In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the guide rail is not made of square tubes, for example, the guide rail may be solid, and a guide groove for guiding movement of the guide wheel is machined on the guide rail.
In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the nozzle fixing device may include a fixing block, where the fixing block is mounted on the guide rail in a guiding manner through a dovetail groove structure or a T-shaped groove structure.
In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the rear support wheel may be selected as the drive wheel.

Claims (8)

1. GIS conductor self-cleaning device, characterized by comprising:
a conductor support rotation mechanism for supporting and rotating the conductor;
the spray head displacement mechanism comprises a spray head, wherein the spray head is used for moving along the extending direction of the conductor and spraying water to clean the conductor, and the moving direction of the spray head is defined as the left-right direction;
wherein, conductor support rotary mechanism includes:
a support frame;
the support wheel sets are arranged at the top of the support frame, at least two groups of support wheel sets are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, each support wheel set comprises two front support wheels and rear support wheels which are arranged front and back, the rotation axes of the front support wheels and the rear support wheels extend along the left-right direction, and at least one front support wheel or rear support wheel is a driving wheel;
the rotary driving device is in transmission connection with the driving wheel so as to drive the driving wheel to rotate;
wherein, shower nozzle displacement mechanism still includes:
a left column and a right column;
the guide rail is fixed at the top ends of the two upright posts, and the extending direction of the guide rail is the left-right direction;
the spray head fixing device is used for fixing the spray head and is arranged on the guide rail in a guiding and moving manner along the left-right direction;
the displacement driving device is in transmission connection with the spray head fixing device so as to drive the spray head fixing device to move left and right along the guide rail;
the spray head comprises a vertical pipe and a semicircular pipe which is fixed at the bottom of the vertical pipe and is downward in opening, the semicircular pipe is communicated with the vertical pipe, the semicircular pipe is used for being covered outside a conductor, and two ends of the semicircular pipe form water outlet ends;
the two ends of the semicircular pipe are respectively fixed with water outlet pipes extending along the left-right direction, the water outlet pipes are communicated with the semicircular pipe, at least two nozzles are arranged on each water outlet pipe at intervals along the left-right direction, the nozzles on the two water outlet pipes are correspondingly arranged front and back, and the nozzles are opposite front and back in the 180-degree direction.

The GIS conductor automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail is made of a square tube, an opening extending in a left-right direction is provided on a bottom wall of the square tube, the shower head fixing device comprises a fixing plate and a guide wheel rotatably mounted on the fixing plate, the fixing plate penetrates through the opening and moves left and right in the opening, and the guide wheel is in rolling contact with the square tube.

The GIS conductor automatic cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the guide wheels include a first guide wheel having a rotation axis extending in a front-rear direction and a second guide wheel having a rotation axis extending in a top-bottom direction, at least two of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are disposed right-left, the first guide wheel is located above the second guide wheel, the first guide wheel is in rolling contact with a bottom inner wall of the square tube, and the second guide wheel is in rolling contact with front-rear side walls of the opening.

A GIS conductor automatic cleaning device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the displacement driving device comprises a displacement driving motor and a transmission belt in transmission fit with an output end of the displacement driving motor, the transmission belt penetrates through the square tube, and the fixing plate is connected to the transmission belt so as to be driven by the transmission belt to move left and right.

A GIS conductor automatic cleaning device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the shower head fixing device further comprises a connecting rod connected to the bottom of the fixing plate, the connecting rod is in a zigzag shape, the connecting rod comprises a first rod section connected to the bottom of the fixing plate and extending downwards, a second rod section connected to the first rod section and extending forwards or backwards, a third rod section connected to the second rod section and extending downwards, and the shower head is fixedly connected with the third rod section.

A GIS conductor automatic cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the nozzle fixing device comprises an L-shaped connecting rod, the connecting rod comprises a transverse rod section extending forwards or backwards, a vertical rod section connected with the transverse rod section and extending downwards, and the nozzle is fixedly connected with the vertical rod section.

The GIS conductor automatic cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the support frame comprises a fixed support frame and a movable support frame, the fixed support frame is used for being fixed on the ground, a movable roller is arranged at the bottom of the movable support frame, the support wheel set comprises a fixed support wheel set installed on the fixed support frame and a movable support wheel set installed on the movable support frame, and a front support wheel or a rear support wheel in the fixed support wheel set is a driving wheel.

The automatic cleaning device for GIS conductors according to claim 7, wherein the rotary driving device comprises a rotary driving motor, motor supports are arranged below the rotary driving motor, at least two driving wheels are arranged, the output ends of the rotary driving motor are in transmission connection with the driving wheels and the adjacent driving wheels through transmission shafts respectively, and universal shafts are arranged at two ends of each transmission shaft.
