opposite side surfaces of the sliding side plates 60, and the portion of the protection top plate 61 located in the dovetail sliding groove is in up-and-down sliding fit with the dovetail sliding groove, so that the protection top plate 61 can be adjusted up and down along the dovetail sliding groove; the upper end of the dovetail chute is provided with a blocking block 65, the lower side wall of the dovetail chute is rotatably provided with an adjusting screw 66 which penetrates through the protective top plate 61 and the blocking block 65, and the adjusting screw 66 is in threaded fit with the protective top plate 61, so that the height of the protective top plate 61 can be adjusted when the adjusting screw 66 rotates; the adjusting screw 66 is in running fit with the blocking block 65, and the blocking block 65 can increase the stability of the adjusting screw 66; the upper end of the adjusting screw 66 is provided with a screw rotating block 67, so that the adjusting screw 66 can be rotated by hands; when the height of the protection top plate 61 needs to be adjusted, the manual rotation of the screw rod rotating block 67 drives the adjusting screw rod 66 to rotate, and the height of the protection top plate 61 can be adjusted when the adjusting screw rod 66 rotates.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in order to increase the comfort of the abdomen of the child to be tested when the abdomen is clamped and fixed, a pump through hole is formed in the sliding side plate 60, an air pump 68 communicated with the clamping air bag 63 is arranged in the pump through hole, and the clamping air bag 63 can be inflated or deflated by the air pump 68; the clamping side plate 62 is provided with an air bag through hole, the middle part of one side of the clamping air bag 63, which is far away from the sliding side plate 60, penetrates through the air bag through hole and is positioned at the opposite side of the clamping side plate 62, and the part of the air bag positioned at the opposite side of the clamping side plate 62 can also clamp the abdomen of the child after being inflated, and the softness and comfort degree of the abdomen of the child when being clamped can be improved; the lower end of the clamping side plate 62 is provided with a rectangular sliding groove, the upper side wall in the rectangular sliding groove is provided with a lower abutting spring rod 69, the lower end of the lower abutting spring rod 69 is provided with a lower abutting sliding plate 610, and the lower abutting sliding plate 610 can abut against the CT moving bed 2 under the action of the lower abutting spring rod 69, so that the lower abutting sliding plate 610 and the clamping side plate 62 can support part of air bags on the opposite side of the clamping side plate 62.
Example four:
referring to fig. 7, in order to adjust and store the three abdominal stoppers and the arm stoppers 5 in the second embodiment to avoid the abdominal stoppers and the arm stoppers 5 from affecting the process of the adult lying on the upper end of the CT moving bed 2, a retracting device 8 connected to a telescopic rod 7 is provided; specifically, the retracting device 8 comprises a cylinder block 80, a bidirectional cylinder 81, an L-shaped supporting plate 82, an installation block 83, a pin shaft 84, a support arm 85, a first torsion spring 86, a limiting block 87 and a rotary retracting unit 88, the lower end of the CT fixed bed 1 is provided with the bidirectional cylinder 81 through the cylinder block 80, the L-shaped supporting plate 82 which is distributed relatively is installed at the telescopic ends of the front side and the rear side of the bidirectional cylinder 81, one end of the L-shaped supporting plate 82 close to the cylinder block 80 is in sliding fit with the cylinder block 80, the bidirectional cylinder 81 can drive the L-shaped supporting plate 82 to move towards the middle part or the two ends simultaneously, and the cylinder block 80 can increase the stability of the L-shaped supporting plate 82 to be installed.
Mounting blocks 83 are symmetrically arranged on opposite sides of the upper end surface of the L-shaped supporting plate 82, a pin shaft rod 84 is arranged between every two adjacent mounting blocks 83, a supporting arm 85 is rotatably arranged on the outer side surface of the pin shaft rod 84, a first torsion spring 86 connected with the L-shaped supporting plate 82 is arranged on the right side of the supporting arm 85, and the first torsion spring 86 can always provide force for driving the supporting arm 85 to turn left; a limiting block 87 is arranged on the L-shaped supporting plate 82 on the left side of the supporting arm 85, the limiting block 87 can limit the left side of the supporting arm 85, and after the bidirectional cylinder 81 indirectly drives the supporting arm 85 to move to the two sides of the CT fixed bed 1, the supporting arm 85 can be in a vertical state under the combined action of the limiting block 87 and the first torsion spring 86.
