Abstract
本申请提供了一种通信方法与通信装置。该方法可以包括:终端设备接收卫星的卫星星历上的至少一个频点对应的时间信息,终端设备根据该卫星星历可以确定卫星的运行轨迹等信息;终端设备根据某一时刻,如当前时刻,以及至少一个频点对应的时间信息,可以确定当前需要测量的频点信息,还可以确定终端设备重选到其他小区需要测量的频点信息。通过这种方法,可以减少终端设备多次请求***消息带来的信令开销,帮助终端设备省电。
