The image management system IDB is used for uploading the digital work certificate and the validation data to the block chain based on the metadata structure and the block structure;
a DApp browser for visualizing operations of a digital work uplink blockchain.
The node centralized management and control is used for managing and controlling the data storage layer, and comprises all nodes and a certificate storing metadata base on the NFT fragment chain, wherein the management and control content is not limited to digital works, certificate storing metadata, digital work certificate storing identification, digital work NFT transaction and destruction and the like.
The protocol layer is provided with an NFT on-chain protocol and an intelligent contract;
the consensus layer is deployed with node centralized management and control, cooperative alliance nodes and virtual machines: the virtual machine is used for testing the function of the protocol layer; an intelligent contract for issuing a system pre-agreed event;
the data storage layer is provided with a plurality of NFT fragment chains on the blockchain and a certification meta database, wherein the certification meta database is not limited to MSSQL, MYSQL and Crade.
Specifically, a user can acquire a user account address of a proprietary blockchain by registering on a digital work APP or digital work portal. The user logs in a user account number exclusive to the user, uploads the self-made digital work to an NFT digital work management platform, the NFT digital work management platform uploads the self-made digital work to a digital copyright protection system, the digital copyright protection system performs recognition and registration processing on the digital work to be processed, the digital work is compared with a database with copyright registration, contribution degree of intelligent achievements of the digital work and distinguishing points of the digital work are recognized through similarity comparison, the digital work is subjected to right confirmation operation according to the distinguishing points of the digital work and NFT copyright identification of the digital work is generated, and if no distinguishing points exist, the digital work is not operated and the NFT copyright identification is not generated. And simultaneously, the NFT digital work management platform acquires user personal information from an account address of the uploaded digital work, packages the digital work and the user personal information, encrypts the digital work and the user personal information to generate certificate storage data, and generates a unique hash value as a certificate storage token through hash calculation by adopting an SM3 algorithm. And matching the unique hash value with the address of the user exclusive account number to generate the certificate identifier. The NFT digital work management platform uploads the evidence storage data and the NFT copyright right identification of the digital work to an image management system IDB, and the image management system IDB selects contribution degree of intelligent achievements of the digital work based on a metadata structure and forms a metadata base by clathrating a distinction point, the copyright right identification, personal information of a user, a time stamp and the evidence storage identification token; based on the block link structure, the NFT digital works are cast, serve as NFT link nodes of the Ethernet network, and are managed and controlled by node centralized management.
According to the method, the contribution degree and the distinguishing point of the digital work are obtained, the data work is subjected to right confirming operation according to the distinguishing point, right confirming identification is generated, user information of the digital work is obtained, a certificate storing identification of the digital work is generated according to the user information, the digital work to be processed, the right confirming identification and the certificate storing identification are uploaded to a block chain, and the contribution degree, the distinguishing point, the user information, the right confirming identification and the certificate storing identification of the digital work are stored in a certificate storing metadata database to conduct risk management. The method can determine and store the copyright of the digital work, and can obtain the contribution degree of the intelligent achievements of the digital work by carrying out similarity analysis on the digital work, thereby providing evidence backup for the copyright division of the digital work.
Referring to fig. 4, an air control system for digital work copyright according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a first module 401, configured to obtain a digital work to be processed;
a second module 402, configured to obtain a contribution degree and a distinction point of the digital work;
a third module 403, configured to perform an authorization operation on the data work according to the distinguishing point and generate an authorization identifier;
a fourth module 404, configured to obtain user information of the digital work;
a fifth module 405, configured to generate a certificate identifier of the digital work according to the user information;
a sixth module 406, configured to upload the digital work to be processed, the right-identifying identifier, and the certificate-storing identifier to a blockchain;
a seventh module 407, configured to store the contribution degree of the digital work, the distinguishing point, the user information, the right-identifying identifier and the evidence-preserving identifier in an evidence-preserving metadata database for risk management and control.
The content in the method embodiment is applicable to the system embodiment, the functions specifically realized by the system embodiment are the same as those of the method embodiment, and the achieved beneficial effects are the same as those of the method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wind control apparatus for digital work copyright, including:
at least one processor 301;
at least one memory 302 for storing at least one program;
the at least one program, when executed by the at least one processor 301, causes the at least one processor 301 to implement the method of wind control of digital work rights shown in fig. 3.
The content in the method embodiment is applicable to the embodiment of the device, and the functions specifically realized by the embodiment of the device are the same as those of the method embodiment, and the obtained beneficial effects are the same as those of the method embodiment.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having stored therein processor-executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, are for implementing a method of wind control of digital work copyrights shown in fig. 3.

Claims (8)

acquiring a digital work to be processed;
acquiring existing digital work data;
performing similarity comparison analysis on the digital work to be processed and the existing digital work data to generate multidimensional vector comparison information and distinguishing points;
generating a multi-dimensional contribution vector according to the multi-dimensional vector comparison information;
weighting and calculating the multi-dimensional contribution vector according to preset weights to obtain contribution;
performing right-determining operation on the data works according to the distinguishing points and generating right-determining identifiers;
acquiring user information of the digital work;
integrating the user information and the digital work, encrypting the integrated data through a preset algorithm, and generating a certificate token;
associating the certificate token with user information to generate a certificate identifier;
uploading the digital work to be processed, the right-confirming identifier and the evidence-storing identifier to a blockchain;
and storing the contribution degree, the distinguishing point, the user information, the right identification and the evidence storage identification of the digital work into an evidence storage metadata database for risk management and control.
2. The method for controlling the copyright of a digital work according to claim 1, wherein uploading the digital work to be processed, the right-determining identifier and the certificate-storing identifier to a blockchain specifically comprises:
uploading the digital work to be processed to a blockchain through a distributed application program;
and uploading the right identification and the certification identification to a blockchain through an image management system.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the multi-dimensional vector includes, but is not limited to, audio, video, and text.
4. The method for controlling the copyright of a digital work according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the user information of the digital work specifically comprises:
acquiring an account address for uploading the digital work;
and acquiring user information according to the account address.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the certification metadata base comprises: MSSQL, MYSQL, and Crade.
6. A system for air control of copyrights of a digital work, comprising:
the first module is used for acquiring the digital works to be processed;
the second module is used for acquiring the existing digital work data; performing similarity comparison analysis on the digital work to be processed and the existing digital work data to generate multidimensional vector comparison information and distinguishing points; generating a multi-dimensional contribution vector according to the multi-dimensional vector comparison information; weighting and calculating the multi-dimensional contribution vector according to preset weights to obtain contribution;
the third module is used for carrying out right-determining operation on the data works according to the distinguishing points and generating right-determining identifiers;
a fourth module for obtaining user information of the digital work;
a fifth module, configured to integrate the user information and the digital work, encrypt the integrated data by using a preset algorithm, and generate a certificate token; associating the certificate token with user information to generate a certificate identifier;
a sixth module, configured to upload the digital work to be processed, the right-determining identifier, and the certificate-storing identifier to a blockchain;
and a seventh module, configured to store the contribution degree of the digital work, the distinguishing point, the user information, the right-determining identifier and the evidence-preserving identifier in an evidence-preserving metadata database for risk management and control.
7. An air control device for copyright of digital works, comprising:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
the at least one program, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to implement the method of wind control of digital work rights in accordance with any one of claims 1-5.
8. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein processor executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, are for implementing a method of wind control of digital work rights in accordance with any one of claims 1-5.
