Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating respiratory tract infection
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating respiratory tract infection (especially respiratory tract infection of children) and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Respiratory tract infections are one of the most common infectious diseases and can be classified into upper respiratory tract infections and lower respiratory tract infections. Upper respiratory tract infections refer to the general term for acute inflammation between the nasal cavity and the throat. Lower respiratory tract infections include bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, and the like.
The cause of respiratory tract infections is thought to be caused by external and internal factors. The external factors include: 1. environmental pollution such as dust, haze and the like easily cause heavy moisture in external environment air, especially in spring, summer and autumn, the heavy moisture easily causes heat not to be easily dissipated, air humidity and stuffy is caused, people are easily invaded by humidity Wen Bingxie, and the people are easily suffered from wet temperature disease. The damp-warm disease evil in traditional Chinese medicine includes pathogenic bacteria of respiratory tract infection in Western medicine clinic, such as: bacteria, viruses, etc.; 2. the temperature difference of the environment is greatly changed, such as factors of cold, uneven cold and heat caused by improper use of an air conditioner, time and heat and the like; 3. adverse dietary structure effects, such as: people often eat cold and greasy food, often eat sweet and spicy food, often eat hot pot and wine, and easily turn heat in the body, so that modern constitutions are easy to form damp-heat constitutions due to environmental and dietary structure changes. Although the internal factors (such as deficiency of spleen and stomach) are normal in diet, there is a slight invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors, which tends to cause damp-heat to generate internally.
In the past, antibiotics are most commonly used for clinically treating respiratory tract infection. However, antibiotics also bring a lot of harm to human bodies while treating diseases: 1. the patients are affected by the environment and enter the body by pathogenic factors, and the drug resistance to antibiotics is easy to generate through the treatment of pure antibiotics, so that the medical cost of the patients is increased intangibly; 2. meanwhile, the use of antibiotics can increase the anaphylaxis rate, and the antibiotics which need to do skin test or do not need to do skin test can be used as a variant source, so that the human body can be allergic, the anaphylaxis rate of people with damp-heat constitution can be higher, various allergic skin diseases can be easily caused by slight anaphylactic hazard, and the death of the human body can be seriously caused; 3. the antibiotics are used for killing bacteria and simultaneously have great influence on normal cells of a human body, and the number of white blood cells of the human body is easily reduced and the immunity is easily reduced when the antibiotics are used frequently or for a long time; the patients are treated by the simple antibiotics, the environmental causes are not eliminated, the damp-heat physique is not changed, the immunity is reduced, the patients are easy to get ill again, the antibiotics are easy to form dependence on medicines, the drug resistance is increased, the allergic probability, the range and the degree are increased, the damp-heat allergic physique is easy to form, the prior non-allergic antibiotics can be allergic, the physique of the human body is further reduced, the treatment effect and the safety of the antibiotics are further reduced, and the vicious circle is formed.
The infant and children have low immune function, especially the children mostly like instant food at present, and various beverages are used for replacing water drinking, so that spleen and stomach dysfunction, gastrointestinal stagnation and morbidity are more common. However, some of the medicines on the market at present are not suitable for infants and children, and some of the medicines can be used for children, but the curative effect is not exact, or the dosage form and the taste of the product are not acceptable for children, so that the compliance of taking medicines for children is poor.

Formulation composition (i.e., the upper sense agent applied in example 3):
100g of oldenlandia diffusa, 100g of gypsum, 75g of reed rhizome, 30g of schizonepeta, 45g of uncaria and 30g of peppermint.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: decocting Gypsum Fibrosum in water for 30 min, adding herba Hedyotidis Diffusae and rhizoma Phragmitis into the decoction, decocting for 1 hr twice, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating to 300ml, decocting herba Schizonepetae, ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis and herba Menthae in water for 30 min twice, filtering, concentrating filtrate to 400ml, mixing with the above filtrate, adding 200ml of simple syrup and appropriate amount of ethyl hydroxybenzoate, adding water to 1000ml, mixing, packaging, sterilizing, and sealing.
The obtained product is brown liquid and sweet.
Example 2: analysis and identification of oral liquid
60ml of the liquid prepared in example 1 was taken and placed in a separating funnel, extracted twice with diethyl ether (20 ml,40 ml), the water layer was evaporated to dryness in water bath, and the residue was dissolved in 20ml of methanol and sonicated for 30 minutes, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated to about 1ml as a test solution.
And adding methanol into oleanolic acid reference substance to obtain a solution containing 1mg per 1ml, and taking the solution as reference substance solution.
Thin layer chromatography (appendix VI B of 2005 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia) test, the two solutions are respectively spotted on the same silica gel G plate, developed by using chloroform-acetone (95:5) as developing agent, taken out, dried in the air, sprayed with 5% sulfuric acid ethanol solution, and heated at 105 ℃ until the spots develop clearly. Spots with the same color are displayed on the corresponding positions of the chromatogram of the reference sample.
Example 3: clinical diagnosis and treatment of cases
