Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples shown in the drawings. Further, the embodiments are not limited to the following. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a neck beauty treatment apparatus according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a plan view of the neck beauty treatment apparatus, and fig. 3 is a rear view of the neck beauty treatment apparatus.
A neck beauty instrument (hereinafter simply referred to as a beauty instrument) (1) of the present invention is a neck beauty instrument to be worn on the neck of a user and used, and has a substantially ring-shaped beauty instrument body (10), and the beauty instrument body (10) has an open section (10a) whose back surface side, that is, a part on the back side of the user when worn, is open.
The beauty instrument main body (10) has left and right front electrode parts (20, 20) abutting the front surface of the neck and left and right rear electrode parts (21, 21) attached to the beauty instrument main body and abutting the side surfaces or the rear surface of the neck, and the front electrode parts (20) and the rear electrode parts (21) contact the neck with an appropriate pressure, thereby holding the whole beauty instrument main body (10).
The beauty instrument main body (10) has flexibility in the radial direction of the neck, namely, in the direction of expansion along with the thickness of the neck, is externally formed of silicon, and incorporates a plate spring-like member in the substantially entire length range, and presses the front side electrode part (20) and the rear side electrode part (21) against the neck with an appropriate elastic force.
A downward convex part (101) which is attached between the sternoclavicular joints of a user is formed at the front lower end part of the beauty instrument main body (10), and the front side electrode part (20) is prevented from deviating downwards. Further, when viewed from the front, the figure gives a sharp impression of a V-shape, and contributes to appearance.
Thus, the beauty instrument body (10) of the present embodiment is formed to be curved downward in a convex shape while maintaining substantially the same height on the front surface side. In this case, since the front surface side is also formed to have a sufficient height, a lamp to be described later can be disposed or a space for incorporating the control board can be secured inside.
In addition, since the V-shape is formed on the upper side of the front surface, the entire design can be made smooth while avoiding the chin and eliminating the uncomfortable feeling.
Next, the electrode portion of the present invention is explained. Fig. 4 shows a surface of the rear electrode portion (21) which is in contact with the neck portion. In the present invention, the rear electrode portion (21) is a substantially flat surface curved along the roundness of the neck, and has two electrodes (210) (211). The two electrodes (210) (211) are arranged in upper and lower layers, and may be arranged in parallel in the left-right direction.
Then, a current for giving an electrical stimulus flows between the electrodes (210) (211). The rear electrode unit (21) performs electrical muscle stimulation called EMS (Electrical muscle stimulation) for applying a current of a predetermined frequency. It is well known that electrical stimulation is given to the skin at a frequency of several Hz to several kHz in EMS, thereby having an effect of causing muscle contraction to move muscles or to relieve tension.
In addition to removing wrinkles and flaccidity by EMS exercise of sternocleidomastoid muscle, which is an expression muscle, drainage treatment of lymph nodes around the neck by EMS is also possible, thereby improving lymphatic flow and activating metabolism.
In EMS, it is preferable that the neck is not stimulated by electricity along the center of the spine in order to give relatively large electrical stimulation. Therefore, the present invention has two electrodes (210) (211) in each of the left and right rear electrode sections (21), and current is supplied only between the two electrodes, so that no current flows between the left and right electrodes.
In addition, as in the present embodiment, the rear electrode portion (21) is not limited to two poles, and may have a plurality of poles, such as three poles and four poles. In this case, it is preferable that no current is supplied between the left and right.
The rear electrode parts (21, 21) are supported by the beauty instrument body (10) through elastic hollow truncated cone-shaped supporting parts (22, 22). Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the vicinity of the support portion (22). As shown in the figure, the supporting part (22) is a hollow conical truncated cone formed by silicon material with a predetermined thickness, and a rear side electrode part (21) is arranged on the upper surface (220) of the supporting part. A wiring or the like is passed through the hole (221) toward the electrodes (210) (211).
In this embodiment, a thick portion (222) is provided as a reinforcement on the side surface of the support portion (22) in the shape of a hollow truncated cone, and the rigidity of this portion is higher than that of the other portions. The thick portion may be formed by increasing the thickness of the side surface, or may be formed by protruding in a rib shape.
In addition, since the purpose is to reinforce, another material may be added as a reinforcing member at this portion.
Thus, the support part (22) supporting the rear electrode part (21) is formed of a relatively thin elastic body, and when the shape is formed in a manner that the elastic body is expanded, the thickness of a part of the support part is increased to increase the rigidity, so that the elastic body loses the compression balance, the electrode is more softly sunk into the inner side of the beauty instrument main body (10) (fig. 6 shows a state of sinking to the near side), and the beauty instrument main body (10) can be attached to the neck.
As shown in fig. 2, the support portion (22) is preferably arranged such that a vertical surface (223) that contacts the beauty instrument body (10) is substantially parallel to a facing position of the neck. That is, the left-right spacing of the back side is slightly narrower than the front side in a plan view, which corresponds to the neck portion tapering toward the back side.
