The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a hot water supply system of a combined reforming energy-saving and clean energy type, comprising,
the heat preservation water tank 7 is used for storing hot water;
the solar water heating device 6 is used for circularly heating hot water in the heat-preservation water tank 7 by utilizing solar energy;
the electric water heating device 5 is used for circularly heating hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 by using electric energy of a power grid in a power consumption valley period;
the phase change energy storage device 8 is used for collecting and storing the heat energy of the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 and reversely heating the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 by utilizing the stored heat energy;
a wind power generation apparatus 1 for converting wind power into electric power;
a solar power generation device 3 for converting solar energy into electric energy;
and the electric storage device is used for storing electric energy of a power grid in a power utilization valley period, electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3, and providing electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 when the electric water heating device is at night and/or solar energy is insufficient and/or the solar water heating device 6 cannot work normally.
Specifically, the water inlet of the thermal insulation water tank 7 is communicated with the water outlet of the solar water heating device 6 through a pipeline, the water outlet of the thermal insulation water tank 7 is communicated with the water inlet of the solar water heating device 6 through a pipeline, meanwhile, the water inlet of the thermal insulation water tank 7 is provided with a water replenishing pipe, one end of the water replenishing pipe is communicated with the water inlet of the thermal insulation water tank 7, and the other end of the water replenishing pipe is communicated with a tap water supply pipe through a valve.
Specifically, a water inlet of the heat preservation water tank 7 is communicated with a water outlet of the electric water heating device 5 through a pipeline, and a water outlet of the heat preservation water tank 7 is communicated with a water inlet of the electric water heating device 5 through a pipeline; energy storage ball can be optimized specifically to phase change energy memory 8, sets up energy storage ball into a plurality ofly, a plurality of energy storage balls set up in holding water box 7 is interior.
The electric water heating device 5 may be an electromagnetic water heating device, an electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic water heating device is fixedly arranged in the heat preservation water tank 7, and the electromagnetic energy is used for directly heating the liquid water in the heat preservation water tank 7.
The electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic water heating device is fixedly arranged in the heat preservation water tank 7, so that liquid water in the heat preservation water tank 7 can be heated, the function of electrolyzing water is achieved, and incrustation scale in the heat preservation water tank 7 is prevented.
Specifically, the hot water boiler 4 is further included, and the hot water boiler 4 is used for circularly heating the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7.
The hot water boiler 4 is a gas fuel hot water boiler and/or a solid fuel hot water boiler and/or a liquid fuel hot water boiler and/or a new energy fuel hot water boiler.
The gas fuel hot water boiler is specifically a natural gas hot water boiler and/or a liquefied petroleum gas hot water boiler and/or a methane hot water boiler; the solid fuel hot water boiler is specifically a coal hot water boiler and/or a biomass particle hot water boiler and/or a wood hot water boiler; the liquid fuel hot water boiler is specifically a methanol hot water boiler and/or a diesel hot water boiler and/or a heavy oil hot water boiler.
The hot water boiler 4 can be the existing hot water equipment of a user, the invention can be applied to some old hot water boilers 4 and can improve energy conservation and emission reduction, the implementation scheme of comprehensive energy conservation is provided for enterprises or users who already own the hot water boiler 4 by the mode, and the waste caused by scrapping of the existing hot water boiler 4 can not be caused.
Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can also be used for carrying out energy-saving transformation on the existing hot water boiler 4 so as to improve the economic benefit and realize the beneficial effects of comprehensive energy conservation and emission reduction.
The electric water heating device 5 is specifically an electromagnetic energy water heating device. The electric power storage device comprises a first electric power storage device 2 and a second electric power storage device 11, wherein the first electric power storage device 2 is specifically used for storing electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 and providing electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 at night and/or when solar energy is insufficient and/or the solar water heating device 6 cannot work normally; the second electric storage device 11 is specifically used for storing electric energy of a power grid in an electricity consumption valley period, and providing electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 at night and/or when solar energy is insufficient and/or the solar water heating device 6 cannot work normally.
The electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 can be prevented from conflicting with the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 by adopting the first electric storage device 2 and the second electric storage device 11 to store the electric energy of the power grid in the power consumption valley period respectively, namely, the electric energy can be improved by separately storing, and meanwhile, after the electric storage device is fully stored with the electric energy due to the electric energy of the power grid in the power consumption valley period when the same electric storage device is used for storing, the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 are wasted.
Specifically, the electric energy stored in the second electric storage device 11 in the present embodiment is limited to the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3; other sources of electrical energy are also possible, such as: the waste generated by the waste gas of the chemical industry enterprises and the electric energy generated by the tidal power generation are combusted and used for generating electricity and the residual electric energy of other sources.
The water outlet of the heat preservation water tank 7 is communicated with the water inlet of a steam generator 9 of a user or an enterprise and/or the water inlet of a steam boiler 10 through a pipeline, and hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 can be used as a water source for steam production. The invention realizes the comprehensive energy-saving hot water scheme by utilizing the transformation of clean energy to the traditional hot water energy, and then supplies the hot water with the temperature of 90-100 ℃ to steam production enterprises or users, thereby reducing the energy use in the hot water stage for the steam production and further reducing the energy consumption.
