Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for fast sharing a network disk file according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation where a file generation external link in a network disk is fast selected for sharing, and the method may be executed by a device for fast sharing a network disk file, and may be integrated in a network disk, and specifically includes the following steps:
and step 110, acquiring an operation of dragging a file to a sharing cache region, wherein the sharing cache region is displayed in a network disk file interface.
In this embodiment, the network disk interface may include a sharing cache region display region, where the sharing cache region display region may be a certain window in the network disk interface. The sharing cache region can be created when the user needs to create the external link, and the network disk divides a corresponding storage region as the sharing cache region according to corresponding parameters provided by the user, such as size, security level and the like.
Step 120, obtaining the content and the attribute of the selected file and the dragged file in the sharing cache area, and determining the association relationship between the selected file and the dragged file.
In this embodiment, a user may select a file in each folder in the network disk or a file in the entire folder in the sharing cache region through a dragging action according to the dragging action. The sharing cache area may already have a file selected by the user and prepared for generating an external link. The sharing cache area is equivalent to at least two files. Therefore, the corresponding relation between the selected file and the dragged file can be determined according to the selected file and the dragged file, and the possibly selected file can be determined according to the corresponding relation for recommendation, so that the efficiency of sharing the network disk file is further improved.
For example, the determining the association relationship between the selected file and the dragged file may include:
when the file types of the selected file and the dragged file are both file types, and the coincidence degree of the keywords in the contents of the selected file and the dragged file is greater than a preset coincidence degree threshold value, determining that the selected file and the dragged file are in content association; and when the selected file and the dragged file are different in file type and have at least two similar attributes, determining the selected file and the dragged file as attribute association, wherein the attributes comprise the last modification time, the file storage position, the folder name, the file name, the tag and the file storage level.
When a user shares a network disk file through an external link, there are two general cases, one is that there is an association between selected file contents, for example: the learning materials are shared, and each file in the learning materials is independent from each other, but has strong content relevance and is mutually verified. Thus, whether or not it is a content association can be determined by the content.
In addition, there is another case where there is no correlation between the files themselves, which is to concatenate them depending on the event. For example: and issuing quotation and service contract for the outside. Wherein, the product type list, the contract, the technical requirement response table, etc. There is not much correlation in content. But it is concatenated by the external service quote event as a whole. In general, in this case, the attributes of these files have approximate attributes to each other. The approximate attributes may be utilized to determine whether attribute associations exist for the file. Optionally, the attribute may be approximated by a difference between the two attributes being smaller than a preset attribute threshold. Illustratively, for example, the difference between the last modification times is smaller than the set time length threshold, or the number and the position relationship of different characters contained in the folder name are smaller than the set number and position change interval, etc.
In this embodiment, the association relationship may be further optimized according to the file dragged each time, for example: when the content is associated, the scope of the keyword can be narrowed according to the latest dragged file. For attribute association, some attributes with low correlation degree can be removed, and if different file storage levels are found, the attribute of the file storage level can be removed.
And step 130, determining a recommended folder according to the association relation.
For example, the corresponding recommended folder may be determined in the above-mentioned manner of determining the association. When the content association is determined, the corresponding document file can be matched through traversing the files in the network disk and the keywords, and the folder corresponding to the document file is displayed. Or, a predetermined file index in the network disk database can be used, and the keyword in the file index is used for searching to match the corresponding document file in the network disk.
When determining that the attributes are associated, the corresponding attributes of the files in the network disk can be obtained, whether the attributes are similar to the determined attributes or not is calculated, and when the attributes are similar to the determined attributes, the corresponding network disk files are determined.
And taking the folder corresponding to the determined file as a recommended folder.
Step 140, allocating a corresponding directory window for each recommended folder, and correspondingly displaying the file directories of the recommended folders in the directory window.
For example, a plurality of windows may be added to the network disk interface, and the number of the windows may be set according to the habit of the user. And each window corresponds to the recommended folder determined in the step. And the user intuitively observes all the files in the recommended folder through the directory window, quickly selects the file for generating the external link based on the observed result, and drags the file to the sharing cache region in a dragging mode.
