The invention discloses a control method of a pulsator washing machine, and relates to the technical field of washing machine control. The invention comprises the following steps: step S1: setting washing parameters by operating the side plate, and starting the washing machine to start washing; step S2: the microprocessor detects the action of the button for changing the washing water level; step S3: the water level sensor detects the current water level, and selects the current proper washing water flow according to the requirement; step S4: the remaining washing procedure was completed in steps. The invention judges the water level in real time in the washing process and selects the washing water flow suitable for the current water level to finish the washing program, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of washing weakness caused by the mismatching of the washing water flow and the washing water level and improving the washing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machine control, and particularly relates to a control method of a pulsator washing machine.
Background
The full-automatic impeller washing machine is the first choice of the majority of family users due to the characteristics of high cleaning ratio, time and electricity saving, low price and the like. However, in the normal washing process of the pulsator washing machine, the water level is changed beyond the will of the user due to misoperation or other reasons, so that the washing water flow is changed, the washing is weak, and the final washing effect is affected.
Because full-automatic impeller washing machine's intelligent control in the present industry, its washing rivers usually are correlated with the settlement water level, and high water level corresponds strong rivers promptly, and low water level corresponds weak rivers. If the water level is changed to be low in the high water level washing process, the water flow is weakened correspondingly, and the current water level is not changed, so that the washing water flow is insufficient, the washing effect of clothes is reduced, and the satisfaction degree of a user on the product is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a control method of a pulsator washing machine, which solves the problem of incapability of washing caused by mismatching of the existing washing water flow and the washing water level by re-matching the proper washing water flow according to the current water level condition in the washing process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a control method of a pulsator washing machine, which is applied to the washing machine, wherein the washing machine comprises a water level sensor, an operation panel, a microprocessor and a display module which are arranged in a roller, and the control method comprises the following steps:
step S1: setting washing parameters by operating the side plate, and starting the washing machine to start washing;
step S2: the microprocessor detects the action of the button for changing the washing water level;
step S3: the water level sensor detects the current water level, and selects the current proper washing water flow according to the requirement;
step S4: the remaining washing procedure was completed in steps.
As a preferable technical solution, in step S3, when the microprocessor detects that the water level key is operated, the microprocessor compares the current water level with:
if the water level is higher than the current water level, supplementing water to a new set water level;
if the current water level is equal to the current water level, the current water flow is operated until the program is finished;
if the current water level is lower than the current water level, the current water flow is operated to the end of the program.
As a preferred technical scheme, a microprocessor of the washing machine is connected with a cloud server through a communication module; the microprocessor is respectively connected with the water level sensor, the operation panel and the display module; the output end of the microprocessor is also connected with a water inlet valve of the washing machine.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention judges the water level in real time in the washing process and selects the washing water flow suitable for the current water level to finish the washing program, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of washing weakness caused by the mismatching of the washing water flow and the washing water level and improving the washing effect.
(2) The invention does not need to add any device, starts from software, does not increase cost and is economical and practical.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
