the tooth width of the first tooth (901) is larger than the sum of the tooth widths of the fourth gear (18) and the first gear (12), and the fourth gear (18) and the first gear (12) are staggered on the first tooth (901); the driving motor connected with the fourth gear (18) and the fixed connecting rod (19) are positioned at the other side of the outer gear ring (9) different from Shi Hanqiang (10).

the first tooth (901) can be divided into two parts which are respectively meshed with the fourth gear (18) and the first gear (12), and the middle is separated by a partition (902).

the base (13) is provided with a limiting protrusion (131), the outer ring surface of the outer gear ring (9) is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting protrusion (131) is matched in the limiting groove.