By means of the method, when the recommended folder has errors, a user can realize the browsing function of the resource manager in the window to switch the folder, and the user can select a proper file to enter the sharing cache region through dragging operation conveniently in the later period.
And 150, generating a file sharing external link by taking the sharing cache region as an address according to the external link generation instruction.
In this embodiment, after the user selects all files required for generating the external link, the external link generation instruction may be utilized to generate the disk file sharing external link. Because the preset sharing cache region is used for storing the generated external link files with the same security level, the storage space is usually larger. If the actual storage address of the entire sharing cache area is used as the basis of the external link, in this embodiment, the external link may be generated according to the addresses of all the files selected this time in the sharing cache area.
Correspondingly, the selected file can be deleted after the external link fails. The storage space is convenient to be reused.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the operation of dragging the file to the sharing cache region is obtained, and the sharing cache region is displayed in a network disk file interface; acquiring the content and the attribute of the selected file and the dragged file in the sharing cache region, determining the incidence relation of the selected file and the dragged file, and determining a recommended folder according to the incidence relation; distributing a corresponding directory window for each recommended folder, and correspondingly displaying the file directories of the recommended folders in the directory window; and according to the external link generation instruction, generating a file sharing external link by taking the sharing cache region as an address. By arranging the sharing cache area in the network disk file interface, a user can select the corresponding external link to generate a file conveniently by adopting a dragging action. The operations of file copying and moving can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, according to the relation between the dragged file and the selected file, a plurality of windows for recommending the folders are added in the network disk file interface, so that a user can conveniently and quickly select a proper file to perform dragging operation, and the file selection work for generating the external link is quickly completed. The operation of accessing the folder for multiple times is reduced, and the external sharing efficiency of the network disk file is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: determining the security level of the sharing cache region according to the security level determination operation; and carrying out security processing on the files in the sharing cache region according to the security level. Because the partial files in the network disk have the influence of the security level on the external shared files due to the file security control strategy, the files need to be correspondingly processed. When a user sets a sharing buffer zone, the security level is set at the same time, the network disk receives security level determination operation, the security level is determined, and when a file is newly added in the sharing buffer zone, security processing is performed on the newly added file according to the security level. Illustratively, the conversion work is automatically started after the file enters the temporary space. Automatically starting compression transcoding for the audio/video file; for the file carrying sensitive information, desensitization processing is automatically started, and key information in the file is replaced by special symbols; for the files needing to be added with watermarks, the watermarking process is automatically started, meanwhile, for some files needing special processing, the existing mode is mostly 'one-time cutting', the operation behavior of users is blocked, or after distribution, other users can process the files when actually using the files, the users often need to wait for a long time, and the experience is very poor. By adopting the processing mode, the waiting time for generating the external link can be reduced as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the file safety. The use experience of sharing the file externally by the user through the external chain is improved.
In another preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the determining a recommended folder according to the association relationship is specifically optimized as follows: determining a recommended folder according to the content association relation; correspondingly, the method can also add the following steps: and if the recommended folder is not selected after at least two subsequent dragging operations, deleting the directory window of the content-associated recommended folder, and replacing the directory window with the attribute-associated recommended folder. In some cases, the content association attribute and the attribute association attribute may exist in both the dragged file and the selected file, and if the file in the recommended folder is not selected, there may be a possibility of incorrect determination of the association relationship. The method and the device can judge whether the current file association relationship has errors or not by utilizing the subsequent file selection operation of the user, and adjust the file association relationship in time when the errors occur, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of recommending the folder and further improving the external sharing efficiency of the network disk files.
