The composition product provided by the invention has excellent effect of relaxing bowel, and obtains excellent effect through trial of a plurality of constipation patients; the raw materials of the product are taken from medicinal and edible medicinal materials and new food raw materials, so that the safety is high and the side effect is small.

Description

Composition containing eucommia ulmoides with constipation treating effect
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of compositions containing eucommia ulmoides, and particularly relates to a composition containing eucommia ulmoides and having an effect of treating constipation.
Background
The record of Shennong Ben Cao Jing records that the eucommia bark is pungent and mild in flavor. It is effective in relieving lumbago and gonalgia, invigorating middle warmer, replenishing vital essence, strengthening tendons and bones, and strengthening body. Itching and dampness due to yin deficiency, dribbling urination. It is suitable for long-term administration, and has effects of reducing weight and resisting aging. One of the Chinese herbal medicines, is prepared by mixing eucommia bark, donkey-hide gelatin and ginseng.
The compendium of materia Medica records: xi (more than 2000 years ago) is named because it is obtained by taking eucommia bark. It is indicated for the secondary and emotional reasons. Eucommia bark, cortex Eucommiae, acting as a liver-qi-entering kidney-tonifying, middle-jiao-reinforcing, essence-qi-tonifying, strengthening tendons and bones, will strengthen the mind, and is indicated for lumbago due to kidney deficiency. It is used for a long time, and has effects of reducing weight and resisting aging … … ".
The following patent documents disclose products for regulating the intestines and stomach or loosening the bowel to relieve constipation, which are prepared from eucommia ulmoides as a raw material:
CN109393267A discloses a eucommia ulmoides leaf compound beverage for coordinating intestines and stomach and a preparation method thereof, wherein the compound beverage is prepared by adding purified water into the following materials according to the proportion (mass ratio): 60-70 parts of eucommia ulmoides leaf concentrated solution, 20-30 parts of composite functional concentrated solution, 4-8 parts of trehalose, 1-2 parts of honey, 0.05-0.08 part of citric acid, 0.08-0.12 part of sodium citrate, 0.01-0.02 part of ethyl maltol, 0.05-0.08 part of sodium dehydroacetate, 0.05-0.1 part of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.03-0.05 part of gellan gum, 0.08-0.12 part of xanthan gum, 0.05-0.1 part of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 0.03-0.05 part of fruity essence; the compound functional concentrated solution is obtained by soaking and extracting fresh yacon, jujubes, mulberry and burdock in water according to the proportion (mass ratio) of 1:1:1: 2.
The patent documents only mention that the product has better retention rate of flavone and chlorogenic acid, but no relevant data is presented for judging whether the product can relax bowel and achieve ideal effect of conditioning intestines and stomach. Thus, the skilled person is not aware of their main efficacy.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a composition comprising eucommia ulmoides having excellent therapeutic and prophylactic effects on constipation.
In the process of researching and developing the eucommia ulmoides, the inventor develops a combined formula containing the eucommia ulmoides at one time by chance, so that the constipation relieving effect of the eucommia ulmoides is doubled, and even the constipation is cured. Although the literature in the background art discloses that the eucommia bark has the effect of conditioning the intestines and stomach, relevant data are not seen to support the view point, so that the fact that the eucommia bark can achieve the ideal effect of relaxing the bowels cannot be known.
The invention provides a composition containing eucommia bark and having the function of treating constipation, which mainly comprises the following components:
eucommia ulmoides: the eucommia bark comprises at least one of eucommia bark, eucommia leaf, eucommia male flower and eucommia seed oil;
also comprises other raw materials, wherein the other raw materials are selected from any one of the following raw materials:
moringa oleifera leaf, hawthorn, cassia seed, Chinese angelica, fructus cannabis, bunge cherry seed, radish seed, radix polygonati officinalis, orange peel/dried orange peel, mulberry, acanthopanax sessiliflorus, noni fruit, gymnema, xylooligosaccharide, oat beta-glucan, galactooligosaccharide, inulin, polyfructose, cottonseed oligosaccharide, oligomannose, arabinogalactan, Plantago ovata seed husk, chia seed and Ampelopsis grossedentata leaf.
