step five: monitoring vehicles driving out of the parking spaces, updating information of vacant parking spaces, paying and calculating and prompting money amount, paying mode and driving-out time;
step six: and checking the vehicles driving out of the parking lot, accounting the payment amount and the driving-out time, and charging additionally when the vehicles overtime.
10. The intelligent parking guidance and charging method according to claim 9, wherein the parking lot is a roadside charging parking space; when the vehicle to be parked is parked in the parking space, the charging timing is confirmed.
