As shown in figure 1, the method for washing the outdoor jacket is realized by adopting the drum washing machine, the drum washing machine has small damage to clothes, is used for washing the outdoor jacket, and can play a large protection role on the outdoor jacket. The method comprises the following steps:
and S100, weighing the clothes after power is on. The user puts the clothes into the drum of the washing machine, and the bottom of the drum is provided with a pressure sensor. The principle of weighing clothes is that a pressure sensor converts a pressure change signal into a weight signal and transmits the weight signal to a control panel of the washing machine, and the control panel can determine the weight of the clothes to be washed; .
S200, entering a washing process, and injecting corresponding water into the drum according to the weight of the clothes to be washed. After the weight of the clothes to be washed is determined, the washing process is formally started. The washing machine automatically determines the corresponding water level according to the weight of the clothes to be washed, and controls the water inlet valve to fill water into the washing cavity of the washing machine according to the water level. It should be noted that a water level sensor is provided in the washing machine, and when the water amount in the washing chamber measured by the water level sensor reaches a target water injection amount, the water injection is stopped.
S300, judging whether the water temperature of the washing cavity is more than or equal to a set water temperature value or not through a temperature sensor after water injection is finished; if so, the roller washes at the set washing rotating speed, washing rotating time and washing stopping time; if not, heating the water in the drum. The heating assembly used for heating the water in the roller is arranged outside the roller, the arrangement mode of the heating assembly is the prior art, and the structure of the heating assembly is not described in detail herein.
S400, judging whether the washing time reaches the set washing time, if so, entering an intermittent dewatering process, and if not, continuing washing until the set washing time. More specifically, in the intermediate dehydration process, the intermediate dehydration rotating speed is 300r/min-400r/min, and the intermediate dehydration time is 30s-50 s.

The intermittent dewatering flow is arranged between the washing flow and the rinsing flow, the clothes need to be rinsed for several times, and the specific flow is that water is continuously injected after the intermittent dewatering is finished, and the clothes enter the rinsing. And if the rinsing times do not reach the set rinsing times, continuing returning to the intermittent dewatering process after the rinsing is finished, performing intermittent dewatering, and continuing entering the rinsing process until the rinsing reaches the set times in a circulating manner.
S600, finishing the final dehydration process and finishing the washing process.
According to the method for washing the outdoor jacket, the laundry to be washed can be automatically weighed, and the proper amount of water for washing is automatically selected according to the weighing result. Need not the weight of artifical judgement clothing and select suitable washing water level, intelligent degree is high, the washing water is accurate, can guarantee to carry out abundant washing to the clothing when using water wisely. And specific parameters such as specific detergent rotating speed, washing rotating time, washing stopping time, rinsing rotating speed, rinsing rotating time, rinsing stopping time and the like are set, so that the roller can run within a specific numerical range, the waterproof performance of the outdoor jacket washed by the secondary washing method cannot be damaged, and the waterproof requirement of people on the outdoor jacket can be still met.
Further, dividing the clothes to be washed into a plurality of gears according to the weight, wherein the water consumption for washing and rinsing is correspondingly set in each gear;
the weighing of the laundry and the determination of the weight of the laundry to be washed comprise:
and determining the gear matched with the clothes to be washed according to the weight of the clothes to be washed obtained by weighing.
The washing machine has the advantages that the gear positions for setting the clothes to be washed into a plurality of gear positions according to the weight are preset in the controller of the washing machine, so that the gear positions matched with the actual amount of the clothes to be washed can be found according to the actual amount of the clothes to be washed each time washing is carried out. As an embodiment, the dividing the laundry into a plurality of gears according to the weight, each gear corresponding to the amount of water used for washing and rinsing includes:
the clothes to be washed are divided into at least 4 gears according to the weight, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
first gear corresponding to the weight of clothes: 0-1kg, and the corresponding water consumption for washing and rinsing is 5L-8L;
second gear, corresponding to the weight of the clothes: 1-3kg, and the corresponding water consumption for washing and rinsing is 8L-15L;
third gear, corresponding to the weight of the clothes: 3-6kg, and the corresponding water consumption for washing and rinsing is 15L-30L;
fourth gear corresponding to the weight of the clothes: 6-8kg, and the corresponding water consumption for washing and rinsing is 30-50L.
