The client 200 is connected to the conference device 100 through a USB data line, a USB sound card is built in the conference device, and a first sound channel and a second sound channel are set in the USB sound card, the first sound channel is used for transmitting DTMF signals, the second sound channel is used for transmitting downlink conference audio signals, where the first sound channel is a left sound channel, the second sound channel is a right sound channel, or the first sound channel is a right sound channel, and the second sound channel is a left sound channel. When the conference equipment is connected with the client through the USB interface, the client sends the DTMF signal through a first sound channel of the USB sound card and sends the downlink conference audio signal through a second sound channel of the USB sound card. The DTMF signal is transmitted through the USB sound card, so that the conference equipment and the client side are connected through only one USB data line, downlink conference audio signals and the DTMF signal can be transmitted simultaneously, extra wiring is not needed, the use is convenient, and the conference equipment has the advantage of plug and play. And the DTMF signal and the downlink conference audio signal are respectively transmitted to the conference equipment through different sound channels of the USB sound card, and the DTMF signal can be sent under the condition that the transmission of the downlink conference audio signal is not influenced.
Before sending the DTMF signal and the downstream conference audio signal, the DTMF signal and the downstream conference audio signal need to be encoded, and the analog signal is converted into a digital signal, the encoding method corresponds to the decoding method of the conference device, and may be PCM, WMA, ADPCM, LPC, MP3, AAC, CELP, or the like, and is preferably PCM.
In the embodiment, the LED indicator lamp state adjustment information of the conference equipment is transmitted through the DTMF signal, and the automatic synchronization of the conference equipment LED indicator lamp state and the corresponding operation of the client is realized, so that the conference equipment LED indicator lamp state does not need to be manually set by a participant, and the condition that the manual setting of the LED indicator lamp state is easy to cause errors is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, the teleconference system includes a server 300, a client 200, and a conference device 100, where the server 300 is connected to a plurality of clients 200 through the internet, and the clients 200 and the conference device 100 are in one-to-one correspondence and connected through USB data lines. .
When the conference device 100 is connected to the client 200 via the USB data line, the conference device 100 is a USB composite device including: USB Audio devices (USB sound cards), USB HID input devices and USB Mass Storage devices.
In the client 200, the user enters the teleconference platform interface by logging in a browser or an app, and the client 200 and the conference device 300 are the same as the foregoing embodiments and will not be described again.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method of an LED indicating lamp, which is applied to conference equipment, and with reference to FIG. 4, the control method of the LED indicating lamp comprises the following steps:
s41, receiving DTMF signals sent by the client;
dtmf (universal Tone multiple frequency) is a dual Tone Multi-frequency signal, which is a kind of user signaling between a telephone set and an exchange in a telephone system, and is generally used to transmit a called number. DTMF consists of high frequency group and low frequency group, one high frequency signal and one low frequency signal are superposed to form one combined signal representing one digit, and 16 codes are total. In the teleconference system, the DTMF signal carries the state adjustment information of the LED indicator lamp.
In the conference equipment, a USB sound card is arranged in the conference equipment, and a first sound channel and a second sound channel are arranged in the USB sound card, wherein the first sound channel is used for transmitting DTMF signals, and the second sound channel is used for transmitting downlink conference audio signals, the first sound channel is a left sound channel, the second sound channel is a right sound channel, or the first sound channel is a right sound channel, and the second sound channel is a left sound channel. The conference equipment receives the DTMF signal and the downlink conference audio signal sent by the client through the USB sound card, specifically, receives the DTMF signal through a first sound channel of the USB sound card, and receives the downlink conference audio signal through a second sound channel of the USB sound card. Through this mode, conference equipment only need be connected through a USB data line and customer end, can transmit down conference audio signal and DTMF signal simultaneously, realizes conference equipment's LED pilot lamp state and the automatic synchronization's of the corresponding operation of customer end purpose, need not to increase extra wiring, facilitates the use, and conference equipment has plug and play's advantage.
