Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heating appliances, and particularly relates to a filter tip device, a use and a use method thereof and an aerosol generating system.
Background
In the prior art of aerosol generation, the aerosol-generating article has at least a three-stage structure: a smoke generating segment, a cavity segment and a filter segment. This increases the overall length and production costs of the aerosol-generating article. Some have been designed in aerosol-generating devices to match the use of smoke or cartridges, but the overall length and production costs of the aerosol-generating device are increased by the longer cavity and filter segments. Furthermore, the cavity section and the filter section are not designed to be easily removed in an aerosol-generating device due to the frequent replacement and cleaning required.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
A first aspect of the present invention provides a filter device comprising: a filter body and axially extending fingers 7 disposed at a distal lip end of the filter body;
An axial airflow channel 2 is arranged in the filter tip device main body and is used for realizing smoke circulation.
Preferably, the jaws 7 are barbed jaws in order to achieve extraction of the aerosol-generating article.
Of course, the claws 7 may be free of barbs, and the aerosol-generating article may be manually removed or poured after the aerosol-generating article has been drawn.
Preferably, the filter device body includes: a proximal lip filter segment 3 and a distal lip filter segment 6; wherein the distal lip filter segment 3 and/or the distal lip filter segment 6 has a cavity in communication with the axial airflow channel. The cavity has an inner diameter greater than an inner diameter of the axial airflow passage. More preferably, the cavity is a tapered cavity 9. The closer the tapered cavity 9 is to the claw 7, the larger the inner diameter of its cavity. The function of the tapered cavity 9 is: cooling the flue gas and converging the flue gas.
Preferably, a filler cavity 4 is provided in the filter body in communication with the axial air flow channel 2 for filling the filter or flavouring component.
Preferably, the proximal and distal lip filter segments 3, 6 are detachably or integrally coupled.
Preferably, the filter body outer wall has an outer diameter enlarged section 5 or outer flange. The enlarged outer diameter section 5 or outer flange is adapted to fit with an aerosol-generating device.
Preferably, the joint of the near lip filter segment 3 and the far lip filter segment 6 is the filler cavity 4, so that the near lip filter segment 3 and the far lip filter segment 6 can be conveniently detached to replace the filler in the filler cavity 4.
Preferably, the proximal lip segment of the proximal lip filter segment 3 is a diverging cavity 1 in communication with an axial air flow channel 2. The function of the diverging cavity 1 is: cooling the smoke, emitting the smoke and enhancing the smoke mixing effect. The diverging cavity 1 is the closer to the proximal lip end of the proximal lip filter segment 3, the larger the inner diameter.
Preferably, the outer diameter enlarged section 5 or outer flange is located at the distal lip end of the proximal lip filter section 3.
A second aspect of the invention provides an aerosol-generating system comprising: the filter device, aerosol-generating article and aerosol-generating device of any of the first aspects;
Wherein the fingers 7 of the filter device grip the proximal lip end of the aerosol-generating article 10, the aerosol-generating article 10 being inserted into the aerosol-generating device.
A third aspect of the invention provides the use of a filter device according to any of the first aspects in combination with an aerosol-generating article that is free of cavity segments and filter segments. The tapering cavity 9 in the filter device provides the functions of cooling and converging the smoke of the hollow cavity section of a conventional heating type cigarette. The filler cavity in the filter device, when filled with the filter element, serves the function of filtering the filter segments in a conventional heated cigarette.
A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a method of using the filter device of the first aspect, inserting the aerosol-generating article 10 into the heated cavity 11-1 of the aerosol-generating device at the time of suction, and then positioning the filter device in the direction of the aerosol-generating article 10 so that the filter device is connected to the aerosol-generating device, while the claws 7 on the filter device hold the aerosol-generating article 10 from the outer periphery or are inserted into the aerosol-generating article 10;
Then, the heating chamber 11-1 heats the aerosol-generating article 10 to generate aerosol for inhalation by the user;
After the suction is completed, the filter device is pulled out from the reverse direction.
When the claws 7 are barbed claws, the claws 7 on the filter device will simultaneously carry the aerosol-generating article 10 out of the heating chamber 11-1, fulfilling the function of extracting the aerosol-generating article 10.
