Description

Skin micro-ecological balance composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin micro-ecological balance composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin is located on the surface of the human body, is the largest organ of the human body, and is also the most important defense system. Normally, a large number of microorganisms are present on the skin surface. Skin micro-ecology refers to a micro-ecosystem consisting of the skin microflora, the tissues on the skin surface of the host, various secretions of cells, the external environment, and the like. The skin microflora, the tissues on the skin surface of the host and the external environment are mutually restricted and interacted, and the coordinated dynamic balance is maintained, so that the skin is considered to be in a normal and healthy skin state.
Microbial populations are generally divided into two broad categories: resident flora and transient flora. The skin micro-ecological balance usually plays an important role for resident flora to maintain the healthy state of the skin, and plays a very important role in the skin of human bodies, and mainly comprises the following steps: 1) the immunity of the skin is improved; 2) the anti-allergy capability of the skin is improved; 3) the moisture retention of the skin is kept; 4) improve the renewal of skin cells. However, long-term, repeated internal and external environmental stimuli are applied to the skin and exceed the compensatory ability of the skin, which can break the microecological balance of the skin, leading to the occurrence of skin sub-health or skin diseases.
Most of skin care products on the market at present only relieve the symptom of skin micro-ecological imbalance by means of moisturizing, moisturizing and the like, and the problem of skin micro-ecological imbalance is difficult to solve fundamentally. CN110638740A discloses a composition for regulating skin micro-ecology and its application, wherein the composition comprises a yeast fermentation product lysate of bifidus, a yeast fermentation product filtrate, a lactobacillus/algae extract fermentation product, a giant kelp extract and seawater, the composition can be utilized by probiotics on the skin surface, and can selectively protect the probiotics and inhibit pathogenic bacteria at the same time, but the lava seawater used is not easily available, and the cost is also increased, and is not suitable for large-scale popularization and application. CN 111544370 a discloses a composition for regulating and maintaining skin micro-ecology, which comprises bacteriostatic agent, skin probiotic nutritional agent, lactobacillus, yeast fermentation lysate filtrate, and the composition can make the reproduction of probiotics not inhibited, but the dosage of chemical bacteriostatic agent is higher, which is not beneficial to long-term maintenance of skin micro-ecology balance.

Effect example 2 sample moisturizing effect test
Respectively adding deionized water into the essence samples prepared in the examples 4-6 and the comparative examples 1-6 according to the mass volume ratio of 1:5g/mL to dissolve uniformly to obtain sample solutions; respectively placing the sample solutions in weighing bottles with the diameter of 90mm, and weighing M0Placing the half-opened cover of the weighing bottle in a low-humidity environment with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the RH of 40 percent, and basically saturating the moisture absorption rate after 48 hours, so that the weight M of the weighing bottle is measured after standing for 48 hours1Calculating the moisture absorption rate [ (% M)1-M0)/M0]×100%;
Continuously putting the weighed sample after 48h back into a low humidity environment with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the RH of 40 percent, and accurately weighing the mass M of each weighing bottle after 48h2Calculating the moisture retention rate [ [ (M)2-M0)/(M1-M0)]×100%。
The moisturizing effect of each group of samples is shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 moisturizing effect of the groups of samples
Group of Moisture absorption rate% Moisture retention rate%
Example 4 73.8 94.5
Example 5 75.3 96.2
Example 6 75.0 95.9
Comparative example 1 70.9 91.8
Comparative example 2 68.4 87.0
Comparative example 3 70.5 91.6
Comparative example 4 71.6 92.3

Figure BDA0003529265950000091
As can be seen from table 3, the skin micro-ecological balance essence provided in examples 4 to 6 of the present invention has an obvious promoting effect on the proliferation of skin beneficial bacteria, staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis, and an obvious inhibiting effect on the proliferation of skin pathogenic bacteria, staphylococcus aureus and propionibacterium acnes, and is beneficial for maintaining skin micro-ecological balance. In contrast, comparative examples 1 to 6 had some proliferation promoting effects on skin beneficial bacteria, but the promoting effects were not as good as in examples 4 to 6 of the present invention; comparative examples 1 to 6 had some proliferation inhibitory effects on skin pathogenic bacteria, but the inhibitory effects were inferior to those of examples 4 to 6 of the present invention. Therefore, the components of the prebiotics, the probiotics, the cell rejuvenation biological peptide, the tripeptide-1 copper and the like in the skin microecological balance essence have the effect of synergistically maintaining the skin microecological balance.
