pouring asphalt and naphthenic oil plasticizer into a mixing heater for stirring, grinding and homogenizing, thereby obtaining a base raw material;

continuously adding powdered styrene-butadiene rubber, 60-mesh desulfurized rubber powder and a heat-resistant modifier into the basic raw material obtained in the step S1, and continuously mixing under the condition of keeping the temperature unchanged;
S3