Example 2
Based on the system for supplying hot water by comprehensively reforming energy-saving and clean energy provided by embodiment 1, the invention also provides a method for supplying hot water by comprehensively reforming energy-saving and clean energy, which comprises the following steps:
step one, arranging a heat preservation water tank 7, a solar water heating device 6, an electric water heating device 5, a wind power generation device 1, a solar power generation device 3 and an electric power storage device;
step two, utilizing hot water of a solar water heating device 6 to convey the hot water generated by the solar water heating device 6 to a heat preservation water tank 7 for storage, and utilizing the solar water heating device 6 to circularly heat the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7;
thirdly, collecting and storing the heat energy of the hot water in the heat-preservation water tank 7 by using the phase-change energy storage device 8, and reversely heating the hot water in the heat-preservation water tank 7 by using the heat energy stored by the phase-change energy storage device 8 when the solar water heating device 6 cannot normally work at night and/or the solar energy is insufficient;
and fourthly, storing the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 to the electric storage device, and when the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 cannot be heated at night and/or due to insufficient solar energy and/or due to the fact that the solar water heating device 6 cannot work normally and/or due to the fact that the heat energy stored by the phase change energy storage device 8 cannot be used, utilizing the electric storage device to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 and/or utilizing the electric energy in the electricity consumption valley period to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device 5, and utilizing the electric water heating device 5 to circularly heat the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7.
The fourth step is to arrange the electric storage device to be a combination of a first electric storage device 2 and a second electric storage device 11;
storing the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 to the first electric power storage device 2, and enabling the first electric power storage device 2 to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 at night and/or when the solar energy is insufficient and/or the solar water heating device 6 cannot work normally;
and storing the electric energy of the power grid in the electricity consumption valley period to the second electric storage device 11, and enabling the second electric storage device 11 to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 and/or using the electric energy of the power grid in the electricity consumption valley period to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 when the solar energy is insufficient and/or the solar water heating device 6 cannot normally work.
The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a heat preservation water tank 7, a solar water heating device 6, an electric water heating device 5, a wind power generation device 1, a solar power generation device 3, an electric power storage device and a hot water boiler 4 are arranged;
the fourth step is specifically that the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 are stored in the electric storage device, and when the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 cannot be heated at night and/or due to insufficient solar energy and/or due to the fact that the solar water heating device 6 cannot normally work and/or due to the fact that the heat energy stored by the phase change energy storage device 8 cannot heat the hot water, the electric storage device is used for providing the electric energy for the electric water heating device 5 and/or the electric energy in the electricity consumption valley period is used for providing the electric energy for the electric water heating device 5, the electric water heating device 5 is used for circularly heating the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7, and/or the hot water boiler 4 is used for circularly heating the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7.
And concretely, the method further comprises a fifth step, wherein the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 is used for supplying heat to users and/or is used as a water source for producing steam for enterprises and/or users.
The solar energy hot water is utilized, heat is released through the phase change energy storage device 8 at night or when the solar energy is insufficient or even the solar power generation device 3 cannot work, the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 is reversely heated, the electric energy of a power grid in a power consumption valley period, the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device 1 and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device 3 are utilized to supply power to the electric water heating device 5, and the hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 is circularly heated; according to the invention, green energy solar energy is used for heating water, and meanwhile, the electric energy of a power grid, wind energy and solar energy in the power consumption valley period are stored for heating water, so that the comprehensive energy-saving effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is realized; meanwhile, by arranging the phase change energy storage device 8, heat energy can be stored when solar energy is sufficiently charged in the daytime, heat energy is released through the phase change energy storage device 8 at night, hot water in the heat preservation water tank 7 is reversely heated, and the full utilization of energy is realized. The invention realizes the comprehensive energy-saving hot water scheme by utilizing the transformation of clean energy to the traditional hot water energy, and then supplies the hot water with the temperature of 90-100 ℃ to steam production enterprises or users, thereby reducing the energy use in the hot water stage for the steam production and further reducing the energy consumption.

a wind energy generating device (1) for converting wind energy into electrical energy;
a solar power generation device (3) for converting solar energy into electrical energy;
the electric power storage device is used for storing electric energy of a power grid in a power utilization valley period, electric energy generated by the wind power generation device (1) and electric energy generated by the solar power generation device (3) and providing electric energy for the electric water heating device (5) when the electric water heating device is in a night state and/or solar energy is insufficient and/or the solar water heating device (6) cannot work normally.

and fourthly, storing the electric energy generated by the wind power generation device (1) and the electric energy generated by the solar power generation device (3) into the electric storage device, and when the hot water in the heat preservation water tank (7) cannot be heated at night and/or due to insufficient solar energy and/or due to the fact that the solar water heating device (6) cannot work normally and/or due to the fact that the heat energy stored by the phase change energy storage device (8) cannot be heated, utilizing the electric storage device to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device (5) and/or utilizing the electric energy in the electricity consumption valley period to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device (5), and utilizing the electric water heating device (5) to circularly heat the hot water in the heat preservation water tank (7).
8. The integrated reforming energy-saving and clean energy type hot water supply method according to claim 7, characterized in that: the fourth step is to arrange the electric storage device to be a combination of a first electric storage device (2) and a second electric storage device (11);
storing the electric energy generated by the wind energy generating device (1) and the electric energy generated by the solar energy generating device (3) to the first electric power storage device (2), and enabling the first electric power storage device (2) to provide electric energy for the electric water heating device (5) when the electric water heating device (6) cannot work normally at night and/or the solar energy is insufficient;
and the electric energy of the power grid in the electricity consumption valley period is stored in the second electric storage device (11), and the second electric storage device (11) is used for providing electric energy for the electric water heating device (5) and/or the electric energy of the power grid in the electricity consumption valley period is used for providing electric energy for the electric water heating device (5) when the electric water heating device (6) cannot normally work at night and/or solar energy is insufficient.
