The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic side view of a roller brush 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a cleaning apparatus 200 having the roller brush 100 shown in fig. 1; fig. 3 is a partial sectional view of the cleaning apparatus 200, illustrating a mounting structure of each component inside the housing 201 of the cleaning apparatus 200.
As shown in fig. 1, the roller brush 100 of the present embodiment includes a roller body 10, and bristles are provided on a circumferential surface of the roller body 10, wherein the roller body 10 is rotatably supported by a housing 201 of a cleaning device 200 and is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate, so that the bristles are rotated around an axis to perform a cleaning operation. As shown in fig. 3, in the working state, the housing 201 of the cleaning apparatus 200 is located above the roller brush 100 and covers the upper portion of the roller brush 100 and exposes the bottom portion of the roller brush 100 to the outside, so that the bristles on the roller body 10 can clean the surface to be cleaned.
When the cleaning device is specifically arranged, the roller body 10 is cylindrical, and two axial ends of the roller body 10 are used for being rotatably connected with the shell 201 of the cleaning device 200. The bristles include a plurality of first hard bristle bundles 20, a plurality of first soft bristle bundles 30, and a plurality of second soft bristle bundles 40, which are distributed on the circumferential surface of the roller body 10. The bristle bundles are distributed on the circumferential surface of the roller body 10, which means in the circumferential direction of the roller body 10. Each bundle of bristles may be fixed to the roller body 10 directly or indirectly.
In embodiments of the present invention, "hard" and "soft" are relative terms. Specific to first hard bristle tuft 20, first soft bristle tuft 30, second soft bristle tuft 40 means that the hardness of first hard bristle tuft 20 is greater than the hardness of first soft bristle tuft 30 and second soft bristle tuft 40; alternatively, the amount of bending deformation of the first bundle of hard bristles 20 is smaller than that of the first bundle of soft bristles 30 and smaller than that of the second bundle of soft bristles in terms of the same amount of bending deformation under the same force. The first and second soft bristle bundles 30, 40 are soft bristles compared to the first and second hard bristle bundles 20, and the hardness of the first and second soft bristle bundles 30, 40 may be the same or slightly different. Preferably, the first and second soft bristle tufts 30, 40 have the same hardness and the same amount of bending deformation under the same force.
A plurality of first bristle bundles 20 are circumferentially distributed on the circumferential surface of the roller body 10 to form an annular ring of hard brush loops. The hard brush loop is located at the center in the axial direction of the roll body 10. The plurality of first soft bristle bundles 30 and the plurality of second soft bristle bundles 40 are also distributed on the circumferential surface of the roller body 10, and the first soft bristle bundles 30 and the second soft bristle bundles 40 are respectively located on both sides of the first hard bristle bundles 20 in the axial direction of the roller body 10. The arrangement of the first and second soft bristle tufts 30 and 40 is not limited. In this embodiment, specifically, the first soft bristle bundles 30 are spirally disposed on the circumferential surface of the roller body 10, and the second soft bristle bundles 40 are spirally disposed on the circumferential surface of the roller body 10. In other embodiments, the plurality of first soft bristles may be arranged to form a plurality of soft bristle loops arranged in the axial direction of the roller body 10; similarly, a plurality of second soft bristles may be arranged to form a plurality of soft bristle loops arranged in the axial direction of the roller body 10.
The first bristle bundle 20 includes at least one first bristle. In other words, each of the first hard bristle bundles 20 may be a single hard bristle, or may be a plurality of hard bristle bundles. Thus, for the first bundle of stiff bristles 20, the diameter of the first bundle of stiff bristles 20 refers to the diameter of the single stiff bristle or to the diameter of a bundle of multiple stiff bristles, more specifically the diameter of the radial cross-sectional profile circle of the bundle. The bundling here means arranging a plurality of hard bristles in parallel with each other, concentrating them in the arrangement area of the first bundle 20 of hard bristles, thereby forming the first bundle. In the case where the diameter of the first bristle tuft 20 is constant, the greater the number of bristles forming the first bristle brush tuft, the thinner the diameter of the individual bristles.
