Detailed Description
The large target vehicle in the application may specifically refer to a large-volume vehicle such as a truck or a bus, and the small target vehicle may specifically refer to a common car such as a car, and the specific implementation mode will be mainly exemplified by taking the truck as an example; in practical application, monitoring equipment (such as a camera) on the high-position video pile can monitor 4 parking spaces, and if a truck is parked in the No. 2 parking space, whether parking is carried out in the previous parking space, namely the front No. 3 parking space and the front No. 4 parking space or not is seen.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides one embodiment of a parking fee timing method, which includes steps 101 to 105.
101. And acquiring trolley detection frame information.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining trolley detection frame information of small target vehicles parked in parking spaces in a monitoring picture, wherein the trolley detection frame information can specifically comprise vehicle size frame information formed according to the shapes of the small and medium target vehicles in the monitoring picture, and can be used for detecting the size of the small target vehicles so as to judge whether the follow-up large target vehicles cover the small target vehicles.
102. And acquiring the cart detection frame information.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining large vehicle detection frame information of large target vehicles parked in parking spaces in a monitoring picture, wherein the small vehicle detection frame information can specifically comprise vehicle size frame information formed according to the shapes of the large target vehicles in the monitoring picture and can be used for detecting the size of the large target vehicles so as to judge whether the follow-up large target vehicles shield the small target vehicles.
103. And tracking and recording the time of the large target vehicle entering the parking space and the time of the large target vehicle exiting the parking space.
Tracking and recording the time of the large target vehicle entering the parking space and the time of the large target vehicle exiting the parking space through the content of the monitoring picture; for example, a vehicle feature point set (such as a license plate number) in a monitoring picture can be extracted and stored to realize tracking and recording of a large target vehicle or a small target vehicle, and this step mainly refers to tracking and recording the entering parking space time and the exiting parking space time of the large target vehicle.
104. And judging whether the large target vehicle blocks the small target vehicle.
And judging whether the large target vehicle shields the small target vehicle or not according to the trolley detection frame information and the cart detection frame information. In a specific implementation manner, the overlapping area between the vehicle frames of the two vehicles can be calculated according to the information of the small vehicle detection frame and the information of the large vehicle detection frame, and whether the large target vehicle blocks the small target vehicle can be judged by comparing whether the overlapping area exceeds a preset value.
105. A billing period for the small target vehicle is determined.
Because the time that large-scale target vehicle and small-size target vehicle drive into and leave the parking stall has the morning and evening to divide, so need divide the charging period of condition determination small-size target vehicle when taking place to shelter from, specifically include:
(1) if the occlusion occurs, and the large target vehicle drives into the parking space later than the small target vehicle and drives out of the parking space later than the small target vehicle, acquiring the driving-in parking space time of the small target vehicle, and determining the charging time period of the small target vehicle as the driving-in parking space time of the small target vehicle to the driving-in parking space time of the large target vehicle.
(2) If the occlusion occurs, and the large target vehicle drives into the parking space earlier than the small target vehicle and drives out of the parking space earlier, acquiring the time of driving out of the parking space of the small target vehicle, and determining the charging time period of the small target vehicle as the time from the driving out of the parking space of the large target vehicle to the time from the driving out of the parking space of the small target vehicle.
The execution sequence of each step in steps 101 to 103 is not limited, and the steps can be performed simultaneously in practical application.
The traditional method judges whether the vehicle enters or exits the parking space through the geomagnetism arranged under each in-road parking space, and determines whether the vehicle is in a parking or driving state, thereby realizing the charging management of the vehicle parked in the in-road parking space, and the method has the problems of complex installation, high cost, difficult maintenance and the like although the judgment result is more accurate; meanwhile, the method cannot identify the license plate number and the time of the sheltered vehicle entering and exiting the parking space, so that the inspection personnel can only be informed of the unpaid vehicle for manual processing, and the cost of the charging management work of parking in the road cannot be increased due to the fact that the evidence such as the license plate information cannot be reserved for the vehicle with malicious fee evasion. According to the parking charge timing method, the situation that the timing charge of the small target vehicle is inaccurate due to the fact that the large vehicle covers the small target vehicle in the front parking space can be effectively improved through the monitoring picture, and labor cost of parking charge management in a road is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, the present application provides another embodiment of a parking fee timing method, including:
201. and acquiring license plate information of the small target vehicle and the large target vehicle.
And acquiring license plate information of small and medium-sized target vehicles and large target vehicles in the monitoring picture so as to carry out charging management after the license is stored.
202. The positions and the number of the large target vehicles and the small target vehicles are determined.
And respectively determining the positions and the number of the large target vehicles and the small target vehicles in the monitoring picture through the vehicle detection model.
In one embodiment, when the position and the number of the small target vehicles in the monitoring screen need to be detected, a small target vehicle detection algorithm based on deep learning, such as a YOLO (YOLO) target detection algorithm or an SSD (SSD) target detection algorithm, may be used. The monitoring equipment on the high-position video pile can be arranged at a position six meters high to collect video and picture information of a vehicle, wherein the vehicle refers to the whole vehicle seen on a monitoring picture, for example, when the vehicle runs away from a camera, the whole vehicle at the position is the tail and the roof of the vehicle, and even comprises part of the vehicle body; when the vehicle runs close to the camera, the whole vehicle is the head and the roof, and even comprises part of the vehicle body.
