In an embodiment of the present invention, in the process of an online conference, first voice data and second voice data are obtained, where the first voice data corresponds to a bidding object, and the second voice data corresponds to a bidding object; acquiring bidding item information corresponding to a bidding item object targeted by the online conference, determining a target attribute item for the bidding item object from the first voice data according to the bidding item information, determining one or more pieces of bidding attribute information corresponding to the target attribute item from one or more pieces of second voice data according to the target attribute item, each piece of second voice data corresponding to one piece of bidding attribute information, determining the target bidding attribute information from the one or more pieces of bidding attribute information when a confirmation event for the bidding attribute information is detected to be triggered, establishing mapping relationship information between the target attribute item and the target bidding attribute information, generating a report template document according to a preset format by using the target attribute item in response to a preset user operation, and generating a report template document according to the mapping relationship information, writing the target bidding attribute information into a corresponding target attribute item in the report template document to obtain a conference report of the bidding object for the bidding project object, sending the conference report to a user terminal corresponding to the bidding object, sending the signed conference report to the user terminal corresponding to the bidding object after the bidding object carries out signature operation on the conference report, realizing that the target attribute of the bidding object, namely the requirement information of the bidding object, can be automatically extracted through voice recognition of the bidding party and the bidding party, simultaneously automatically capturing the response information of the bidding party according to the requirement information of the bidding party, establishing the requirement and response mapping relation between the bidding party and the bidding party through keyword recognition and triggering, and further realizing that the conference content is automatically captured and the conference report is generated. The invention can reduce the manual omission on one hand, reduce the human resource consumption on the other hand, and can also output the meeting report in time on the other hand, thereby avoiding the possible careless omission of manually arranging the bidding meeting information and saving the secondary arrangement time.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a conference data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following modules:
the online conference module 301 is configured to obtain first voice data and second voice data in an online conference process, where the first voice data corresponds to a bid object and the second voice data corresponds to a bid object;
a target attribute item module 302, configured to obtain bidding item information corresponding to a bidding item object targeted by the online conference, and determine a target attribute item targeted to the bidding item object from the first voice data according to the bidding item information;
a bid attribute information module 303, configured to determine, according to the target attribute item, one or more pieces of bid attribute information corresponding to the target attribute item from one or more pieces of second voice data, where each piece of second voice data corresponds to one piece of bid attribute information;
a mapping relationship information module 304, configured to, when it is detected that a confirmation event for the bid attribute information is triggered, determine target bid attribute information from the one or more pieces of bid attribute information, and establish mapping relationship information between the target attribute item and the target bid attribute information;
and a meeting report module 305, configured to respond to a preset user operation, and generate a meeting report of the bidding target for the bidding project target according to the mapping relationship information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the online conference module 301 may further include:
the conference list sub-module is used for acquiring a conference list, wherein the conference list comprises a plurality of voice objects corresponding to bidding objects and a plurality of voice objects corresponding to bidding objects;
the voice print information submodule is used for receiving voice check-in data sent by a user terminal and determining voice print information of each voice object in the participation list according to the voice check-in data;
and the voice data marking sub-module is used for marking the dialogue voice data as first voice data or second voice data according to the voiceprint information of each voice object when receiving the dialogue voice data sent by the user terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the bid attribute information module 303 may further include:
the detection submodule is used for acquiring a preset confirmation keyword set and a preset negative keyword set, and detecting the first voice data and the second voice data by adopting the confirmation keyword set and the negative keyword set;
a confirmation event sub-module, configured to determine that a confirmation event for the bid attribute information is triggered when a keyword in the confirmation keyword set is detected in both the consecutive first voice data and the consecutive second voice data and no keyword in the negative keyword set exists.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the meeting report module 305 may include:
generating a report template document according to a preset format by adopting the target attribute item;
and writing the target bidding attribute information into the corresponding target attribute item in the report template document according to the mapping relation information to obtain a meeting report of the bidding object for the bidding project object.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
a meeting report sending module, configured to send the meeting report to a user terminal corresponding to the bidding object;
and the signing module is used for sending the signed meeting report to a user terminal corresponding to the bidding object after the bidding object signs the meeting report.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device, which may include a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when executed by the processor, the computer program implements the method for processing the conference data as described above.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for processing the conference data is implemented.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. The method and apparatus for processing conference data, the electronic device, and the storage medium provided above are introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in the present disclosure to explain the principle and the implementation of the present invention, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of conference data processing, the method comprising:
