Claims (8)

1. The aluminum profile product laminating equipment is characterized by comprising a rack (1), and a profile conveying mechanism (2), a laminating mechanism (3) and a film pressing mechanism (4) which are arranged on the rack (1);
the film covering mechanism (3) comprises:
the fixing support (31) is arranged on the rack (1), and the fixing support (31) is provided with a first linear sliding rail (311) along a first direction;
the lifting device (32) comprises a lifting support (321) arranged on the first linear sliding rail (311) in a sliding mode and a first driving assembly (322) driving the lifting support (321) to slide along the first direction, and the lifting support (321) is provided with a second linear sliding rail (3211) along the second direction; and
the two unwinding devices (33) are oppositely arranged on the lifting support (321), each unwinding device (33) comprises an unwinding assembly (331) which is slidably arranged on the second linear sliding rail (3211) and a second driving assembly (332) which drives the unwinding assembly (331) to slide along the second direction, the unwinding assembly (331) is provided with a protective film (333), and the outer surface of the protective film (333) is provided with an adhesive part (3331);
the adhesive part (3331) of the protective film (333) on one of the unwinding assemblies (331) can abut against the protective film (333) on the other unwinding assembly (331) when sliding along the second direction;
the second driving assembly (332) comprises a telescopic cylinder (3321) arranged on the lifting support (321), and the unreeling assembly (331) is arranged at the output end of the telescopic cylinder (3321);
the unwinding assembly (331) comprises:
an installation plate (3311) provided at an output end of the telescopic cylinder (3321);
the gas expansion shaft (3312), one end of the gas expansion shaft (3312) and the mounting plate (3311) are rotatably connected; and
and a damping adjusting member (3313) provided on the mounting plate (3311) for adjusting a damping force when the air expansion shaft (3312) rotates.
2. The aluminum profile product film covering equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the film covering mechanism (3) further comprises a guide wheel (34) arranged on the fixed support (31) so that the protective film (333) on the unreeling assembly (331) is conveyed to the aluminum alloy profile on the profile conveying mechanism (2).

The aluminum profile product laminating device according to claim 2, wherein the laminating mechanism (3) further comprises a laminating device (35) arranged on the lifting support (321), the laminating device (35) is located between the guide wheel (34) and the unreeling device (33), and the laminating device (35) comprises:
an installation frame (351) arranged on the lifting bracket (321);
the fixed pinch roller (352) is rotatably arranged on the mounting rack (351);
the pressing cylinder (353) is arranged on the mounting frame (351); and
the movable pressing wheel (354) is arranged at the output end of the pressing cylinder (353), and the movable pressing wheel (354) is arranged opposite to the pressing cylinder (353);
wherein a gap for the protective film (333) to pass through is reserved between the fixed pinch roller (352) and the movable pinch roller (354).

The aluminum profile product laminating device according to claim 1, wherein the first driving assembly (322) comprises a servo motor (3221) arranged on the fixing support (31) and a lead screw (3222) arranged at a power output end of the servo motor (3221), and the lead screw (3222) is in threaded connection with the lifting support (321).
5. The aluminum profile product film covering equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the damping adjusting piece (3313) comprises a fine tuning cylinder (33131) arranged on the mounting plate (3311) and a damping block (33132) arranged at an output end of the fine tuning cylinder (33131), and the damping block (33132) is attached to the outer peripheral side of the air expansion shaft (3312).
6. The aluminum profile product film covering equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein one end of the damping block (33132) facing the inflatable shaft (3312) is provided with an arc-shaped groove (33133) for accommodating the inflatable shaft (3312).
7. The aluminum profile product laminating device according to claim 1, wherein the profile conveying mechanism (2) comprises a profile positioning assembly (21) for positioning an aluminum alloy profile and a conveying wheel set (22) for conveying the aluminum alloy profile.
8. The aluminum profile product laminating device according to claim 1, wherein the laminating mechanism (4) comprises a plurality of mounting rods (41) arranged on the frame (1) and a plurality of laminating wheels (42) respectively arranged on the mounting rods (41).
