Abstract
本发明属于功能食品加工领域,特别涉及一种降血糖膳食纤维冲剂的制备。选用富含多糖‑多酚复合物的紫锥菊提取物为主要原料,通过添加玉米须、薏仁、荞麦粉和果蔬粉等辅料后制成一种营养均衡,口感细腻且具有强抗氧化性膳食纤维冲剂,改变了传统冲剂的热量过高、膳食纤维含量少的缺点。将这些原辅料组合后使其降血糖功效产生协同作用,能够预防糖尿病,增强人体免疫力,减缓人体消化速度和最快速***胆固醇,让血液中的血糖和胆固醇控制在最理想的水平。此外,本发明采用纯植物作为原料,避免了西药带来的副作用,同时本发明使用的原料价格低廉,普通人群都有能力购买,不仅对糖尿病人是很好的保健品,对普通人群也具有良好的保健效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种降血糖膳食纤维冲剂,属于功能食品加工领域。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种由遗传和环境因素导致胰岛素缺失或不能发挥作用,进而引起糖代谢紊乱的一种综合病症。由于现代人生活节奏快、压力大,以及饮食方式和饮食结构的变化,造成糖尿病发病率逐年增高,现已成为世界上继肿瘤、心脑血管疾病之后第三位严重危害人类健康的慢性疾病。2020年滕卫平教授在BMJ杂志发表的文章统计,我国糖尿病患者总数约为1.298亿。然而,市场上大多数预防、治疗糖尿病或者降低血糖的医药保健产品主要为化学药物或胰岛素类激素。这些药物都有不同程度的副作用,长期服药严重影响患者的健康,可造成不同程度的肝肾功能损伤,且有诱发低血糖以及增加心脑血管疾病、肾小球硬化病症的风险。针对糖尿病治疗中的上述问题,本发明的出发点是为糖尿病人提供一种天然食药两用的膳食纤维冲剂,调节人体糖代谢,辅助降血糖。
紫锥菊(Echmacea Purpurea)又称松果菊,是菊科松果菊属植物,多年生草本植物,在我国属药食同源植物,原产于美洲,是闻名世界的“免疫植物”。紫锥菊中所含有的成分主要包括脂肪酸酰胺类、咖啡酸衍生物、多糖和糖蛋白等,具有显著免疫增强活性,还可具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等活性。此外,紫锥菊中还含有丰富的抗氧化膳食纤维(多糖-多酚复合物),不仅可以清除机体内的自由基,降低活性氧造成的氧化损伤,而且可以与α-淀粉酶和淀粉转葡萄糖苷酶结合,形成多糖-多酚-蛋白三元复合物,降低淀粉的水解速率,进而起到预防糖尿病和降低血糖值的作用。紫锥菊具有众多生物活性,但目前能够供人们食用并且口感好的功能性食品并不多,而以改善胰岛素抵抗为功能的产品尚未见报道。紫锥菊膳食纤维冲剂制备工艺简单,方便携带,适合各种人群随时随地饮用。从功能食品开发利用的角度出发,研究紫锥菊膳食纤维冲剂具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
针对糖尿病治疗的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种以纯植物为原料且富含膳食纤维的冲剂,来预防糖尿病,增强人体免疫力,降血脂、降血糖,同时避免了服用西药带来的副作用等药理伤害。此外,本发明具有成本低廉、制作工艺简单等特点,不仅对糖尿病人是很好的保健品,对普通人群也具有良好的保健效果。
(1)基本组成如下:
紫锥菊提取物40-60份,玉米须20-30份,薏仁20-30份,荞麦粉10-20份,果蔬粉10-20份。
根据上文技术方案,本发明优选的原料配比为:
紫锥菊提取物50-60份,玉米须25-30份,薏仁25-30份,荞麦粉15-20份,果蔬粉15-20份。
(2)紫锥菊提取物的制备
1)清洗:紫锥菊花在流水池清洗一遍,除去泥土等杂质。
2)烘干:将清洗后花冠组织方入烘箱中,50℃烘干。
3)粉碎:将烘干的紫锥菊花放入多功能粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛。
4)多糖-多酚膳食纤维提取:按照固液比1∶20悬浮于去离子水中室温连续搅拌24h,70℃提取6h,1850×g离心15min。使用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩为糊状,去离子水复溶,加入二倍体积的乙醇,4℃静置24h,4000r/min离心20min,得到的沉淀物重新溶于去离子,浓缩冻干得到天然多糖-多酚膳食纤维复合物。