in the process of online meeting, acquiring first voice data and second voice data, wherein the first voice data corresponds to a bidding object, and the second voice data corresponds to the bidding object;
acquiring bidding item information corresponding to a bidding item object aimed at by the online conference, and determining a target attribute item aimed at the bidding item object from the first voice data according to the bidding item information;
determining one or more pieces of bidding attribute information corresponding to the target attribute item from one or more pieces of second voice data according to the target attribute item, wherein each piece of second voice data corresponds to one piece of bidding attribute information;
when a confirmation event aiming at the bidding attribute information is triggered, determining target bidding attribute information from the one or more pieces of bidding attribute information, and establishing mapping relation information between the target attribute items and the target bidding attribute information;
and responding to preset user operation, and generating a meeting report of the bidding object aiming at the bidding project object according to the mapping relation information.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to obtaining the first voice data and the second voice data, further comprising:
acquiring a meeting list, wherein the meeting list comprises a plurality of voice objects corresponding to bidding objects and a plurality of voice objects corresponding to the bidding objects;
receiving voice sign-in data sent by a user terminal, and determining voiceprint information of each voice object in the conference participation list according to the voice sign-in data;
and when receiving the dialogue voice data sent by the user terminal, marking the dialogue voice data as first voice data or second voice data according to the voiceprint information of each voice object.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising, prior to determining target bid attribute information from the one or more pieces of bid attribute information:
acquiring a preset confirmation keyword set and a preset negative keyword set, and detecting the first voice data and the second voice data by adopting the confirmation keyword set and the negative keyword set;
determining that a confirmation event for the bid attribute information is triggered when a keyword in the confirmation keyword set is detected in both the first voice data and the second voice data in succession and a keyword in a negative keyword set is not present.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating a meeting report of the bidding object for the bidding item object according to the mapping relationship information comprises:
generating a report template document according to a preset format by adopting the target attribute item;
and writing the target bidding attribute information into the corresponding target attribute item in the report template document according to the mapping relation information to obtain a meeting report of the bidding object for the bidding project object.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising, after generating the meeting report for the bid object for the bid item object:
sending the meeting report to a user terminal corresponding to the bidding object;
and after the bidding object signs the meeting report, sending the signed meeting report to a user terminal corresponding to the bidding object.
6. An apparatus for conference data processing, the apparatus comprising:
the online conference module is used for acquiring first voice data and second voice data in the online conference process, wherein the first voice data corresponds to a bidding object, and the second voice data corresponds to the bidding object;
a target attribute item module, configured to obtain bidding item information corresponding to a bidding item object targeted by the online conference, and determine a target attribute item targeted to the bidding item object from the first voice data according to the bidding item information;
the bidding attribute information module is used for determining one or more pieces of bidding attribute information corresponding to the target attribute item from one or more pieces of second voice data according to the target attribute item, wherein each piece of second voice data corresponds to one piece of bidding attribute information;
the mapping relation information module is used for determining target bidding attribute information from the one or more pieces of bidding attribute information and establishing mapping relation information between the target attribute items and the target bidding attribute information when a confirmation event aiming at the bidding attribute information is triggered;
and the meeting report module is used for responding to the operation of a preset user and generating a meeting report of the bidding object aiming at the bidding project object according to the mapping relation information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the online conferencing module further comprises:
the conference list sub-module is used for acquiring a conference list, wherein the conference list comprises a plurality of voice objects corresponding to bidding objects and a plurality of voice objects corresponding to bidding objects;
the voice print information submodule is used for receiving voice check-in data sent by a user terminal and determining voice print information of each voice object in the participation list according to the voice check-in data;
and the voice data marking sub-module is used for marking the dialogue voice data as first voice data or second voice data according to the voiceprint information of each voice object when receiving the dialogue voice data sent by the user terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 6 or 7, wherein the bid attribute information module further comprises:
the detection submodule is used for acquiring a preset confirmation keyword set and a preset negative keyword set, and detecting the first voice data and the second voice data by adopting the confirmation keyword set and the negative keyword set;
a confirmation event sub-module, configured to determine that a confirmation event for the bid attribute information is triggered when a keyword in the confirmation keyword set is detected in both the consecutive first voice data and the consecutive second voice data and no keyword in the negative keyword set exists.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing a method of project offer information entry according to any of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of project offer information entry according to any of claims 1 to 5.