In one embodiment, when the position and number of the large target vehicles in the monitoring screen need to be detected, an algorithm consistent with the small target vehicle detection algorithm or an inconsistent algorithm, such as a dedicated large target vehicle detection model, may be used. When two target vehicles are detected by selecting the consistent detection algorithm, parameter settings suitable for the large target vehicles or the small target vehicles need to be made respectively, namely after the small target vehicles are detected, the relevant parameter settings in the detection algorithm are adjusted to start the corresponding large target vehicle detection models to detect the positions and the number of the large target vehicles so as to improve the detection rate of the large target vehicles.
It should be noted that, if the large target vehicle is at a far position and the vehicle size is small, the large target vehicle can be detected by using the small target vehicle detection model, but the detection is difficult when the vehicle is close to the camera or the vehicle size is large, and some large target vehicles may not be detected by using the small target vehicle detection model, while more large target vehicles can be detected by using a dedicated large target vehicle detection model. Therefore, preferably, the embodiment of the present application uses a dedicated small target vehicle detection model and a dedicated large target vehicle detection model to detect corresponding target vehicle information, and then, an overlapping result of target vehicles detected by the two models needs to be calculated, and the positions and the number of the repeatedly detected small and large target vehicles are determined by combining a license plate recognition result; the detection results of the large target vehicles detected by the two models need to be combined, only 1 result is reserved, specifically, the detection results of the large target vehicle detection models are used as the standard when the overlapping results occur, so that the positions and the number of the large target vehicles existing in the current monitoring picture are finally determined, the detection rate of the large target vehicles is improved, meanwhile, the parking condition of parking places in a road is favorably patrolled, or whether the vehicles pre-parked in the parking places are released so that the vehicles are parked in the parking places is determined.
203. And acquiring trolley detection frame information.
204. And acquiring the cart detection frame information.
205. And tracking and recording the time of the large target vehicle entering the parking space and the time of the large target vehicle exiting the parking space.
206. And judging whether the large target vehicle blocks the small target vehicle.
Calculating a first overlapping area of a vehicle frame of the large target vehicle and a vehicle frame of the small target vehicle according to the small vehicle detection frame information and the large vehicle detection frame information, and determining that the small target vehicle is shielded by the large target vehicle if the first overlapping area is larger than or equal to a first preset value; and if the first overlapping area is smaller than the first preset value, determining that the large target vehicle does not shield the small target vehicle.
207. A billing period for the small target vehicle is determined.
When the large target vehicle blocks the small target vehicle, the operation of determining the charging period of the small target vehicle is similar to the content described in (1) to (2) in the foregoing step 105, and details are not repeated here;
when the large target vehicle does not obstruct the small target vehicle (it can be understood that the common trolley can be automatically identified), the operation of determining the charging period of the small target vehicle may be to determine the charging period of the small target vehicle according to the acquired parking space entering time and parking space exiting time of the small target vehicle, which includes but is not limited to:
firstly, when a truck is completely stopped in a parking space (recorded as time B), if a common trolley is parked in a front parking space, the state of the common trolley is modified into a suspected leaving state, and the time (recorded as time A) of the common trolley entering the parking space is recorded:
and <1>, if the common trolley on the front parking space exits the parking space at the time C and is identified before the truck exits the parking space, recording the exiting parking space time of the common trolley as the time C, and accounting the time interval from the time A to the time C.
And 2, when the truck is driven out (recorded as time D), re-identifying the parking condition of the common trolley on the front parking space, if the common trolley is still on the parking space, continuing tracking and timing, and if the leaving time of the common trolley is time E, setting the charging time interval from time A to time E.
When the truck is completely and stably stopped in the parking space (recorded as time B), if the common trolley is not parked in the front parking space, and the truck is parked in the time, the common trolley drives into the front parking space and is identified (time F), and the driving-in time of the common trolley is recorded as time F:
and <1>, the common trolley is driven out and identified within the parking time of the truck (time G), and the charging time period of the common trolley is from the time F to the time G.
<2>, if the truck is driven out, the parking condition of the common trolley on the front parking space is identified again, if the front truck leaves and lacks the driving-out parking space record due to special conditions, in order to avoid charging disputes such as multi-charging, the driving-in record of the truck can be deleted, and the truck is directly released.
208. And acquiring the parking space frame information of each parking space and judging whether the large target vehicle covers the front parking space.
After the parking space frame information of each parking space is obtained through the parking space information table, according to the parking space frame information and the large vehicle detection frame information, a second overlapping area of a vehicle frame of the large target vehicle and a parking space frame of a previous parking space can be calculated, and if the second overlapping area is larger than or equal to a second preset value, it is determined that the large target vehicle covers the previous parking space; and if the second overlapping area is smaller than a second preset value, determining that the large target vehicle does not shield the front parking space. The front parking space refers to one or more parking spaces in front of the parking space where the large target vehicle is located, and the front parking space can be used for parking the small target vehicle. Whether the large target vehicle covers the front parking space or not is judged, and operation such as patrol inspection of the parking situation (for example, whether the vehicle is parked beyond a parking space line) by an in-road parking management system or personnel is facilitated. It should be noted that, the step of obtaining the parking space frame information of each parking space in step 208 and the step of determining whether the large target vehicle covers the preceding parking space may also be performed separately, for example, the step of obtaining the parking space frame information of each parking space may be performed before step 204, that is, the order of execution of any step of steps 201 to 203 is not limited, and similarly, the step of determining whether the large target vehicle covers the preceding parking space may be performed after step 204.
The method of the embodiment of the application can improve the detection rate of the truck, and meanwhile, when the truck shields the vehicle in the front parking space or parks the vehicle in the front parking space, the purpose of charging as accurately as possible can be achieved; if the recording that the small target vehicle enters or exits the parking space is lost during the stop of the truck, the condition of inaccurate charging such as multi-charging and the like can be effectively avoided by adjusting the charging time period.