In addition, the method can also add the following steps: receiving editing operation on the files in the sharing cache region, and storing the edited files in the sharing cache region after the editing operation is finished; and storing the edited file into the network disk storage file position of the file to be used as a modified copy of the file. After selecting a file, the user may make an applicability adjustment to the file, such as: the name of the client in the quotation file, etc. usually needs to go back to the network disk to modify and save the file again, and then select again. However, this method is inefficient, and therefore, in this embodiment, the edited file may be temporarily stored in the sharing cache region, and after modification, a corresponding file copy may be generated and stored in the original storage location. The efficiency of file is selected to the outer chain has effectively been improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for fast sharing a network disk file according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: and calculating the times of generating the external chain file by using the dragged file, determining the external chain corresponding to the dragged file when the times exceed a time threshold, and using other folders in the corresponding external chain as recommended folders.
Correspondingly, the method for rapidly sharing the network disk file provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 210, obtaining an operation of dragging a file to a sharing cache area, where the sharing cache area is displayed in a network disk file interface.
Step 220, obtaining the content and the attribute of the selected file and the dragged file in the sharing cache area, and determining the association relationship between the selected file and the dragged file.
And step 230, determining a recommended folder according to the association relation.
Step 240, when the selected file does not exist, calculating the number of times of generating the external link file by using the dragged file, when the number of times exceeds a threshold value of the number of times, determining the external link corresponding to the dragged file, and using other folders in the corresponding external link as recommended folders.
By using the method provided by the embodiment, the corresponding association attribute can be determined according to the file selected by dragging each time. However, during the dragging operation, the selected file may not exist in the shared cache. In this case, the association relationship between the selected file and the dragged file cannot be determined. And thus cannot recommend folders to the user. In order to avoid the above problem, in this embodiment, the corresponding recommended folder may be determined by using the file corresponding to the previously generated external chain. Files are usually chosen as outlinks, which have some representativeness, in particular as event-related files. Which may appear in multiple out-link selection files. Therefore, in this embodiment, the number of times that the file is dragged as the out-link selected file may be determined first, and when the set threshold is exceeded, it may be determined that the representative file is selected as the out-link, and other folders in which the out-link is generated before may be used as the recommended folders.
And step 250, distributing a corresponding directory window for each recommended folder, and correspondingly displaying the file directories of the recommended folders in the directory window.
And step 260, generating a file sharing external link by taking the sharing cache region as an address according to an external link generation instruction.
The present embodiment adds the following steps: and calculating the times of generating the external chain file by using the dragged file, determining the external chain corresponding to the dragged file when the times exceed a time threshold, and using other folders in the corresponding external chain as recommended folders. The situation that the files cannot be recommended when the external link generated files are selected for the first time by dragging the files is avoided, appropriate and accurate folders can be recommended for the user to select, and the efficiency of sharing the network disk files is further improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for fast sharing a network disk file according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the calculation of the number of times of generating the external link file by using the drag file is specifically optimized as follows: calculating the times of creating an external chain by taking the drag file as the principal; correspondingly, when the number of times exceeds the number threshold, determining the external chain corresponding to the dragged file, and taking other folders in the corresponding external chain as recommended folders, specifically optimizing as follows: when the times exceed the self creation threshold value, determining whether the selected file and the dragged file are in a content association relationship; when the content association relationship is obtained, determining an external chain corresponding to the drag file; calculating the contact ratio of the files in other folders in the corresponding external chain and the dragged file; and selecting the files with the contact ratio larger than a preset contact ratio threshold value, and taking the corresponding folders as recommended folders.
Correspondingly, the method for rapidly sharing the network disk file provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 310, obtaining an operation of dragging a file to a sharing cache area, where the sharing cache area is displayed in a network disk file interface.
Step 320, calculating the times of creating the external chain by taking the drag file as the principal.
Step 330, obtaining the content and the attribute of the selected file and the dragged file in the sharing cache area, and determining whether the selected file and the dragged file are in a content association relationship when the times exceed the self creation threshold.
Since content association is usually shared by various materials, and there is a fixed idea for each person to select a content-associated file, in this embodiment, when it is determined that a file is dragged multiple times as the number of times of creating an external link by the person, it is further determined whether the file is in a content-associated relationship.
And 340, when the content association relationship is obtained, determining an external chain corresponding to the dragged file, and calculating the contact ratio between the files in other folders in the external chain and the dragged file.