(3)玉米须的制备
1)清洗:收取成熟之后的玉米的玉米须,清水池彻底清洗至没有杂质。
2)烘干:清洗后的玉米须置于烘箱中50℃烘干。
3)粉碎:将烘干的玉米须置入粉碎机粉碎,得粉末状玉米须。
(4)全谷薏仁制备
将薏仁毛谷去杂后进行清洗,然后在对其进行焙炒,使得薏仁处于熟透、微焦状态,再将其进行超微粉碎,使得粉末目数≤100,对其储存备用。
(5)果蔬粉制备
果蔬粉主要由以下重量份的原料组成:魔芋4-6份、胡萝卜3-5份、山楂3-5份和苹果5-8份。果蔬粉的制备方法如下:将魔芋、胡萝卜、山楂和苹果洗净去皮、切块,接着混合打浆,在所得果蔬浆中分别加入0.3%的纤维素酶、0.2%的果胶酶和0.1%的木聚糖酶,45℃搅拌4h。接着加入蔗糖,高浓度蔗糖使渗透压升高,导致细胞膜失水收缩,此时再加水进行稀释,收缩的细胞可吸收大量水分,从而将细胞膜涨破,使其中的营养物质、抗氧化物、维生素等有效物质释放出来,过滤,将滤液浓缩冻干,即可得到果蔬粉。
(6)混合
将紫锥菊提取物、玉米须、荞麦粉和果蔬粉置入到搅拌机中60℃,搅拌40min,将搅拌后的混合物置入到喷雾干燥机中进行脱水,将脱水后的物体使用超微粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛。粉末通过微波进行灭菌然后放入真空包装机包装,得到降血糖膳食纤维冲剂。
本发明选择天然紫锥菊提取物为原料,再加以辅料进行复配,这些原辅料能起到降血糖的作用,具体功效如下:
1.紫锥菊提取物:紫锥菊在我国属药食同源植物,也是印第安部落用来增强机体免疫力,治疗口腔溃疡、感冒、咳嗽等多种疾病的传统草药。近年来,紫锥菊相关医药产品在欧美地区越来越普及,在加拿大及欧洲地区的植物学期刊关于紫锥菊的报道也是屡见不鲜。其主要功能是预防普通感冒、提高人体免疫力、治疗上呼吸道感染等。但在我国对于紫锥菊功能产品的研究还很有限,市面上出售的紫锥菊类产品几乎全是进口,产品的功效主要集中在刺激免疫力、增强体质和抵抗感冒等。因此,研究以紫锥菊为原料的降血糖膳食纤维冲剂具有广阔的市场和应用前景。
紫锥菊提取物中含有丰富的糖酚复合物以及少量的脂肪酸酰胺类、游离的多糖、多酚(主要为咖啡酸、绿原酸、黄酮类和萜类)以及糖蛋白等,为其赋予了优良的降血糖、抗病毒、抗真菌、抗炎、抗氧化等活性。此外该提取物不仅协同发挥了多糖和多酚独有的功能特性和生物活性,而且改善了多糖溶解性差和生物活性低,以及多酚稳定性差和生物利用度低等缺点。
2.玉米须:玉米须对葡萄糖、肾上腺素引起的高血糖有明显的降血糖作用,能加速血液凝固过程,提高血小板数目,能够抗溶血,可以作为止血药兼利尿药,并能促进胆汁分泌,降低血液粘稠度。
3.果蔬粉:本发明的果蔬粉中,魔芋含有膳食纤维,能够溶胀后形成具有强吸附性的胶体,从而起到抑制餐后血糖升高的作用。胡萝卜:味甘平,生者性凉,能清热解毒,润肠通便,养肝明目;此外还含有富的果酸有利于糖脂代谢,有明显的降血糖作用。山楂:山楂深受人们的喜爱,它的功能主要是助消化、保护心血管、降低血脂血压、抗菌、减肥、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、增强免疫力。苹果中含有丰富的维生素、膳食纤维和酚类物质。
本发明的膳食纤维冲剂通过特定的配方,加上秘制制法,将各原料的功效发挥到最佳,同时避免了营养单一以及部分原料中不易被人体吸收的成分引起的消化不良反应等。本发明将高膳食纤维和多种高营养原料科学结合,改变了传统冲剂的热量过高、膳食纤维含量低的缺点,符合现代消费者的健康饮食观念,其中多糖-多酚膳食纤维的存在,营养价值更高,具有高抗氧化活性,长期食用具有改善肠道健康、促进消化、护肤美容等多重功效。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、达成的目的与功效易于明白了解,通过以下具体实施方式说明。
实施例1
(1)原料的准备:按照以下重量份称取原料备用:紫锥菊提取物50份,玉米须25份,薏仁25份,荞麦粉15份,果蔬粉15份。
(2)紫锥菊提取物的制备。
