Abstract

Background
The water-saving irrigation is a fundamental outlet for solving the problem of agricultural water shortage in China, and the mobile spraying system has the advantages of high uniformity, good spraying effect and the like, and has wide popularization and application prospects. A constant-height traction spraying system comprises two main body parts of a spraying car part and a lifting table part, wherein the spraying car part is moved and sprayed by the lifting table part under the constant-height traction of the lifting table part through the connection of a traction rope A and a traction rope B. The working method comprises the steps of firstly arranging the sprinkler part and the lifting platform part at the relative position with the mutual distance of the total length of the traction rope A and the traction rope B, adjusting the inner vertical rod according to the height of the sprinkling crops, enabling the height of the traction rod to reach the proper required height, and fixing the height of the traction rod by the fastening bolt. The crank handle drives the rolling rod to adjust the position of the lifting sliding block, so that the height of the turning wheel B is equal to that of the traction rod, and the height of the turning wheel B is positioned and fixed by the positioning pin. And (3) loosening a winch clutch, separating the connection between the winch and the traction rope B, arranging the traction rope B, connecting the hook with the connecting hanging ring after passing through the steering wheel B, locking the winch clutch, and fixing the connection between the winch and the traction rope B. And (3) operating the winch, pulling the sprinkler part to a set position in the direction of the lifting table part, stopping the operation of the winch, and completing one-time sprinkling operation.
The invention has the advantages that: the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and reliable height adjustment, capability of being applied to effective spraying of crops at any growth height, perfecting a spraying system, saving water and dosage and increasing spraying effect.