S42, decoding the DTMF signal to obtain the LED indicator lamp state adjustment information;
the method comprises the steps of decoding a DTMF signal received by a first sound channel, converting a digital signal into an analog signal, and acquiring LED indicator lamp state adjustment information, wherein the decoding mode corresponds to the coding mode of a client, and can be PCM, WMA, ADPCM, LPC, MP3, AAC or CELP, and the like, and is preferably PCM.
And S43, acquiring the LED indicator light mark to be adjusted and the state to be displayed according to the LED indicator light state adjustment information and a preset mapping table.
The conference equipment is provided with at least one LED indicator light, each LED indicator light comprises 3 states of opening, closing and flickering, different states of the LED indicator light are used for representing different operation states of the client side, and specifically, the corresponding relation between LED indicator light state adjustment information and LED indicator light identification and display states is stored through a preset mapping table.
It should be noted that the preset mapping table is the same as the previous embodiment, and will not be described again here.
For example, the LED indicator adjustment information carried in the DTMF signal is "× 2C #", the LED indicator to be adjusted is Mic Green LED obtained by looking up the mapping table, and the state to be displayed is on.

1. A conferencing device, comprising: the device comprises a first receiving module, a loudspeaker module, an LED indicator lamp module, a microphone module and a first sending module;
the first receiving module is connected with the loudspeaker module and the LED indicator lamp module and used for receiving a DTMF signal and a downlink conference audio signal sent by a client, sending the DTMF signal to the LED indicator lamp module and sending the downlink conference audio signal to the loudspeaker module;
the loudspeaker module is used for playing the audio signal of the downlink conference;
the LED indicator lamp module comprises at least one LED indicator lamp and is used for adjusting the display state of the LED indicator lamp according to the DTMF signal;
the first sending module is used for sending the uplink conference audio signal to the client.
2. The conferencing device of claim 1, wherein: and the conference equipment is connected with the client through a USB data line.
3. The conferencing device of claim 1, wherein:
the first receiving module receives the DTMF signal and the downlink conference audio signal sent by the client through a USB sound card;
the USB sound card comprises a first sound channel and a second sound channel;
the first channel is used for transmitting the DTMF signal, and the second channel is used for transmitting the downlink conference audio signal.
4. The conferencing device of claim 1, wherein the LED indicator light module is specifically configured to:
decoding the DTMF signal to acquire LED indicator lamp state adjustment information; and acquiring an LED indicator light identifier and a state to be displayed according to the LED indicator light state adjustment information and a preset mapping table, and activating the LED indicator light corresponding to the identifier to the state to be displayed.
5. The conferencing device of claim 1, wherein: the device also comprises a key module;
the key module is connected with the first sending module and used for collecting key operation instructions and sending the key operation instructions to the first sending module;
the first sending module is further configured to send the key operation instruction to the client.
6. A client applied to a teleconferencing system, comprising: the first receiving module, the first generating module and the second sending module;
the second receiving module is connected with the first generating module and the second sending module, and is used for receiving the downlink conference audio signal sent by the server and sending the downlink conference audio signal to the second sending module; receiving an uplink conference audio signal sent by conference equipment, and sending the uplink conference audio signal to the second sending module;
the first generating module is connected with the second sending module and used for generating LED indicating lamp state adjusting information when a client triggers operation and sending the LED indicating lamp state adjusting information to the second sending module;
the second sending module is configured to convert the LED indicator state adjustment information into a DTMF signal, send the DTMF signal and the downlink conference audio signal to the conference device, and send the uplink conference audio signal to the server.
7. The client of claim 6, wherein:
the client is connected with the conference equipment through a USB data line;
the second sending module sends the DTMF signal and the downlink conference audio signal through a USB sound card;
the USB sound card comprises a first sound channel and a second sound channel;
the first channel is used for transmitting the DTMF signal, and the second channel is used for transmitting the downlink conference audio signal.
8. The client of claim 6, further comprising a determining module;
the judging module is connected with the second receiving module and the second sending module;
the second receiving module is further configured to receive a key operation instruction sent by the conference device, and send the key operation instruction to the determining module;
the judging module is used for judging whether to execute the key operation instruction according to a preset rule, if so, executing corresponding operation, generating LED indicating lamp state adjusting information, and sending the LED indicating lamp state adjusting information to the second sending module.
