图1示出了穿过本发明的具体实施方式中的扭矩传递装置10的半截面。扭矩传递装置10安装在车辆的动力传动系中。动力传动系是混合动力传动系,其中,驱动元件经由驱动轴12提供驱动扭矩。例如,驱动元件设计为内燃发动机。此外,电动马达14提供用于传递至输出元件的另一驱动扭矩,该输出元件在输入侧具有变速器输入轴16。输出元件优选地是变速器。
在驱动元件与电动马达14之间有效地布置有分离离合器18。分离离合器18是K0离合器,并且电动马达14以P2混合构型连接。电动马达14包括转换单元20,该转换单元设置成将电能转换成机械能,并且包括定子22和可以相对于定子22绕旋转轴线24旋转的转子26。转子26经由转子承载件28拧紧至输入轴30。定子22被接纳在连接至固定壳体的定子承载件32上。
分离离合器18连接在扭矩传递单元34的下游,该扭矩传递单元在此设计为扭矩转换器36。分离离合器18的离合器输出端38以旋转固定的方式连接至输入轴30。输入轴30以固定的方式固定至扭矩传递单元34的壳体40。壳体40被设计为转换器壳体42并且界定了用于接纳转换器流体的流体腔室44。扭矩传递单元34经由输入轴30安装在分隔壁45上。分隔壁45布置在固定壳体上。分隔壁45轴向地布置在分离离合器18与扭矩传递单元34之间并且与分离离合器和扭矩传递单元径向重叠。
泵轮46以固定的方式连接至转换器壳体42并且将扭矩传递至涡轮48,该涡轮连接至变速器输入轴16。转换器锁止离合器50与泵轮46和涡轮48并联连接。当转换器锁止离合器50打开时,扭矩经由泵轮46和涡轮48传递至输出元件。当转换器锁止离合器50关闭时,驱动扭矩经由转换器锁止离合器50被导引至连接在下游的扭振阻尼器52,并且从该扭振阻尼器导引至输出元件。
扭振阻尼器52和转换器锁止离合器50径向地布置在转换单元20的内侧。转换器锁止离合器50与转换单元20部分地轴向重叠,并且扭振阻尼器52布置成相对于转换单元20轴向偏移。
扭振阻尼器52的阻尼器输入部件54以固定的方式连接至转换器锁止离合器50的离合器输出端56。阻尼器输出部件58可以经由弹簧元件60的作用相对于阻尼器输入部件54在有限的程度上旋转,弹簧元件设计为螺旋弹簧,特别地,设计为压缩弹簧。阻尼器输出部件58在此设计成两个部件,并且包括第一阻尼器盘状部件62和第二阻尼器盘状部件64,该第二阻尼器盘状部件以固定的方式连接至第一阻尼器盘状部件并且在距第一阻尼器盘状部件一定距离处轴向地布置,该第二阻尼器盘状部件进而经由铆钉连接件68以固定的方式连接至输出毂66和涡轮48。
在阻尼器输出部件58上布置有扭振阻尼器70,该扭振阻尼器在此布置在第二阻尼器盘状部件64上。扭振阻尼器70包括阻尼器质量件支承件72和被接纳在阻尼器质量件支承件上的至少一个阻尼器质量件74,使得扭振阻尼器可以偏转以抵抗恢复力的作用。扭振阻尼器70在此设计为离心摆76,并且阻尼器质量件支承件72形成摆质量件支承件78,并且阻尼器质量件74形成摆质量件80。摆质量件80可以相对于摆质量件支承件78沿着摆路径在有限的程度上偏转,以抵抗离心力的影响。摆质量件80经由至少一个轴承元件82支承在摆质量件支承件78上。
摆质量件支承件78可以与阻尼器输出部件58、特别地与第二阻尼器盘状部件64设计成一件,或者设计为分开的部件。在周向上以一定距离布置的至少两个摆质量件80可以布置在摆质量件支承件78上。摆质量件80径向地布置在转换器锁止离合器50和弹簧元件60的外侧,并且布置成与转换单元20径向重叠。摆质量件80以轴向偏移的方式附接至转换单元20。摆质量件80的径向内圆周比转子26的径向内圆周更径向向外,并且摆质量件80的径向外圆周径向地布置在定子22的径向外圆周的外侧。因此,可以增加摆质量件80的质量惯性矩并且可以减小离心摆76所需的轴向安装空间。
图2示出了本发明的另一具体实施方式中的扭矩传递装置10的侧视图。电动马达14的转换单元20以虚线示出。因此,转换单元20包括可以绕旋转轴线24旋转的转子26和固定的定子22。
扭振阻尼器70设计为离心摆76。阻尼器质量件74设计为摆质量件80,并且阻尼器质量件支承件72设计为可以绕旋转轴线24旋转的摆质量件支承件78。在周向上布置了总共四个摆质量件80。单个摆质量件80经由两个轴承元件82支承在摆质量件支承件78上,两个轴承元件在此设计为摆滚子。
摆质量件80的径向内圆周84径向地布置在转换单元20的径向内圆周86的外侧,在此特别地,径向地布置在转子26的径向内圆周的外侧。摆质量件80的径向外圆周88径向地布置在转换单元20的径向外圆周90的外侧,在此特别地,径向地布置在定子22的径向外圆周的外侧。摆质量件80的径向外圆周88径向地布置在转换单元20的径向内圆周86的外侧,在此径向地布置在转子26的径向内圆周的外侧,并且也径向地布置在定子22的径向内圆周的外侧。摆质量件80的重心92径向地布置在转换单元20的径向内圆周86的外侧,并且径向地布置在转换单元20的径向外圆周90的内侧。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于将驱动扭矩传递至输出元件的动力传动系的扭矩传递装置(10),所述扭矩传递装置具有:
电动马达(14),所述电动马达具有转换单元(20),所述转换单元包括定子(22)和能够相对于所述定子旋转的转子(26),并且用于将电能转换为机械能;以及
扭振阻尼器(70、76),所述扭振阻尼器具有阻尼器质量件(74、80),所述阻尼器质量件被接纳在阻尼器质量件支承件(72、78)上,使得所述阻尼器质量件能够在有限的程度上偏转以抵抗恢复力的作用,
其特征在于,
所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)布置成与所述转换单元(20)径向重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)轴向地布置在距所述转换单元(20)一定距离处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)的径向内圆周(84)径向地布置在所述转换单元(20)的径向内圆周(86)的内侧或外侧。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)的径向外圆周(88)径向地布置在所述转换单元(20)的径向外圆周(90)的内侧或外侧。
5.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)的径向外圆周(88)径向地布置在所述转换单元(20)的径向内圆周(86)的外侧。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)的重心(92)径向地布置在所述转换单元(20)的径向内圆周(86)的外侧。
7.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述阻尼器质量件(74、80)的重心(92)径向地布置在所述转换单元(20)的径向外圆周(90)的内侧。
8.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述扭振阻尼器(70)是离心摆(76),并且所述阻尼器质量件(74)是摆质量件(80),所述摆质量件附接至被设计为摆质量件支承件(78)的所述阻尼器质量件支承件(72),并且能够沿着摆路径在有限的程度上偏转。
9.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,所述扭振阻尼器(70、76)布置在扭矩转换器(36)内,所述扭矩转换器有效地布置在所述电动马达(14)与所述输出元件之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的扭矩传递装置(10),其特征在于,转换器锁止离合器(50)和/或扭振阻尼器(52)布置在所述扭矩转换器(36)内并且径向地布置在所述转换单元(20)的内侧。