A fifth aspect of the invention provides the use of a filter device according to any one of the first aspects in combination with a side-entry aerosol-generating device to provide oxygen barrier to an aerosol-generating article 10 within a heating chamber. The aerosol-generating article 10 may thus be heated under oxygen-deficient conditions.
In the present invention, when the aerosol-generating article 10 or filter device is drawn by a user, the end closest to the user's lips is referred to as the "proximal lip end" and the end distal from the user's lips is referred to as the "distal lip end".
Of course, some portion of the aerosol-generating article 10 or some portion of the filter device, the end closest to the user's lips is also referred to as the "proximal lip end" and the end distal from the user's lips is also referred to as the "distal lip end".
Accordingly, the section containing the "proximal lip end" is referred to as the "proximal lip section", and the section containing the "distal lip end" is referred to as the "distal lip section".
The technical proposal can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a filter tip device independent of an aerosol generating product and an aerosol generating device, wherein the filter tip device is provided with claws or claws with barbs, and can hold the aerosol generating product from the periphery or be inserted into the aerosol generating product, and the filter tip device has the effects of cooling, filtering, flavoring and the like on the aerosol during suction; after the suction is finished, the barbed claws on the filter tip device can bring the aerosol generating product out of the heating cavity, so that the function of extracting the aerosol generating product is realized.
2. In a preferred embodiment, the outer wall of the filter body has an enlarged outer diameter section or an outer flange. When the filter tip device is matched with the aerosol generating device with side air inlet, the lower end part of the outer diameter expansion section 5 is abutted against the upper end part of the shell of the aerosol generating device to block the air flow channel, so that the effect of isolating oxygen from the aerosol generating product in the heating cavity is achieved, the heating temperature of the heating cavity can be increased without worrying about combustion of the aerosol generating product, and the aerosol generated by pyrolysis of the aerosol generating product at a higher temperature is more sufficient.
3. The filter device of the present invention is for use in combination with an aerosol-generating article that does not contain a cavity segment and a filter segment. The filter device can be reused. The cavity section and the filter section do not have to be designed in the aerosol-generating device. This reduces the volume of the aerosol-generating article and the aerosol-generating device, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
4. The filter device of the present invention is widely adaptable to existing aerosol-generating devices of various shapes because it is only held by the claws on the aerosol-generating article to produce a coupling relationship with the aerosol-generating device.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the filter device of the present invention includes: a filter body and an aerosol-generating article holder 8 disposed at a distal lip end (i.e., a lower end in fig. 1) of the filter body and extending axially downward. The aerosol-generating article holder 8 comprises two axially extending circular segments. The inner wall of each circular arc piece is provided with two claws 7 with barbs.
An axial air flow channel 2 is arranged in the filter tip device main body.
The filter device body includes: a proximal lip filter segment 3 and a distal lip filter segment 6 which are detachably connected. The detachable connection mode can be threaded connection, clamping connection and the like. In this embodiment a threaded connection.
Wherein the distal lip filter segment 6 has a tapered cavity 9 in communication with the axial airflow channel 2, the closer the tapered cavity 9 is to the claw 7, the larger the inner diameter of its cavity. In this embodiment, the tapered cavity 9 is of truncated cone configuration. The upper end inner diameter of the tapered cavity 9 is equal to the inner diameter of the axial airflow channel 2.
A filler cavity 4 is provided in the filter body in communication with the axial gas flow channel 2 for filling the filter element or the flavouring element. In this embodiment, the filler chamber 4 is filled with a filter cotton adsorbing the perfume. The inner diameter of the filler cavity 4 is larger than the inner diameter of the axial gas flow channel 2. An upper portion of the filler cavity 4 is located in said proximal lip filter segment 3 and a lower portion of the filler cavity 4 is located in the distal lip filter segment 6. After the near lip filter segment 3 and the far lip filter segment 6 are connected, the connection part of the two forms the filler cavity 4. The longitudinal cross-section of the filler cavity 4 is substantially octagonal.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the near lip filter segment 3 is substantially rounded. The longitudinal section of the outer wall of the near-lip filter tip section 3 is two symmetrical concave curves, so that a user can conveniently suck the upper end part of the near-lip filter tip section 3 into a nozzle, and simultaneously, two concave handheld parts are formed on the outer wall of the filter tip device main body, so that the user can conveniently hold the near-lip filter tip.
