Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to disposable drainage of perianal abscess in anorectal department.
Background
Perianal abscess is a common acute and chronic suppurative inflammatory disorder in clinical anorectal surgery, and is mainly manifested by perianal swelling and pain, fester and purulence, severe cases accompanied with symptoms such as high fever, chills and the like. If the medicine is not timely and effectively treated, anal fistula or abscess can be spread to cause severe complications such as septicemia, sepsis and the like, and the life safety of patients is threatened. In clinic, operation treatment is generally adopted, in the past, simple incision drainage treatment is adopted, and secondary operation is carried out after the disease develops into a fistula, but the method has good effect, but can cause secondary wounds to patients, increase the pain of the patients, prolong the course of the disease and increase the treatment cost. At present, rubber tubes or medical latex gloves are adopted for temporary modification in clinic, but certain defects exist.
Patent CN107441570 a discloses a disposable medical drainage tube, which is made of latex tube and is a single lumen with mastoid saw teeth. Compared with the medical silicone rubber, the medical silicone rubber is prepared by the medical silicone rubber, and has good biocompatibility. Meanwhile, the medical sponge patch has a double-cavity structure, wherein one cavity is provided with a one-way valve channel, and a medical sponge patch is fixed in the cavity, so that antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicines can be continuously oozed out in the later period without being invaded by bacteria.
Patent CN 109568678A discloses a perianal abscess postoperative drainage strip and a preparation method thereof, wherein the drainage strip is mainly prepared from modified cotton fiber and modified alginate fiber according to the following steps of 1:1.2, the adopted modifier comprises limonin, rhizoma corydalis extract and olibanum extract with the mass ratio of 0.5:2:7, the patent mainly protects drainage strips, traditional Chinese medicine components and a preparation method thereof. Compared with the antibacterial coating on the tube wall of the patent, the antibacterial coating mainly comprises broad-spectrum antibiotics (such as cephalosporins) which are distributed in the medical sponge sheets on the tube wall and the tube cavity of the drainage tube, the antibacterial coating takes effect quickly, can slowly permeate the skin contact surface, and is not easy to be polluted due to the long-term action of the one-way valve; simultaneously, this patent can play and wash and drain the function and go on jointly.
Patent CN 109821078A discloses a thick cavity drainage tube for perianal abscess, wherein the tube body is provided with a negative pressure suction tube with a plurality of drainage cavities and is provided with bifurcation tubes which are symmetrical to each other; compared with the prior art, the novel medical implant is implanted in a short time in vivo, not only has a flushing function, but also has a certain treatment effect.
Patent CN 106693088A discloses a perianal abscess drainage device, compared with the perianal abscess drainage device, the biggest difference is that the patent penetrates through a lesion position, and can reduce ineffective tissue growth at the lesion position.
Disclosure of Invention
The disposable antibacterial drainage tube for perianal abscess is prepared from medical silicone rubber materials, wherein the inner surface and the outer surface of the tube body are provided with antibacterial coatings, and the two ends of the tube body are connected in a butt joint manner by a main tube extension (extension tube) (1) to form a closed-loop structure; the two cavities are divided into a first cavity (2), and the outer tube wall of the first cavity is provided with a barb structure (3) and a drainage channel (4); the outer wall of the other tube cavity (5) is provided with a one-way valve channel (6), and a medical sponge sheet (7) is fixed in the cavity.
The amikacin solution is carried in the antibacterial coating on the inner surface and the outer surface of the tube body of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube, so that about 80% of bacteria caused by pathological changes around the tube body can be restrained.
The left and right channels of the extension tube of the disposable antibacterial drainage tube for perianal abscess are semicircular, as shown in figure 1, and the grey shading part is solid. The extension tube can be externally connected with a negative pressure drainage container, so that the lesion products can be conveniently extracted from the cavity (2) as soon as possible.
The length of the barb structure of the outer tube wall of the cavity (2) of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube is 3-5mm, so as to realize the purpose of scraping the tissue of the slough; the drainage channel (4) is circular and has a diameter of 1-3mm so as to realize the drainage function.
The outer wall of the official cavity (5) of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube is provided with a one-way valve channel (6), and the one-way valve aims to enable an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug solution to be injected into the cavity through an extension tube from the outside, and liquids such as thick juice in the body cannot enter the official cavity, so that a relatively sterile environment in the later stage of the placement in the tube body can be protected.
The medical sponge sheet of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube is fixed in the cavity (5), can be absorbed and filled when antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicines are injected, and is extruded by the movement of muscles when the drainage tube is carried in a short time in the later period, so that the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicines are slowly permeated.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view, wherein 1 represents an extension of a main pipe; 2 represents a first lumen; 3 is a barb structure; 4 is a drainage channel; 5 represents another lumen; 6 is a one-way valve and a channel thereof; and 7, a medical sponge sheet fixed in the cavity.
Fig. 2 is an external view.
Example 1:
disposable anus week abscess antibacterial drainage tube, its characterized in that: the medical silicone rubber tube is prepared from medical silicone rubber materials, an antibacterial coating (1) is arranged on the inner surface and the outer surface of the tube body, and two ends of the tube body form a closed-loop structure by using four-way connecting pieces (2); the lumen is divided into two cavities, and the outer tube wall of the first lumen (3) is provided with a barb structure (4); the outer wall of the other tube cavity (5) is provided with a one-way valve channel (6), and a medical sponge sheet (7) is fixed in the cavity.
Example 2:
the clinical practice of high perianal abscess usually adopts incision drainage, but the recurrence rate of abscess and the occurrence rate of anal fistula after simple incision and drainage are respectively up to 11% and 37%, so that most patients need to be treated by operation again, which brings pain to the patients and increases economic burden. The results of bacterial culture detection of perianal puncture fluid by related scholars show that the Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) accounts for 83.3 percent, and the ultra-broad spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBLs) accounts for 33.8 percent, and other less flora. According to the embodiment, an antibacterial coating is selected as amikacin solution according to characteristics of flora, and escherichia coli is selected for film pasting test demonstration according to 5.2.6 in antibacterial test reference WS/T650-2019, so that the result shows that the antibacterial activity value of the sample is 1.1, and the sample has an antibacterial effect. The surface of the sample is provided with an antibacterial coating, so that the recurrence rate of perianal abscess and the occurrence rate of anal fistula can be effectively reduced.
Example 3:
in this example, 10 SPF-grade rats were used to establish perianal abscess wound animal models, 5 each in test and control groups. After the model is established successfully, the treatment is given, the test group adopts the product developed by the patent, and the control group carries out the simple multi-incision drainage operation. The pathological changes of the wound surface are observed after 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 20 days, 27 days, 29 days and 30 days, and the result shows that the healing effect of the wound surface of the test group is better than that of the simple incision drainage operation, the healing time of the test group is 29.08 +/-2.1 days, and the total effective rate is 100%; the healing time of the control group is 32+/-2.20 days, and the total effective rate is 95%.
