First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 and 2 are a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of a housing structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention, respectively. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the lower housing of the housing structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the upper housing of the housing structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a housing structure M, which includes: an upper housing 1, a lower housing 2, a support structure 3 and a button assembly 4. The upper casing 1 includes at least one first positioning portion 11, the lower casing 2 includes a bottom plate 21, a side wall 22 disposed on the bottom plate 21, and a second positioning portion 23 disposed on the inner side of the side wall 22, the bottom plate 21 and the side wall 22 together define an accommodating space S, and the at least one first positioning portion 11 and the at least one second positioning portion 23 are disposed correspondingly to each other. For example, the side wall 22 may be circumferentially disposed on the bottom plate 21, so that the side wall 22 and the bottom plate define the accommodating space S together. The supporting structure 3 is disposed in the accommodating space S and connects the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2. The button assembly 4 includes a button 41 penetrating the sidewall 22 and an elastic member 42 disposed between the button 41 and the support structure 3. The upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are detachably combined into a whole by the at least one first positioning part 11 and the at least one second positioning part 23 which are mutually embedded.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the number of the at least one first positioning portion 11 may be six, and the at least one second positioning portion 23 is disposed on two sides of the upper case 1 in a manner of three on each side, and the number of the at least one second positioning portion 23 is also six, and the at least one first positioning portion 11 is disposed inside the sidewall 22 of the lower case 2 respectively corresponding to the six first positioning portions 11. However, the present invention is not limited to the at least one first positioning portion 11 and the at least one second positioning portion 23 and the positions thereof. In addition, each first positioning portion 11 may have a C-shaped structure, and the gap direction of the C-shaped structure may be toward a first direction (e.g., positive X direction, as shown in fig. 2). For example, the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 may be fitted to each other by pushing the upper case 1 in the first direction. That is, the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 can be easily combined by pushing the upper case 1 in the first direction by bare hands.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the at least one first positioning portion 11 may be a block, and the at least one second positioning portion 23 may be a groove corresponding to the block. In one embodiment of the present invention, the at least one first positioning portion 11 may also be a protruding strip-shaped structure (strip-shaped fixture block), and the at least one second positioning portion 23 may be a sliding slot structure corresponding to the protruding strip-shaped structure. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the at least one first positioning portion 11 and the at least one second positioning portion 23 may be any structures that can be engaged with each other.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, fig. 5 and 6 are a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of the button assembly and the supporting structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention, respectively. Fig. 7 and 8 are another perspective view and another exploded perspective view of the button assembly and the supporting structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As mentioned above, the supporting structure 3 is disposed in the accommodating space S, while the supporting structure 3 is configured to be connected between the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2. As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, for example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the supporting structure 3 may include a first engaging portion 32, and the button 41 may further include a second engaging portion 411 disposed corresponding to the first engaging portion 32. The supporting structure 3 and the button 41 can be tightly fitted with each other by the elastic force provided by the elastic element 42 in a second direction (e.g. a positive Y direction perpendicular to the first direction) and the structural design of the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 411 engaging with each other. For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second engaging portion 411 of the button 41 may be a triangular protrusion to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the supporting structure 3, the button 41 and the elastic element 42, but the shape of the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 411 is not limited in the present invention. It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the elastic element 42 is illustrated as a spring, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the elastic element 42 may also be a bellows, a rubber, or a polymer material.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, as well as fig. 5 to 8, fig. 9 is a schematic usage status diagram of the lower housing, the button assembly and the supporting structure of the housing structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is a schematic view of the upper case, the button assembly and the supporting structure of the case structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention in use. As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 9, after the upper housing 1 is pushed in the first direction (see fig. 2), the button 41 can move from a first position to a second position (i.e. move in the positive Y direction) by the elastic force of the elastic member 42, so that the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 are engaged. That is, when the button 41 is inserted through the sidewall 22, i.e. when the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2 are in the state of being embedded with each other, the button 41 is located at the second position. Then, if the button 41 is pressed inward, that is, the elastic member 42 is compressed, so that the button 41 is separated from the sidewall 22 of the lower housing 2 and retracted into the accommodating space S, the button 41 is located at the first position. In addition, the button 41 further includes a stopping portion 412 disposed at an end away from the elastic member 42 (i.e., an end close to the sidewall 22), and the stopping portion 412 enables the button 41 to only have a specific length portion penetrating through the sidewall 22, and can prevent the button 41 from excessively protruding out of the sidewall 22, so as to prevent the button 41 from being accidentally pressed inward to the first position due to a collision, and thus the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2 are separated from each other. That is, the stopping portion 412, the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 411 can jointly play a close fit relationship between the button assembly 4 and the supporting structure 3, and have a cooperative function of stabilizing the fitting relationship between the button assembly 4 and the side wall 22 and the lower housing 2.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 9, the lower housing 2 further includes at least one first position-limiting portion 24 disposed inside the sidewall 22, the supporting structure 3 further includes at least one second position-limiting portion 31 corresponding to the at least one first position-limiting portion 24 for limiting the displacement of the supporting structure 3 in the X direction, and the upper housing 1 and the supporting structure 3 are fixed (embedded) to each other by the at least one first position-limiting portion 24 and the at least one second position-limiting portion 31. Further, the elastic force of the elastic element 42 in the second direction also helps the at least one first position-limiting portion 24 and the at least one second position-limiting portion 31 to be tightly fitted with each other. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the at least one first position-limiting portion 24 may be a convex structure, and the at least one second position-limiting portion 31 may be a corresponding concave structure, but the number, shape and position thereof are not limited in the present invention. That is, the at least one first position-limiting portion 24 and the at least one second position-limiting portion 31 can jointly exert the tight fit relationship between the button assembly 4 and the supporting structure 3 with the stop portion 412, the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 411, and have the cooperative effect of stabilizing the fitting relationship between the button assembly 4 and the side wall 22 and the lower case 2.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 10, the upper housing 1 further includes at least one first fixing portion 12, the supporting structure 3 further includes at least one second fixing portion 33 corresponding to the at least one first fixing portion 12, the at least one second fixing portion 33 is disposed corresponding to the at least one first fixing portion 12, and the upper housing 1 and the supporting structure 3 are fixed (tightly fitted) to each other by the at least one first fixing portion 12 and the at least one second fixing portion 33. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the at least one first fixing portion 12 and the at least one second fixing portion 33 are circular and have different sizes and positions, but the present invention is not limited to the shapes and positions.
