Example IV

1) When the transmission gear signal of the transmission controller is a reverse gear, a neutral gear or a forward gear, the initialization gear and the actual gear of the gear shifting controller can be correspondingly determined to be the reverse gear, the neutral gear or the forward gear;
2) When the gear signal of the gear box controller is a parking gear signal, a gear return interval signal, an invalid value or the gear box signal is not received, the initialization gear and the actual gear of the gear shifting controller are directly determined to be neutral gears.
3. When the actuator position information of the gear shifting actuator is in a reset area between a parking gear position and a neutral gear position, determining an initialization gear and a current gear of a gear shifting controller according to the vehicle speed;
1) When the vehicle speed is less than a preset speed threshold, the initialization gear and the actual gear of the gear shift controller can be determined to be parking gears, for example, the preset speed threshold can be 3 km/h;
and 2, when the vehicle speed is not less than a preset speed threshold value, determining the initialization gear and the current gear of the gear shifting controller as neutral gears.
4. When the function abnormality occurs in the gear shifting controller or the gear shifting actuator, and the position information of the actuator of the gear shifting actuator is an invalid value or a signal is lost, the initialization gear and the actual gear of the gear shifting controller are directly determined to be invalid values regardless of the speed of the gearbox controller and the vehicle.
It should be noted that, the relationship between the actual gear and the initialized gear of the shift controller may be understood that the actual gear is ultimately required to be adjusted to the initialized gear, and if the actual gear is inconsistent with the initialized gear, the actual gear is required to be adjusted to the initialized gear.
When the initial gear and the actual gear of the shift controller are determined according to the vehicle speed, when the initial gear of the shift controller is determined to be the parking gear and the shift actuator changes the gear to the parking gear, the actual gear of the shift controller is determined to be the parking gear when the shift actuator detects that the actual position of the shift actuator is the parking gear, and is determined in real time during the detection, and if the detection time-out has not detected that the actual position of the shift actuator is the parking gear, the actual gear of the shift controller is determined to be an invalid value. Similarly, when the initialization gear of the shift controller is determined to be neutral and the shift actuator shifts the gear to the gear other than the park gear, the shift controller determines the actual gear of the shift controller to be neutral when detecting that the actual position of the shift actuator is the non-park gear position, and determines in real time during the detection, and determines the actual gear of the shift controller to be an invalid value if the detection times out and the actual position of the shift actuator has not been detected to be the non-park gear position.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle gear signal initializing device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the vehicle gear signal initializing device according to the present embodiment may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be configured in a terminal and/or a server to implement the vehicle gear signal initializing method according to the embodiment of the present invention. Optionally, the gear signal determining module 420 is further configured to determine an initialization gear signal of the shift controller as a gear signal corresponding to the park gear if the actuator position information is the park gear position.
Optionally, the gear signal determining module 420 is further configured to determine an initialization gear signal of the shift controller according to a transmission gear signal of the transmission controller of the target vehicle if the actuator position information is a neutral position.
Alternatively, the gear signal determination module 420 includes a transmission gear signal determination unit for determining an initialization gear signal of the shift controller as a transmission gear signal if the transmission gear signal of the transmission controller of the target vehicle is a reverse gear, a neutral gear, or a forward gear.
Optionally, the transmission gear signal determining unit is further configured to determine the initialization gear signal of the shift controller as the gear signal corresponding to the neutral gear if the acquired transmission gear signal of the transmission controller of the target vehicle is the park gear signal, the gear return interval signal, the invalid value, or the transmission gear signal is not acquired.
Optionally, the gear signal determining module 420 is further configured to obtain a vehicle speed of the target vehicle if the actuator position information is in a reset region between the park position and the neutral position, and determine an initialized gear signal of the target vehicle according to the vehicle speed.

Optionally, the gear signal determining module 420 is further configured to determine an initialized gear signal of the shift controller as a gear signal corresponding to the invalid value if the actuator position information is the invalid value or is lost.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 50 suitable for use in implementing the embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 50 shown in fig. 6 is merely an example and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 50 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 50 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 501, a system memory 502, and a bus 503 that connects the various system components (including the system memory 502 and processing units 501).
Bus 503 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, and not limitation, such architectures include Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 50 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 50 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 502 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 504 and/or cache memory 505. Electronic device 50 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 506 may be used to read from or write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 6, commonly referred to as a "hard disk drive"). Although not shown in fig. 6, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable non-volatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk"), and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable non-volatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In such cases, each drive may be coupled to bus 503 through one or more data medium interfaces. Memory 502 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 508 having a set (at least one) of program modules 507 may be stored, for example, in memory 502, such program modules 507 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 507 typically perform the functions and/or methods of the described embodiments of the invention.
The electronic device 50 may also communicate with one or more external devices 509 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 510, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 50, and/or any device (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enables the electronic device 50 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 511. Also, the electronic device 50 may communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through a network adapter 512. As shown, the network adapter 512 communicates with other modules of the electronic device 50 over the bus 503. It should be appreciated that although not shown in fig. 6, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 50, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
The processing unit 501 executes various functional applications and data processing by running a program stored in the system memory 502, for example, to implement the method for initializing the vehicle gear signal provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Example seven
A seventh embodiment of the present invention also provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing a method of initializing a vehicle gear signal when executed by a computer processor, the method comprising:
determining actuator position information of a shift actuator when a target trigger signal for triggering initialization of a shift controller of a target vehicle is detected;
and determining an initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller according to the position information of the actuator.
The computer storage media of embodiments of the invention may take the form of any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

Claims (10)

1. A method of initializing a vehicle gear signal, comprising:
determining actuator position information of a shift actuator when a target trigger signal for triggering initialization of a shift controller of a target vehicle is detected; the target trigger signal is a signal for triggering the gear shifting controller to perform initialization operation, and the gear shifting actuator is an actuating mechanism which is arranged on the gearbox and is used for realizing gear shifting of a parking gear and a neutral gear;
determining an initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller according to the position information of the actuator;
Wherein the determining the initialization gear signal of the gear shift controller according to the actuator position information includes: and determining an initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller according to the gear information corresponding to the position information of the actuator, or determining the initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller according to the position information of the actuator and at least one gear judgment factor.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining an initialization gear signal for the shift controller based on the actuator position information comprises:
and if the position information of the actuator is the parking gear position, determining the initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller as a gear signal corresponding to the parking gear.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining an initialization gear signal for the shift controller based on the actuator position information comprises:
and if the actuator position information is a neutral position, determining an initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller according to the gear signal of the gear shifting controller of the target vehicle.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining an initialization gear signal of a gear shift controller of said target vehicle from a gear shift signal of said gear shift controller comprises:
And if the gear signal of the gear box controller of the target vehicle is a reverse gear, a neutral gear or a forward gear, determining the initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller as the gear box gear signal.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining an initialization gear signal of a gear shift controller of said target vehicle from a gear shift signal of said gear shift controller comprises:
and if the acquired gearbox gear signal of the gearbox controller of the target vehicle is a parking gear signal, a gear return interval signal, an invalid value or the gearbox gear signal is not acquired, determining the initialization gear signal of the gear shifting controller as a gear signal corresponding to a neutral gear.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining an initialization gear signal for the shift controller based on the actuator position information comprises:
