The cooling device comprises a cooling box 26, a connecting plate 27 is bolted to the top of the inner wall of the cooling box 26, fans 28 are fixedly sleeved on two sides of the inner part of the connecting plate 27, the top of the base 1 is located at two radiating grooves 29 are formed between the fixed boxes 2, the radiating grooves 29 are communicated with the top of the cooling box 26, a water cooling box 30 is bolted to the top of the inner wall of the cooling box 26, a cooling pipe 31 is arranged inside the water cooling box 30, in the embodiment, the fans 28 supply air, the air is cooled through the cooling pipe 31, and the efficiency of cooling and heat dissipation work can be effectively improved.

A GaN device short-circuit protection device convenient for alarm as claimed in any preceding claim wherein: the moving device comprises a slide way, the slide block is connected with the slide way in a sliding mode, one side, extending to the inside of the slide way, of the slide block is bolted with a tension spring, the other end of the tension spring is bolted with the inner wall of the slide way, the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the slide block are both bolted with sliding heads, the inner wall of the base is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding groove is connected with the sliding heads in a sliding mode.

A GaN device short-circuit protection device convenient for alarm as claimed in any preceding claim wherein: the clamping device comprises a fixed block, the fixed block is connected with the inner wall of the base in a sliding mode, the other side of the fixed block is connected with a spring in a bolted mode, the other end of the spring is connected with the inner wall of the base in a bolted mode, limiting grooves are formed in the upper side and the lower side, located on the inner wall of the base, of the fixed block, and the limiting grooves are connected with the fixed block in a sliding mode.

A GaN device short-circuit protection device convenient for alarm as claimed in any preceding claim wherein: the cooling device comprises a cooling box, a connecting plate is bolted to the top of the inner wall of the cooling box, fans are fixedly sleeved on two sides of the inner part of the connecting plate, the top of the base is located at two positions, a heat dissipation groove is formed between the fixing boxes, the heat dissipation groove is communicated with the top of the cooling box, a water cooling box is bolted to the top of the inner wall of the cooling box, and a cooling pipe is arranged inside the water cooling box.

A GaN device short-circuit protection device convenient for alarm as claimed in any preceding claim wherein: the air filtering device comprises a filter plate, a filter screen is embedded in the middle of the inner wall of the filter plate in a penetrating mode, connecting rings are bolted to the bottoms of the left side and the right side of the filter plate, bolts are inserted into the connecting rings, and the other ends of the bolts are in threaded connection with the inner wall of the base.