The first soft bristle bundles 30 include at least one soft bristle, i.e., each first soft bristle bundle 30 may be a single soft bristle or a plurality of soft bristles bundled together. Thus, with respect to the first soft bristle tuft 30, the diameter of the first soft bristle tuft 30 refers to the diameter of a single soft bristle or to the diameter of a bundle of a plurality of soft bristles.
Similarly, the second soft bristle group 40 includes at least one second soft bristle, i.e., each second soft bristle group 40 may be a single soft bristle or a plurality of soft bristles bundled together. Therefore, for the second soft bristle tuft 40, the diameter of the second soft bristle tuft 40 refers to the diameter of a single soft bristle or to the diameter of a bundle of a plurality of soft bristles.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the roller brush 100 is used for cleaning floor tiles or similar surfaces to be cleaned, the driving mechanism of the cleaning device 200 drives the roller brush 100 to rotate around the shaft, and the bristle bundles rotate around the shaft, wherein the first hard bristle bundle 20 has a relatively high hardness and can effectively clean the floor space, and the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the second soft bristle bundle on the two sides can quickly clean the floor space, so that the floor space and the floor surface can be cleaned simultaneously, and the floor space cleaning efficiency is greatly improved. In practice, even if the first hard bristle bundles 20 are not aligned with the ground seams, the cleaning effect is not affected, and effective cleaning of the ground seams and the ground can be realized only by repeatedly cleaning for several times.
Compared with the prior art, when the roller brush 100 of the embodiment cleans the surface to be cleaned, effective cleaning of the ground gap and the ground can be realized only by one or more times of cleaning, the ground gap does not need to be cleaned independently firstly, the ground is not cleaned for the second time, and the problems that scattered objects can be swept into the ground gap to influence the cleaning effect when the ground is cleaned for the second time are also solved.
In practice, the ground seam condition of the surface to be cleaned is different, and there are cases of "light condition ground seam" and "heavy condition ground seam", for example, "light condition ground seam" may include the following cases: only scattered dust, leaves, hair and other scattered objects which can be blown by wind exist in the ground seam, and the ground seam is relatively easy to clean. The "heavy duty ground seam" may include the following: the ground seams contain firmly bonded scatterers such as cement or heavy scatterers such as screws, steel needles and the like, which are not easy to clean.
In order to more effectively meet the cleaning requirements under different working conditions, in some embodiments of the present invention, the roller brushes 100 of the above embodiments are respectively further modified, so that the modified roller brushes 100 can better adapt to the cleaning requirements of "light-condition seams" and "heavy-condition seams", respectively.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first hard bristles, the first soft bristles, and the second soft bristles are made of the same flexible material, and the diameter of the first soft bristles and the diameter of the second soft bristles are smaller than the diameter of the first hard bristles, so that the first hard bristle bundle 20 is a hard bristle bundle compared with the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the second soft bristle bundle 40.
The height of the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the height of the second soft bristle bundle 40 are set to be smaller than the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20. That is, the height of the first bundle of hard bristles 20 is the largest. In the embodiment of the present invention, the "height" (which may also be referred to as a length) of the bristle bundle refers to a distance from the tip end (end away from the roller body 10) of each bristle bundle to the axis X of the roller body 10 in the radial direction of the roller body 10.
Since the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20 is large, the first hard bristle bundle 20 can be inserted into the ground gap when both the first and second soft bristle bundles 30 and 40 contact the ground. The first hard bristles, the first soft bristles and the second soft bristles are made of the same material, so that the bending deformation amount of the first hard bristles, the bending deformation amount of the first soft bristles and the second soft bristles are the same or basically the same, when the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the second soft bristle bundle 40 contact the ground and deform, the first hard bristle bundle 20 can also contact scattered objects in the ground gap for cleaning, the phenomenon that the first hard bristle bundle 20 is suspended due to the fact that the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the second soft bristle bundle 40 contact the ground cannot occur, and therefore the cleaning effect of the first hard bristle bundle 20 on the ground gap is guaranteed. In one embodiment, the difference in height between the first hard bristle tuft 20 and the first and second soft bristle tufts 30 and 40 varies depending on the depth of the ground seam. Generally, the depth of the ground seam is 5mm to 10mm, and the above-mentioned height difference is set to 5mm to 10 mm.
