本发明公开了一种钛合金管材的制造方法,包括以下步骤:S1:制作管坯:选择坯料,通过挤压、锻造制作管坯,在坯料挤压、锻造的时候反复均匀涂覆防氧化涂层;S2:加热:对管坯进行加热处理;S3:穿孔:对加热的坯料进行轧穿孔变形,得到高温的空心管;S4:挤压、轧制:对穿孔后的得到的空心管进行挤压、轧制,得到管材半成品;S5:脱管:将得到管材半成品进行脱管处理;S6:定径:对管材进行定径处理;S7:冷却:对定径后的管材进行冷却处理;S8:矫直:对管材进行加热矫直;S9:探伤;S10:标记入库。本发明,获得的合金管,其抗氧化能力强,可对制备的管材进行探伤处理,从而确保制备的合金管合格。

一种钛合金管材的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及钛合金管材制造相关技术领域,具体是一种钛合金管材的制造方法。
背景技术
钛及钛合金材料具有质轻、高比强度、耐腐蚀、耐高温、超导特性等优异特性,广泛应用于航空航天、超塑成型、石化、超导等领域。随着装备向高可靠、高稳定和高集成化的发展要求,对小规格钛及钛合金管材的品质要求越来越高,主要体现在满足客户的严苛使用环境要求,即腐蚀介质、高压、高温等。高品质的小规格钛及钛合金管材要有极小的尺寸公差,表面质量一致、均匀,工艺性能和力学性能需满足特定工况使用要求。
现有的制作钛合金管材的方法,使得的钛合金管抗氧化能力较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钛合金管材的制造方法,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种钛合金管材的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制作管坯:选择坯料,通过挤压、锻造制作管坯,在坯料挤压、锻造的时候反复均匀涂覆防氧化涂层;
S2:加热:对管坯进行加热处理;
S3:穿孔:对加热的坯料进行轧穿孔变形,得到高温的空心管;
S4:挤压、轧制:对穿孔后的得到的空心管进行挤压、轧制,得到管材半成品;
S5:脱管:将得到管材半成品进行脱管处理;
S6:定径:对管材进行定径处理;
S7:冷却:对定径后的管材进行冷却处理;
S8:矫直:对管材进行加热矫直;
S9:探伤;
S10:标记入库。
优选的,所述坯料由以下材料组成:Ti:85%~95%;V: 2~4.5%;Al:5.5%~6.5%;Zr:1.0%~2%;Ru:0.1%~0.3%; Fe:0.1%~0.3%;O:0.1%~0.2%;C:0.05%~0.1%;N: 0.01%~0.05%;H:0.01%~0.05%。
优选的,所述步骤S2中加热的温度为1000~1100℃,时间是1~1.5h。
优选的,所述步骤S3中加热的温度为800~900℃。
优选的,所述步骤S7中冷却的温度为300-700℃。
优选的,所述步骤S9中探伤采用水压实验进行探伤。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:S1:制作管坯:选择坯料,通过挤压、锻造制作管坯,在坯料挤压、锻造的时候反复均匀涂覆防氧化涂层;S2:加热:对管坯进行加热处理;S3:穿孔:对加热的坯料进行轧穿孔变形,得到高温的空心管; S4:挤压、轧制:对穿孔后的得到的空心管进行挤压、轧制,得到管材半成品;S5:脱管:将得到管材半成品进行脱管处理; S6:定径:对管材进行定径处理;S7:冷却:对定径后的管材进行冷却处理;S8:矫直:对管材进行加热矫直;S9:探伤; S10:标记入库;以上获得的合金管,其抗氧化能力强,可对制备的管材进行探伤处理,从而确保制备的合金管合格。

S3:穿孔:对加热的坯料进行轧穿孔变形,得到高温的空心管;
S4:挤压、轧制:对穿孔后的得到的空心管进行挤压、轧制,得到管材半成品;
S5:脱管:将得到管材半成品进行脱管处理;
S6:定径:对管材进行定径处理;
S7:冷却:对定径后的管材进行冷却处理;
S8:矫直:对管材进行加热矫直;
S9:探伤;
S10:标记入库。

1.一种钛合金管材的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:制作管坯:选择坯料,通过挤压、锻造制作管坯,在坯料挤压、锻造的时候反复均匀涂覆防氧化涂层;
S2:加热:对管坯进行加热处理;
S3:穿孔:对加热的坯料进行轧穿孔变形,得到高温的空心管;
S4:挤压、轧制:对穿孔后的得到的空心管进行挤压、轧制,得到管材半成品;
S5:脱管:将得到管材半成品进行脱管处理;
S6:定径:对管材进行定径处理;
S7:冷却:对定径后的管材进行冷却处理;
S8:矫直:对管材进行加热矫直;
S9:探伤;
S10:标记入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钛合金管材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述坯料由以下材料组成:Ti:85%~95%;V:2~4.5%;Al:5.5%~6.5%;Zr:1.0%~2%;Ru:0.1%~0.3%;Fe:0.1%~0.3%;O:0.1%~0.2%;C:0.05%~0.1%;N:0.01%~0.05%;H:0.01%~0.05%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钛合金管材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中加热的温度为1000~1100℃,时间是1~1.5h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钛合金管材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中加热的温度为800~900℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钛合金管材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S7中冷却的温度为300-700℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种钛合金管材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S9中探伤采用水压实验进行探伤。