Referring to fig. 11, and referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, fig. 11 is a perspective view of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, an electronic device 5 may be disposed in the accommodating space S defined by the bottom plate 21 and the side walls 22. In addition, the housing structure M of the present invention may further include a limiting member L for limiting the degree of freedom of horizontal displacement of the electronic device 5 on the bottom plate 21. In addition, the electronic device 5 may further include a groove 52 disposed corresponding to the limiting member L, so that the limiting member L, the electronic device 5 and the bottom plate 21 can be better tightly fitted with each other. For example, the position-limiting element L of the present invention may be a threaded screw or a plug, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Preferably, in one embodiment, the position-limiting member L may be a screw or a hole plug that can be locked or plugged by hand, so that the electronic device 5 can be fixed on the bottom plate 21 without using tools.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 11, the bottom plate 21 may further include at least one first limiting portion 211, and the electronic device 5 may further include at least one second limiting portion 51 corresponding to the at least one first limiting portion 211. In one embodiment of the present invention, the at least one second limiting portion 51 may be disposed at a position corresponding to the at least one first limiting portion 211 at the bottom of the electronic device 5. It should be noted that the at least one first limiting portion 211, the at least one second limiting portion 51 and the limiting member L may jointly play a synergistic role of limiting the degree of freedom of the horizontal displacement of the electronic device 5 on the bottom plate 21, i.e., limiting the electronic device 5 to be not easy to move after the assembly is completed, and can be limited to a default position.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it should be noted that the sidewall 22 of the lower casing 2 of the present invention may further include a through hole 221 for exposing a connection portion (not labeled) of the electronic device 5 outside the sidewall 22, so that the electronic device 5 in the first embodiment of the present invention can be electrically connected to a wire (not shown) or other electronic devices (not shown).
The first embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic product (not shown in the drawings), which includes the housing structure M of the present invention and the electronic device 5. For example, the electronic device 5 may be a Circuit substrate, such as a PCB or a PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board), a battery, a mechanical hard disk, or a solid state disk, but the invention is not limited thereto. In practical applications, the electronic product may be the electronic device 5 with corresponding functions, for example, the mobile charger (electronic product) may have a battery (electronic device 5), and the portable hard disk (electronic product) may have a solid state disk (electronic device 5), and the like, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, fig. 12 is a flowchart illustrating an assembling method of a housing structure according to a second embodiment of the invention. Fig. 13 is a flowchart of a disassembling method of the housing structure according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an assembling method for assembling the housing structure M of the first embodiment, including the following steps: arranging the electronic device 5 in the accommodating space S, and fixing the electronic device 5 on the bottom plate 21 through the limiting member L (step S101); and corresponding at least one first positioning portion 11 of the upper housing 1 to at least one second positioning portion 23 of the lower housing 2, and pushing the upper housing 1 toward a first direction (e.g., positive X direction) to make the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 be fitted with each other (step S102), completing the assembly. As in the first embodiment, at this time, the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 are in a state of being fitted to each other, and the button 41 is located at the second position. By the structural design and assembly method of the housing structure M of the present invention, the electronic device 5 can be fixed on the bottom plate 21 of the lower housing 2 by hand without using tools during assembly, and the assembly is completed through the above steps to provide protection for the electronic device 5.
As shown in fig. 13, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a disassembling method for disassembling the housing structure M of the first embodiment, including the following steps: pressing the button 41 inward, i.e. pushing the button 41 inserted into the sidewall 22 in a direction opposite to the second direction (e.g. negative Y direction), so as to compress the elastic member 42, and separating the button 41 from the sidewall 22 (step S201); and pushing the upper case 1 in a direction opposite to the first direction (for example, the negative X direction) to separate the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 from each other (step S202). As in the first embodiment, when the button 41 is separated from the sidewall 22 of the lower casing 2 and retracted into the accommodating space S, the button 41 is located at the first position. By the structural design and the dismounting method of the shell structure M, dismounting can be completed by hands without tools.