In a specific embodiment, the first hard bristles, the first soft bristles and the second soft bristles are all bristles made of nylon materials or the like. Wherein the first hard bristle bundle 20 has a diameter ranging from 4mm to 6mm, is composed of a plurality of nylon bristles having a diameter ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm, and can cope with a ground seam having a width ranging from 5mm to 10 mm. Preferably, the first hard bristles of the first hard bristle bundle 20 have a diameter of 1mm, and have superior hardness and toughness. The first soft bristle bundle 30 includes a first soft bristle having a diameter of 0.4 mm. The second soft bristle bundle 40 includes a second soft bristle having a diameter of 0.4 mm. The difference in height between the first hard bristle bundle 20 and the first and second soft bristle bundles 30 and 40 is 8mm, and it is possible to work on a surface to be cleaned having a ground gap depth of 5mm to 10 mm.
In addition, there is no particular limitation in the diameter of the bundle of bristles. Such as first bristle tuft 20, may or may not have a diameter equal to that of first bristle tuft 30. For example, the diameter of the first hard bristle bundle 20 is 5mm, and the diameter of the first hard bristles in the first hard bristle bundle 20 is 1 mm; the diameter of the first soft bristle bundle 30 is 5mm, and the diameter of the first soft bristles is 0.5 mm. For another example, the diameter of the first bundle of hard bristles 20 is 5mm, and the diameter of the first hard bristles in the first bundle of hard bristles 20 is 1 mm; the diameter of the first soft bristle bundle 30 is 4mm, and the diameter of the first soft bristles is 0.4 mm.
In order to meet the cleaning requirement of 'heavy working condition seams', in some embodiments of the invention, the first hard bristles are metal bristles, and the first soft bristles and the second soft bristles are both nylon bristles; the height of the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the height of the second soft bristle bundle 40 are not lower than the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20. The specific type of metal is not limited, as long as the bending deformation of the metal is smaller than that of the nylon bristles under the same stress condition, and for example, iron wires, stainless steel wires and the like can be selected. The height of the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the height of the second soft bristle bundle 40 are not lower than the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20, either the height of the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the height of the second soft bristle bundle 40 are greater than the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20 or the height of the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the height of the second soft bristle bundle 40 are identical to the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20.
When the roller brush 100 of the present embodiment is used to clean a surface to be cleaned, since the heights of the first soft bristle bundles 30 and the second soft bristle bundles 40 are not lower than the height of the first hard bristle bundles 20, the first soft bristle bundles 30 and the second soft bristle bundles 40 firstly contact the ground and generate large bending deformation, so that the first hard bristle bundles 20 can enter into the gaps between the ground and then contact with the scattered objects in the gaps between the ground for further cleaning.
In addition, since the height of the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the height of the second soft bristle bundle 40 are not lower than the height of the first hard bristle bundle 20, the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the second soft bristle bundle 40 can maintain contact with the ground when the first hard bristle bundle 20 contacts the scattered matter in the crevice, so that the user can press the roller body 10 toward the ground with a relatively small force and maintain the first soft bristle bundle 30 and the second soft bristle bundle 40 in contact with the ground, and thus the cleaning apparatus 200 is less loaded and the user can operate conveniently.
In this embodiment, the difference between the diameters of the first hard bristles and the diameters of the second soft bristles and the third soft bristles can be reduced appropriately. Specifically, the first soft bristle bundle 30 includes a first soft bristle having a diameter of 0.4 mm; the second soft bristle bundle 40 includes a second soft bristle having a diameter of 0.4 mm. At this time, the diameter of the first hard bristles may be less than 0.8 mm. Further, the diameter of the first stiff bristle may be equal to the diameter of the second and third soft bristles.