The longitudinal cross-section of the outer wall of the distal lip filter segment 6 is substantially rectilinear to accommodate the interior cavity of the aerosol-generating device 11. The outer diameter of the distal lip filter segment 6 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the proximal lip filter segment 3. The outer diameter enlargement 5 is the maximum outer diameter of the proximal lip filter segment 3. The enlarged outer diameter section 5 is located at the distal lip end of the proximal lip filter section 3. One function of the enlarged outer diameter section 5 is: when the filter tip device is matched with a side-air-inlet aerosol generating device (such as the aerosol generating device disclosed in application number 201280070578.3, the side-air inlet specifically refers to that air is introduced into a gap between a shell of the aerosol generating device and a heating cavity), the lower end part of the outer diameter expansion section 5 abuts against the upper end part of the shell of the aerosol generating device to seal an air flow channel, so that an effect of isolating oxygen from an aerosol generating product in the heating cavity is achieved, the heating temperature of the heating cavity can be increased without worrying about combustion of the aerosol generating product, and the aerosol generated by pyrolysis of the aerosol generating product at a higher temperature is more sufficient.
Of course, in alternative embodiments, an external flange may be provided on the external wall of the filter body, which acts as an external diameter enlarging section 5 to seal off the air flow path between the aerosol generating device housing and the heating chamber.
The near lip section of the near lip filter tip section is a gradually expanding cavity 1 communicated with the axial airflow channel. The diverging cavity 1 is able to emit and soften smoke so that the smoke entering the lips of the user is soft and uniform.
Of course, in alternative embodiments, the side wall of the tapered cavity 9 may be provided with ventilation holes to allow outside air to pass through to cool the aerosol and increase the amount of smoke.
As shown in fig. 2, an aerosol-generating system comprising a filter device of the invention comprises: the filter device, the aerosol-generating article 10, and the aerosol-generating device 11 described above. Other parts of the aerosol-generating device 11, such as batteries, control elements, etc., are omitted from fig. 2.
Wherein the barbed claws 7 of the filter device grip the proximal lip end of the aerosol-generating article 10, the aerosol-generating article grip 8 and the aerosol-generating article 10 being inserted into the heating cavity 11-1 of the aerosol-generating device 11. A circle of electromagnetic induction coils 11-2 are arranged on the periphery of the heating cavity 11-1.
The barbed jaw 7 may be an electromagnetic induction receptive material to heat the aerosol generating article 10 under the influence of the electromagnetic coil 11-2.
The outer shell of the aerosol generating device 11 is abutted against the lower end part of the outer diameter expansion section 5, and inflow of external air into the heating cavity 11-1 is isolated. Even if a gap exists between the outer shell of the aerosol generating device 11 and the heating cavity 11-1, the gap is blocked by the outer diameter enlarging section 5, and cannot be communicated with the outside air to play a role of air intake.
In alternative embodiments, the aerosol-generating device 11 may of course take other forms of heating, such as central or circumferential resistive heating.
In alternative embodiments, the housing of the aerosol generating device 11 may be magnetically connected or inserted to the lower end of the enlarged outer diameter section 5.
Of course, in alternative embodiments, the tapered cavity 9 and the filler cavity 4) are replaced by an integral cavity having a larger inner diameter than the axial gas flow passage communication 2, which cavity may be filled with reinforcing components such as filter components or bursting beads.
In this embodiment, the aerosol-generating article 10 is simply a smoke generating segment.
The use method of the filter device of the present invention is as follows, when sucking, the aerosol-generating article 10 is inserted into the heating cavity 11-1 of the aerosol-generating device 11, and then the filter device is placed along the direction of the aerosol-generating article 10, so that the filter device is coupled with the aerosol-generating device 11, and at the same time, the barbed claws 7 on the filter device hold the aerosol-generating article 10 from the outer circumference or are inserted into the aerosol-generating article 10;
Then, the heating chamber 11-1 heats the aerosol-generating article 10 to generate aerosol for inhalation by the user;
after the suction is completed, the filter device is pulled out from the reverse direction, and the claws 7 on the filter device simultaneously take the aerosol-generating article 10 out of the heating cavity 11-1, thereby realizing the function of extracting the aerosol-generating article 10.
