Description

Liquid container made of all natural plant material
Technical Field
The present application relates to a structure of beverage container, in particular, it relates to a liquid container made of all-natural plant material.
Background
Most of the most widely used beverage containers in the market at present are plastic bottles (or PET bottles), the raw material for producing the traditional plastic bottles is mainly Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and since PET bottles are produced and used in large quantities worldwide, but PET bottles cannot be naturally degraded, the problem of how to treat the garbage in PET bottles becomes a large environmental protection subject in all countries at present.
In order to solve the environmental problem caused by plastic bottles, containers made of naturally degradable environmental friendly materials are proposed and put into mass production. Paper pet bottles, which are made entirely of paper material and are manufactured by an integral molding technique, have been proposed by state manufacturers such as the united states, the united kingdom, the netherlands, and the danish, but have the advantages of being easy and quick to manufacture, but have insufficient structural strength and compressive strength, and are easily broken from structurally weak portions, and thus cannot be used as soda bottles or contain other beverages or liquids (e.g., sparkling water) with pressure.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the problems that the structural strength and the compressive strength of the paper PET bottle which is manufactured by adopting the integral forming technology are insufficient and the environmental protection problem caused by the traditional plastic bottle and the paper container is solved.

The utility model provides an embodiment structure of liquid container of all natural plant material, contains: bottle lid 10, upper segment body 20, body 30 and bottle bottom 40.
The top end of the upper section of the bottle body 20 is provided with a bottle mouth 21 which can be connected with the bottle cap 10, and the upper section of the bottle body 20 extends towards the bottom end direction to form a connecting section 22 which can be inserted into the top end of the bottle body 30; the bottle cap 10 and the upper bottle body 20 are made of a mixture mainly containing plant fibers by an injection molding technology, and the mixture mainly containing the plant fibers basically comprises the following components: natural plant fiber powder and a plant adhesive; the preferable mode of the natural plant fiber powder is plant fiber powder made of bamboo skin, the plant adhesive contains any one of natural resin and pine juice, and the all-natural plant material is completely used and has the characteristic of natural decomposition or biological decomposition, so that the environmental protection problem caused by the traditional plastic PET bottle can be solved. The body 30 is formed using a spiral paper tube 60 (see fig. 4) having a multi-layered structure, and the top end of the body 30 is adhesively coupled to the engaging section 22 of the upper body 20, for example, using biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) as a glue.
The shape of upper body 20 is not limited to a specific shape, and it is usually determined that the shape is suitable according to the purpose and kind of the liquid container, and upper body 20 is basically a tubular member with two ends connected; fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the upper body as a tapered tubular component, but not limited thereto. The manner and construction of the coupling of the bottle cap 10 to the bottle mouth 21 will generally be determined according to the purpose and kind of the liquid container, fig. 1 is an embodiment thereof, the upper body 20 has an external thread 23 near the bottle mouth 21, and the inner side of the bottle cap 10 also has an internal thread 11 (see fig. 3) that can be matched with the external thread 23, so that the bottle cap 10 can be coupled together by the internal thread 11 and the external thread 23 of the upper body 20.
Wherein the bottle bottom 40 is a cup-shaped structure with an opening facing downwards, the bottle bottom 40 comprises a bottom surface 41 and a side wall 42 surrounding the bottom surface 41, as shown in fig. 7, the bottle bottom 40 is inserted into the bottom end of the bottle body 30 with the opening facing downwards, then the bottle body 30 and the side wall 42 of the bottle bottom 40 are combined together in a gluing manner, and the bottle bottom 40 is made by molding a composite paper P3 with a three-layer structure; referring to fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment, the composite paper P3 made of the bottle bottom 40 having a three-layer structure P3 with different fiber arrangement directions D (directions indicated by arrows in the figure) can enhance the structural strength and compressive strength of the bottle bottom 40.

In a preferred embodiment of the present application, after the liquid container made of all natural plant materials is formed by using the bottle cap 10, the upper body 20, the body 30 and the bottom 40, a Waterproof coating film 50 (see fig. 8) made of biodegradable plastic, such as polylactic acid (PLA), may be further coated on the inner side of the liquid container to enhance the Waterproof performance of the liquid container made of all natural plant materials (Waterproof).
In addition to the composite paper P2 having two-layer structure disclosed in the above embodiment, other embodiments of the present application further include using composite paper having more than two layers to make the bottle body 30, so that the structural strength of the bottle body 30 can be further improved. For example, fig. 5 is a configuration of a spiral paper tube made using a composite paper P3 having a 3-layer structure, and then the spiral paper tube is cut according to the length L of the body 30 for making the body 30, wherein the 3-layer structure of the composite paper P3 having a 3-layer structure comprises: the composite paper P3 is wound in a spiral winding mode, and the first paper L1, the second paper L2 and the third paper L3 are bonded with each other in a staggered and overlapped mode to form a spiral paper tube with a 3-layer structure as the bottle body 30, wherein the first paper L1 serves as an outer layer of the bottle body 30, the second paper L2 serves as a middle layer of the bottle body 30, and the third paper L3 serves as an inner layer of the bottle body 30. In the above embodiment, the third layer of paper L3 as the inner layer of the bottle body 30 can be made of a suitable paper material according to the application of the liquid container or the kind of liquid to be contained. In a preferred embodiment, the fiber arrangement directions of the different layers of the composite paper having a multi-layer structure are different, so that the structural strength and the compressive strength of the bottle body 30 can be enhanced.
In other embodiments of the present application, an aluminum foil is further attached to the inner side of the bottle body 30 to provide the function of blocking ultraviolet rays.
The above-described embodiments and/or implementations are only for illustrating the preferred embodiments and/or implementations of the technology of the present application, and are not intended to limit the implementations of the technology of the present application in any way, and those skilled in the art can make modifications or changes to other equivalent embodiments without departing from the scope of the technology disclosed in the present application, but should be construed as technology or implementations substantially the same as the present application.