The "heavy duty ground sewing" may have a severe working environment, and even if the hardness of the first hard bristle bundle 20 is further increased, the wear rate of the first hard bristle bundle 20 may be greater than that of the first hard bristle bundle 20 in the "light duty ground sewing" working environment. For this reason, the roller brush 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is further improved on the basis of the above embodiment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the roller body 10 includes a left roller body 110 and a right roller body 120 detachably butted together along the axial direction of the roller body 10, the first soft bristle bundle 30 is disposed on the left roller body 110, and the second soft bristle bundle 40 is disposed on the right roller body 120; the first bundle of bristles 20 is held between the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120. Due to the above-mentioned detachable structure, when the first bundle of hard bristles 20 is worn out more, the roller body 10 can be detached from the housing 201, and then the roller body 10 is detached again to replace the first bundle of hard bristles 20.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 5, after the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120 are butted, a gap 130 into which the first bristle bundle 20 can be inserted is formed between the two, the gap 130 is formed with a clamping area 131 and a disengagement-prevention area 132, in the axial direction of the roller body 10, the size of the clamping area 131 is smaller than that of the disengagement-prevention area 132, and two protrusions 133 are arranged in the disengagement-prevention area 132 and are respectively located on the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120. As shown in fig. 6, the first bristle bundle 20 includes a fixing portion 210, wherein two sides of the fixing portion 210 are respectively provided with a retaining portion, and the retaining portion includes a first arm 220 and a second arm 230 which are respectively connected to the fixing portion 210 and have a cantilever structure; and in the radial direction of the roller body 10, the first arm 220 extends from the fixed portion 210 near the axis of the roller body 10, and the second arm 230 extends from the fixed portion 210 away from the axis of the roller body 10 with a space between the first arm 220 and the second arm 230.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, when the first bristle bundle 20 is mounted to the roller body 10, the fixing portion 210 extends into the clamping area 131 and is clamped between the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120. The retaining portion cooperates with the holding region 131 to limit the movement of the first bristle bundle 20 in the radial direction of the roller body 10 away from the axis X of the roller body. Specifically, the protrusion 133 extends into the space between the first arm 220 and the second arm 230. If the first arm 220 is located above the protrusion 133, the second arm 230 is located below the protrusion 133. That is, the protrusions 133 are located on the moving path of the first and second arms 220 and 230, so that the protrusions 133 can block the first hard bristle bundle 20 from being excessively inserted downward, and at the same time, the protrusions 133 can block the first hard bristle bundle 20 from moving upward, thereby preventing the first hard bristle bundle 20 from being accidentally removed from the holding region 131.
Since the first arm 220 and the second arm 230 are both cantilever structures, in which the second arm 230 extends from the fixing portion 210 away from the axis of the roller body 10, when the first bristle bundle 20 is mounted to the roller body 10, the second arm 230 is deformed and approaches the fixing portion 210 when being pressed by the protrusion 133 from the fixing portion 210, thereby facilitating the insertion of the first bristle bundle 20; the first arm 220 extends from the fixing portion 210 near the axis of the roller body 10, and the first arm 220 is deformed by the pressing of the protrusion 133 and is away from the fixing portion 210, thereby achieving the above-described purpose of blocking downward excessive insertion of the first bundle 20 of hard bristles.
In specific implementation, the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120 are detachably connected by a bolt 140 and a nut 150. As shown in fig. 4, the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120 are both hollow so that the assembled roller body 10 has an inner cavity in which the bolt 140 and the nut 150 are located. Wherein the head of the bolt 140 is located in the right roller body 120, and the bolt 140 extends out of the right roller body 120 and into the left roller body 110 and is locked by the nut 150. In this embodiment, the bolt 140 and the nut 150 connecting the left roller body 110 and the right roller body 120 are hidden inside the roller body 10, and the arrangement of the bristles on the outer surface of the roller body 10 is not affected.
