The galactooligosaccharide is an excellent nutrient source and effective multiplication factor of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacterium, lactobacillus acidophilus and the like in human intestinal tracts, can improve the digestion and absorption functions of the human intestinal tracts and has the effect of relaxing the bowels.
Inulin, which is a natural water-soluble dietary fiber, is hardly hydrolyzed and digested by gastric acid and is utilized only in the colon by beneficial microorganisms, thereby improving the intestinal environment. After the inulin is ingested, the gastrointestinal peristalsis can be enhanced, the gastrointestinal function is improved, and the effect of relaxing the bowels is achieved.
Polyfructose is beneficial to the reproduction of bifidobacteria in human intestinal tracts and can play a role in preventing intestinal infection; has effects in controlling blood lipid increase, and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; inulin with large polymerization degree is not easy to degrade and be absorbed by human body, has certain hypoglycemic effect, and is very suitable for diabetes patients; in addition, inulin, which has a relatively large molecular weight of about 5500Da, is a dietary fiber and has an effect of preventing constipation.
The cottonseed oligosaccharide can simultaneously promote the propagation and growth of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and the like, effectively inhibit the propagation of harmful bacteria in intestinal tracts and establish a healthy intestinal tract flora environment; can be used for preventing constipation and diarrhea. Regulating intestine, relaxing bowels, removing toxic substances, and caring skin.
The oligomannose is fermented by bifidobacterium to produce a large amount of short-chain fatty acid which can stimulate intestinal tract peristalsis, improve intestinal tract function, increase feces humidity and keep certain osmotic pressure, thereby preventing constipation.
Arabinogalactan, a natural dietary fiber, is used in combination with traditional medicine to treat chronic or recurrent constipation due to improper diet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the composition product provided by the invention has excellent effect of relaxing bowel, and obtains excellent effect through trial of a plurality of constipation patients; specifically, the data of the taking scheme, the effect and the like of the population of different ages in the embodiment are shown;
(2) the raw materials of the product are taken from medicinal and edible medicinal materials and new food raw materials, and the product has high safety and small side effect.

The method comprises the following specific steps:
the applicant collects volunteers of constipation patients and verifies the effect of the product through a crowd trial experiment.
Grouping volunteers: study group 10 men and 10 women; the age is 27-89 years, and the average age is 59.57 +/-5.59 years. Control group 10 men and 10 women; the age is 25-88 years, and the average age (60.28 +/-4.13) years. The difference between the two groups in terms of gender, age and disease course is not statistically significant (P > 0.05).
The taking method comprises the following steps: study groups received the product of examples 1-18 2 times daily, 6 grams each time; the control group was administered the product of example 19. The food is prohibited from being eaten with spicy, stimulating, high-fat and high-protein food.
Observation indexes are as follows: two groups were compared for clinical efficacy after 16 weeks of treatment. And (3) healing: the defecation time, the stool quality and the defecation labor intensity are recovered to normal or pre-disease level, and other symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension, fatigue and the like basically disappear for more than 2 weeks; the effect is shown: the defecation time, the defecation frequency and the defecation labor intensity are obviously improved compared with those before treatment, and other symptoms are also obviously improved for more than 2 weeks; the method has the following advantages: the defecation interval is shortened by 1d, the defecation labor intensity is improved compared with the prior art, and other symptoms are improved for 2 weeks; and (4) invalidation: the above standards are not met. Total effective rate (cure + significant effect + effective)/total number of cases x 100%. In addition, evaluation is carried out on the stool properties by adopting Bristol stool property integral, the score is 0-3, and the higher the score is, the worse the stool properties are.
The statistical method comprises the following steps: analyzing and processing data by SPSS19.0 software, and measuring data by mean +/-standard deviationIndicating, and checking a line t; the count data is expressed in percent (%), column x2And (6) checking. P <0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.
TABLE 1 comparison of two treatment results [ n (%) ]
Note: p <0.05 compared to pre-treatment.
And (4) conclusion:
(1) the total effective rate of the research group is higher than that of the control group. The eucommia bark composition has better curative effect than the non-composition.
(2) After treatment, the fecal character scores of both groups of Bristol are reduced, but the level of the research group is lower (P is less than 0.05), and the fecal character is better. The eucommia ulmoides composition has better effect of improving the intestinal function.