In the present embodiment, only the value ranges of the washing and rinsing water consumption corresponding to different gears are given, and in practical applications, as the program stored in the washing machine controller, the washing and rinsing water consumption is not a range, but a certain value. For example, in the first grade, the corresponding water consumption for washing and rinsing is 7L; the water consumption for washing and rinsing corresponding to the second gear is 13L; the water consumption for washing and rinsing corresponding to the third gear is 20L; the water consumption for washing and rinsing corresponding to the fourth gear is 45L.
Further, the injecting the corresponding amount of water into the drum according to the weight of the laundry to be washed includes:
according to the gear matched with the clothes to be washed, the washing and rinsing water consumption corresponding to the gear is obtained, and water is injected into the washing machine.
In practice, if the laundry is in the first weight range, 7L of water is injected into the washing chamber. If the laundry is in the second gear weight range, 13L of water … … is injected into the washing chamber
Further, the drum rotates at the rotating speed of 48r/min-52r/min in the process of injecting water into the washing machine. In order to make the laundry wet sufficiently, the drum should have a certain rotation speed during the water filling process. Researches show that the rotating speed is in the range of 48r/min-52r/min, the clothes can be wetted quickly, and the performance of the outdoor jacket cannot be damaged.
Further, the method further comprises: judging whether the water temperature is greater than or equal to a set water temperature value or not; if so, the roller washes at the set washing rotating speed, washing rotating time and washing stopping time; if not, heating the water in the roller; the set water temperature is 20 ℃, 25 ℃ or 30 ℃.
The higher the water temperature, the faster the detergent dissolves and the stronger the cleaning action. However, since the temperature is too high to cause damage to the surface of the material, the water temperature is set to 20 ℃, 25 ℃ or 30 ℃ in the present method to control the cleaning efficiency of the detergent and the material protection.
The washing speed is 40r/min-50r/min, the washing rotation time is 5s-8s, the washing stop time is 7s-10s, and the washing time is 35min-45 min. The washing process is that the roller rotates for 5s-8s at the rotating speed of 40r/min-50r/min, and then stops rotating for 7s-10 s. And the washing process is finished by alternately operating for 35-45 min by the action.
The rinsing rotation speed is 45r/min-50r/min, the rinsing rotation time is 6s-10s, the washing stop time is 7s-15s, N is more than 6 and less than 10, and the rinsing times are 3-5.
The rinsing process is that the roller stops rotating for 7-15 s after rotating for 6-10 s at the rotating speed of 45-50 r/min. And the rinsing process is finished by alternately operating for 6-10 minutes. The clothes need to be rinsed for several times, if the rinsing times do not meet the requirements, the clothes return to the intermediate dewatering process, and the clothes continue to enter the rinsing process after the intermediate dewatering process until the rinsing times are reached.
More specifically, the final dewatering process includes: a pre-dehydration process and a final dehydration process, wherein: the pre-dehydration process runs twice and then enters a final dehydration process, a buffer process is arranged between the two pre-dehydration processes, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
in the pre-dehydration process, the rotating speed of the roller is increased to a set pre-dehydration rotating speed, and the pre-dehydration rotating speed is maintained to run for a set pre-dehydration time; the pre-dehydration rotating speed is 380r/min-420r/min, and the pre-dehydration time is 30s-50 s;
entering a buffering flow, reducing the rotating speed of the roller to the buffering rotating speed, and running for a set buffering time; the buffering rotating speed is 80r/min-150r/min, and the buffering time is 20s-30 s;
the rotating speed of the roller is increased to the set pre-dehydration rotating speed again, and the pre-dehydration rotating speed is maintained to run for the set pre-dehydration time;
entering a final dehydration flow, increasing the rotation speed of the roller from the pre-dehydration rotation speed to the final dehydration rotation speed, and maintaining the final dehydration rotation speed to run for the set final dehydration time; the final dehydration rotating speed is 600r/min-900r/min, and the final dehydration time is 80s-180 s.
Referring to fig. 2, the final dehydration process is as follows:
s610, pre-dewatering for the first time, wherein the roller operates at the rotating speed of 380r/min-420r/mi for dewatering for 30S-50S;
s620, buffering, wherein the roller runs at the rotating speed of 80r/min-150r/min, and the buffer dehydration lasts for 30-50S;
s630, performing secondary pre-dehydration, wherein the roller runs at the rotating speed of 380r/min-420r/mi, and performing secondary dehydration for 30S-50S;
s640, final dewatering, wherein the roller operates at the rotating speed of 600r/min-900r/mn for 80S-180S;
and S650, finishing the final dehydration and stopping the washing machine.