Because the content association needs to traverse the network disk file or comprehensively search the index, the required calculation amount is large, the calculation time is long, and the efficiency of sharing the network disk file is seriously influenced. Therefore, in the embodiment, the file searching method can be optimized, and the range of searching the file is reduced. Firstly, according to all external chains corresponding to the files before the files are dragged, other files in all external chains are determined.
And 350, selecting the files with the contact ratio larger than a preset contact ratio threshold value, and taking the corresponding folders as recommended folders.
And determining the keyword contact degree through traversing or searching indexes aiming at the other selected files, and taking the corresponding folder as a recommended folder when the keyword contact degree is greater than a preset contact degree threshold value.
And 360, distributing a corresponding directory window for each recommended folder, and correspondingly displaying the file directories of the recommended folders in the directory window.
And step 370, according to the external link generation instruction, generating a file sharing external link by using the sharing cache region as an address.
In this embodiment, the calculation of the drag file is used as the number of times of generating the external link file, and is specifically optimized as follows: calculating the times of creating an external chain by taking the drag file as the principal; correspondingly, when the number of times exceeds the number threshold, determining the external chain corresponding to the dragged file, and taking other folders in the corresponding external chain as recommended folders, specifically optimizing as follows: when the times exceed the self creation threshold value, determining whether the selected file and the dragged file are in a content association relationship; when the content association relationship is obtained, determining an external chain corresponding to the drag file; calculating the contact ratio of the files in other folders in the corresponding external chain and the dragged file; and selecting the files with the contact ratio larger than a preset contact ratio threshold value, and taking the corresponding folders as recommended folders. The calculation amount of the contact ratio between the documents can be effectively reduced, and the corresponding folder and the file content can be conveniently and quickly recommended to the user. The efficiency of sharing network disk file has been promoted.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for quickly sharing a network disk file according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the calculation of the number of times of generating the external link file by using the drag file is specifically optimized as follows: calculating the times of dragging the file as others to create an external chain; and when the number of times exceeds a threshold value of the number of times, determining the external chain corresponding to the dragged file, and taking other folders in the corresponding external chain as recommended folders, specifically optimizing as follows: when the times of creating the external links by others exceed the thresholds of others and the maximum selection sequence number is less than the sequence threshold, selecting and sequencing other folders included by all the external links; and sequentially using other folders in the corresponding external chain as recommended folders according to the selection sequence.
Correspondingly, the method for rapidly sharing the network disk file provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 410, obtaining an operation of dragging a file to a sharing cache area, wherein the sharing cache area is displayed in a network disk file interface.
Step 420, the number of times the file is dragged as another person to create the external chain is calculated.
When the selected file does not exist in the sharing cache region, the times of dragging the file as others to create the external link are calculated at first.
And 430, when the times of creating the external links by others exceed the thresholds of others and the maximum selection sequence number is less than the sequence threshold, selecting and sequencing other folders included in all the external links.
When the number of times of creating the external link by other people exceeds a preset threshold value, the file is often selected by other people to serve as the external link file, according to the preset rule, due to different habits of each person, the number of the corresponding recommended files is large, and the current user is inconvenient to accurately select the file corresponding to the external link. Therefore, in this embodiment, the file may be determined again as the selection order of the out-link file, and when the largest selection order number is smaller than the set order threshold, it may be indicated that the currently dragged file is an important file in the out-link. And sorting the corresponding other folders according to the selection order.
Step 440, according to the selection sequence, the other folders in the corresponding external link are sequentially used as recommended folders.
Step 450, obtaining the content and the attribute of the selected file and the dragged file in the sharing cache area, and determining the association relationship between the selected file and the dragged file.
Step 460, determining a recommended folder according to the association relationship.
Step 470, allocating a corresponding directory window for each recommended folder, and correspondingly displaying the file directories of the recommended folders in the directory window.
And 480, generating a file sharing external link by taking the sharing cache region as an address according to an external link generation instruction.