1)清洗:紫锥菊花在流水池清洗一遍,除去泥土等杂质。
2)烘干:将清洗后花冠组织方入烘箱中,50℃烘干。
3)粉碎:将烘干的紫锥菊花放入多功能粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛。
4)多糖-多酚膳食纤维提取:按照固液比1∶20悬浮于去离子中室温连续搅拌24h,60℃提取6h,1850×g离心15min。使用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩为糊状,去离子水复溶,加入二倍体积的乙醇,4℃静置24h,4000r/min离心20min,得到的沉淀物重新溶于去离子水,浓缩冻干得到天然多糖-多酚膳食纤维复合物。
(3)玉米须的制备。
1)清洗:收取成熟之后的玉米的玉米须,清水池彻底清洗至没有杂质。
2)烘干:清洗后的玉米须置于烘箱中50℃烘干。
3)粉碎:将烘干的玉米须置入粉碎机粉碎,得粉末状玉米须。
(4)全谷薏仁制备。
将薏仁毛谷去杂后进行清洗,然后在对其进行焙炒,使得薏仁处于熟透、微焦状态,再将其进行超微粉碎,使得粉末目数≤100,对其储存备用。
(5)果蔬粉制备
1)果蔬粉主要由以下重量份的原料组成:魔芋4份、胡萝卜3份、山楂3份和苹果5份。果蔬粉的制备方法如下:将魔芋、胡萝卜、山楂和苹果洗净去皮、切块,接着混合打浆,在所得果蔬浆中加入0.3%的纤维素酶、0.2%的果胶酶和0.1%的木聚糖酶,45℃搅拌2h。接着加入蔗糖,高浓度蔗糖使渗透压升高,导致细胞膜失水收缩,此时再加水进行稀释,收缩的细胞可吸收大量水分,从而将细胞膜涨破,使其中的营养物质、抗氧化物、维生素等有效物质释放出来,过滤,将滤液浓缩冻干,即可得到果蔬粉。
(6)混合
将紫锥菊提取物、玉米须、荞麦粉和果蔬粉置于搅拌机中60℃,搅拌40min,将搅拌后的混合物置入到喷雾干燥机中进行脱水,将脱水后的物质进行超微粉碎,过100目筛。粉末通过微波进行灭菌然后放入真空包装机包装,得到膳食纤维降血糖冲剂。
实施例2
(1)原料的准备:按照以下重量份称取原料备用:紫锥菊提取物55份,玉米须28份,薏仁28份,荞麦粉17份,果蔬粉17份。
(2)紫锥菊提取物的制备
1)清洗:紫锥菊花在流水池清洗一遍,除去泥土等杂质。
2)烘干:将清洗后花冠组织放入烘箱中,50℃烘干。
3)粉碎:将烘干的紫锥菊放入多功能粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛。
4)多糖-多酚膳食纤维提取:按照固液比1∶20悬浮于去离子水中室温连续搅拌24h,65℃提取6h,1850×g离心15min。使用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩为糊状,去离子水复溶,加入二倍体积的乙醇,4℃静置24h,4000r/min离心20min,得到的沉淀物重新溶于去离子水,浓缩冻干得到天然多糖-多酚膳食纤维复合物。
(3)玉米须的制备
1)清洗:收取成熟之后的玉米的玉米须,清水池彻底清洗至没有杂质。
2)烘干:清洗后的玉米须置于烘箱中,50℃烘干。

7.根据权利要求1和6所述的果蔬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,果蔬粉的制备如下:果蔬粉主要由以下重量份的原料组成:魔芋4-6份、胡萝卜3-5份、山楂3-5份和苹果5-8份;果蔬粉的制备方法如下:将魔芋、胡萝卜、山楂和苹果洗净去皮、切块,接着混合打浆,在所得果蔬浆中加入0.3%纤维素酶、0.2%果胶酶和0.1%木聚糖酶,45℃搅拌4h。接着加入蔗糖,高浓度蔗糖使渗透压升高,导致细胞膜失水收缩,此时再加水进行稀释,收缩的细胞可吸收大量水分,从而将细胞膜涨破,使其中的营养物质、抗氧化物、维生素等有效物质释放出来,过滤,将滤液浓缩冻干,即可得到果蔬粉。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的降血糖冲剂,其特征在于:将紫锥菊提取物、玉米须、荞麦粉和果蔬粉置入到搅拌机中60℃,搅拌40min,将搅拌后的混合物置入到喷雾干燥机中进行脱水,将脱水后的物质进行超微粉碎,过100目筛;粉末通过微波进行灭菌然后放入真空包装机包装,得到降血糖膳食纤维冲剂。