Because the jacket is in the final dehydration process, dehydration failure can be caused by the fact that the jacket is more water and the load cannot be balanced. Therefore, in order to ensure that the jacket can be smoothly dewatered, a pre-dewatering step is added, and part of water is firstly thrown off, so that the jacket is more easily balanced in a final dewatering step.
And finishing the final dewatering process, reducing the rotating speed of the drum to zero, and finishing the washing.
The present invention also provides a washing machine including a controller that can perform the jacket washing method as described above. The washing machine also comprises a drum, a pressure detector, a heating device and a controller, wherein the pressure detector is arranged at the bottom of the drum, the heating device is arranged at the periphery of the drum, and the controller is electrically connected with the pressure detector and the heating device. The pressure detector converts the pressure signal into a weight signal, and the weight of the clothes can be obtained, so that reference is provided for washing and rinsing water. The heating device heats the washing water when the water temperature of the washing cavity is low, so as to fully exert the cleaning effect of the detergent. The controller should include a processor and a memory, the memory is used for storing the program of the washing method, and the processor is used for executing the method.
The invention also provides the washing machine comprising the washing method, the washing machine can be used for washing the outdoor jacket, the water consumption can be automatically selected according to the amount of the laundry to be washed, the intelligent degree is high, and the waterproof performance of the outdoor jacket cannot be damaged after washing.
Referring to fig. 3, the method of the present invention will be described in detail below, taking the weight of the laundry to be washed in the first grade as an example.
(1) Weighing, namely judging that the weight of the clothes to be washed is in a first-grade weight range, and determining that the washing water consumption is 5.3L;

(4) And starting the roller, rotating at the rotating speed of 45r/min for 8s, then stopping the roller for 7s, continuing to rotate at the rotating speed of 45r/min for 8s, and alternately operating for 40min by the action to finish the washing process.
(5) Entering an intermediate dehydration flow, wherein the intermediate dehydration rotating speed is 400r/min, the dehydration times is 1 time, and the dehydration time is 30 s.
(6) And (4) after the intermediate dewatering process is finished, entering a rinsing process, wherein the rinsing water consumption can be the same as or different from the washing water consumption, but is in the water consumption range corresponding to the first grade. The amount of water for rinsing is 6L, after water injection, the roller rotates at the rotating speed of 45r/min for 8s, stops for 9s, then rotates at the rotating speed of 45r/min for 8s, and alternately operates for 6min by the action, so that a rinsing process is completed.
(7) The number of rinsing times is 4, if the number of rinsing times does not reach the set number, the intermediate dehydration flow is returned to for intermediate dehydration, and after the intermediate dehydration is completed, the rinsing flow is continued. And repeating the steps alternately until the rinsing times reach the set times.

The first pre-dewatering process is started, the rotating speed of the drum is increased to 400r/min, and the drum is operated for 40s at the rotating speed, so that the first pre-dewatering process is completed. And then entering a buffering flow, reducing the rotating speed of the roller to 90r/min, and operating for 20s at the rotating speed. And then, continuing to enter a second pre-dehydration process, increasing the rotating speed of the roller to 400r/min, operating for 40s at the rotating speed, and then entering a final dehydration process. And the rotating speed of the roller in the final dehydration process is increased to 800r/min, and the roller runs for 120s at the rotating speed, so that the final dehydration is finished.
(9) The rotating speed of the drum is reduced to zero, and the washing is finished.
In addition, we took 4 pieces of jacket material soiled cloths and performed 6 sets of tests under the same washing conditions. And recording the reflectivity of each group of the tested polluted cloth after washing before washing, and calculating the cleaning rate of each group of the polluted cloth after washing by the washing procedure of the outdoor jacket through a formula to obtain the mean value of the cleaning rate of each group of the tested outdoor jacket.
Specific data are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0003411021740000091
Figure BDA0003411021740000101
the mean values of the cleaning efficiencies of the above 6 tests were averaged to obtain a cleaning efficiency of 0.237 for the soiled cloths washed by the inventive assault washing program. The washing rate of the outdoor jacket washed by the common program is between 0.18 and 0.27, and the washing rate is changed by changing the washing conditions.
Therefore, after the washing program and the parameters of the washing program are selected to wash the outdoor jacket, the washing effect of the drum washing machine is good, and the waterproof performance of the washed outdoor jacket is kept good and cannot be greatly damaged.