The upper end of the supporting arm 85 is provided with a rotary retracting unit 88 connected with the telescopic rod 7, and the rotary retracting unit 88 can be no longer connected with the telescopic rod 7 when the telescopic rod 7 enters the scanning device 3 along with the CT moving bed 2, so that the movement of the telescopic rod 7 cannot be interfered; when the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 need to be adjusted and moved, the telescopic rod 7 can be conveniently connected again by rotating the retracting unit 88; in the process of adjusting and moving the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6, the rotary retraction unit 88 needs to be rotated, the supporting arm 85 is pressed towards the right side manually, the rotary retraction unit 88 is lower than the bed edge of the CT fixed bed 1, and the supporting arm 85 is driven to move towards one side close to the cylinder block 80 indirectly through the bidirectional cylinder 81, so that the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 can be moved to the lower side of the CT fixed bed 1, and the effect of preventing the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 from influencing the process of laying an adult on the upper end of the CT moving bed 2 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, that is, the rotation winding and unwinding unit 88 in the present application, specifically, the rotation winding and unwinding unit 88 includes a supporting round bar 880, a connecting block 881, a limiting branched chain 89, a connecting round bar 883, a supporting bar 884, a second torsional spring 885, an arc-shaped clamping plate 886 and a limiting convex block 887, the supporting round bar 880 is installed at the upper end of the supporting arm 85, the connecting block 881 is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the supporting round bar 880, the limiting branched chain 89 is also arranged at the two sides of the connecting block 881 at the upper end of the supporting arm 85, the limiting branched chain 89 can limit and fix the position of the connecting block 881, thereby preventing the connecting block 881 from rotating when not receiving external force.
A connecting round rod 883 is arranged on the opposite side surface of the connecting block 881 at the front side and the rear side, a supporting rod block 884 for supporting the telescopic rod 7 is rotatably arranged at the opposite side of the connecting round rod 883, an arc-shaped clamping plate 886 is arranged at the upper end of the opposite side of the supporting rod block 884 through a second torsion spring 885, and the arc-shaped clamping plate 886 is in rotating fit with the supporting rod block 884, so that the telescopic rod 7 can be clamped by the arc-shaped clamping plate 886 and the supporting rod block 884 under the action of the second torsion spring 885; the last spacing through-hole of having seted up of arc splint 886, fixed mounting has the spacing lug 887 that is located spacing through-hole on the telescopic link 7, and spacing lug 887 can avoid telescopic link 7 to slide between arc splint 886 and die-pin piece 884, has increased the stability of telescopic link 7 after by the centre gripping.
When the patient needs to be separated from the telescopic rod 7, the arc-shaped clamping plate 886 is manually pulled to one side far away from the telescopic rod 7, the limiting lug 887 is separated from the limiting through hole, and the CT moving bed 2 can indirectly drive the telescopic rod 7, the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 to move; when the telescopic rod 7 needs to be clamped, the telescopic rod 7 in the proper position can be clamped again by manually adjusting the arc-shaped clamping plate 886; when the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 need to be adjusted in displacement through the telescopic rod 7, the arm limiter 5 is not connected with the CT moving bed 2 any more, then the connecting block 881 is rotated to make the end of the connecting round rod 883 face to the right, then the supporting rod 884 is rotated to make the telescopic rod 7 rotate to the vertical state, then the bidirectional cylinder 81 indirectly drives the telescopic rod 7 to move to the two sides, so that the arm stopper 5 and the lumbar stopper 6 do not interfere with the process of rightward rotation of the support arm 85, then the supporting arm 85 is shifted to the right, so that the height of the arm limiter 5 and the waist limiter 6 is lower than the bed edge of the CT fixed bed 1, then the bidirectional air cylinder 81 indirectly drives the supporting arm 85 to move to the side close to the air cylinder block 80, so that the arm stopper 5 and the lumbar stopper 6 can be moved to the lower side of the CT fixed bed 1.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, if the connection block 881 is not fixed, the telescopic rod 7 is difficult to drive the arm stopper 5 and the waist stopper 6 to move to proper positions, and a limiting branched chain 89 is provided to facilitate limiting and fixing the position of the connection block 881; specifically, the limiting branched chain 89 comprises a left stopper 890, an upper abutting compression spring rod 891, a right stopper 892, a limiting protrusion 893 and a limiting groove 894, the left side of the upper end of the supporting arm 85 is provided with the left stopper 890, and the left stopper 890 can block the left side of the connecting block 881; the left side of left dog 890 is the arc structure, and when support arm 85 moved to cylinder block 80 one side under CT fixed bed 1, support arm 85 would drive the downside of left dog 890 laminating CT fixed bed 1 under the elastic action of torsional spring 86, and the left dog 890 of arc structure then can reduce its and the fixed bed 1's of CT frictional force.
An upper abutting spring rod 891 is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the supporting arm 85, a right stop 892 is arranged at the upper end of the upper abutting spring rod 891, the upper abutting spring rod 891 can always provide a force for pushing the right stop 892 upwards, and when the end of the connecting round rod 883 faces the middle of the CT moving bed 2, the right stop 892 can also stop the right side of the connecting block 881; so that the connecting block 881 can keep the end of the connecting rod 883 facing the middle of the CT moving bed 2 under the combined action of the right block 892 and the left block 890, and at this time, the arm stopper 5 and the lumbar stopper 6 are located at the designated positions.
