本申请提供了一种数据传输的方法和装置,能够确定数据传输所采用的TCI‑state,正确接收下行数据,从而提高数据传输的效率。该方法包括:接收第一物理下行控制信道PDCCH,所述第一PDCCH用于调度第一物理下行共享信道PDSCH;采用第一传输配置指示状态TCI‑state接收下行信号;获取所述第一PDCCH与所述第一PDSCH之间的时间间隔;若所述时间间隔小于预设门限值,从所述下行信号中获取所述第一PDSCH。