With this configuration, the rear electrode portion (21) can be brought into uniform contact with the neck portion.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 2, the distance (d) between the left and right farthest portions of the front electrode portion (20)1) A distance (d) between the front end of the rear electrode part (21) and the right and left sides2) Is large. When the open part of the beauty instrument body (10) is opened and the wearer wears the neck around the position relationship, the rear electrode part (21) can be tightly abutted against the neck and can be kept electrified, the suffocation feeling is difficult to be felt by the front electrode part (20), and good use feeling can be obtained.
The distance is a distance in a free state in which the opening portion is not expanded, and naturally changes when expanded by hand.
In this embodiment, a heater is built in the rear electrode portion (21). The heating of the lymph part of the neck by the heater is effective for promoting circulation of lymph and blood and improving sleep. In particular, by forming the electrode part of the rear electrode part (21) of metal, the heat conductivity is excellent, and even a low-power and low-power heater can exhibit a sufficient effect.
Fig. 5 shows the electrode (204) of the front-side electrode portion (20). A current weaker than that of the rear electrode portion (21) flows through the front electrode portion (20). Since the front electrode part (20) is pressed against the front surface of the neck, which is a part sensitive to a stimulus, according to the experiment of the inventor, if a current used by EMS flows, the stimulus becomes too strong, and a sense of incongruity is generated.
Thus, in the present invention, a weak current is passed through the front electrode unit (20) to effect iontophoresis with skin moisturizing effect. The iontophoresis is to adsorb the negative ions to the skin to facilitate permeation, and is performed by applying a direct current or a pulse current of about 1V to 20V, for example.
The pulse current suitable for the ion implantation is preferably about 5V in output voltage, 1.5kHz in frequency, or the like.
Furthermore, both the front electrode part (20) and the rear electrode part (21) can realize: the inside of the skin is heated by an RF current, for example, a high frequency of about 1Mhz, thereby promoting the production of collagen and elastin and improving wrinkles, firmness and laxity.
The front electrode part (20) is a substantially flat plate which is symmetrical to the left and right and is bent along the roundness of the neck part. Fig. 5 shows the front electrode portion (20) on the right side. The corner of the surface abutting the front surface of the neck is chamfered to have a radius (R) larger than the radius of the corner (200) on the inner side and the corner (202) on the lower side than the other corners (201, 203). The left side is the radial profile of fig. 5 because of bilateral symmetry.
According to the structure, the front electrode part (20) does not protrude up and down according to the shape of the front surface of the beauty instrument main body (10), and the corners can be prevented from touching the skin above the laryngeal prominence or the clavicle, so that comfortable use feeling without discomfort can be obtained.
Next, the control and power supply of the present invention will be described.
The beauty instrument (1) accommodates a power supply in a main body as a wearable product. The beauty instrument main body (10) is provided with a control power supply unit for supplying and controlling power for passing current, and only the beauty instrument main body can be operated.
As shown in fig. 7, in the control power supply unit, first, the control board (110) is disposed at the center of the front end of the beauty instrument body (10). The beauty instrument body (10) has flexibility and bends in the radial direction, and therefore a control substrate (110) that is long in the vertical direction is arranged at a position where movement is originally small. This makes it difficult for the substrate to crack or break, and the service life can be extended.
For the same purpose, the control board (110) is coupled to the frame of the beauty instrument body (10) on a straight line perpendicular to the surface of the beauty instrument body (10) in the direction of opening or on the center plane of the beauty instrument body (10).
The control substrate (110) in the present invention refers to at least a part of a substrate for control, for example, a substrate for arranging LEDs in the present embodiment. All the substrates need not be provided at this position, and can be appropriately arranged in a dispersed manner.
An LED (111) for displaying the gear position and the working state is arranged on the front surface of the control substrate (110) of the embodiment. Four LEDs (111) are arranged in the vertical direction, which is designed so that the LEDs will not be mistakenly recognized when viewed in a mirror, and the appearance when viewed from the front is improved.
In the control power supply unit of the present invention, a part of the predetermined weight ratio of the control power supply unit is disposed on the back surface side of the rear electrode unit (21), and the rear electrode unit (21) is prevented from being displaced to the front side with respect to the rotational center.
Specifically, the center of gravity of the rechargeable battery is located on the side of the back surface of the rear electrode part (21) to ensure good balance and no rotational shift when worn.
The above weight ratio is preferably such that the ratio of the total weight of the front member to the total weight of the rear member, with the center of the rear electrode portion in the front-rear direction being defined as a boundary, is 3: 1 to 1: 2, in the above range.
Further preferably, the center of gravity of the entire body in the front-rear direction is optimally located at an arbitrary position of the rear electrode portion.
The operation of the beauty instrument (1) can be performed by turning on/off, upshifting, downshifting, etc. of the power supply through an operation switch (120) arranged on the right side. Further, ion introduction from the front electrode portion (20) and mode switching of EMS from the rear electrode portion (21) can be performed by using an operation switch (120) or the like. The device may have an infrared receiving unit to enable remote control.
A magnetic-type charging terminal (121) may be disposed on the back side of the operation switch (120) and a charging wire may be connected thereto to charge a rechargeable battery incorporated in the beauty instrument (1). By using the rechargeable battery, the power cord and the like do not cause interference, and a wearable product can be provided.
