Detailed Description

The main solution of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: after the air conditioner runs in a dehumidification mode, acquiring the difference value between the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor temperature; when the difference between the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold, reducing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner; and when the difference between the temperature of the coil pipe and the outdoor temperature is greater than a first preset threshold value, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve.
Because the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger are obtained, and the difference value between the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced so as to increase the dehumidification capacity of the air conditioner in a mode of improving the superheat degree; when the difference value between the temperature of the coil pipe and the outdoor temperature is larger than the preset threshold value, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased to improve the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner, namely the air conditioner increases the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner by adjusting the electronic expansion valve, and the dehumidification efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.

Based on the hardware architecture of the air conditioner, the embodiment of the dehumidification control method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a dehumidification control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the dehumidification control method of an air conditioner includes the steps of:
step S10, after the air conditioner runs in the dehumidification mode, acquiring the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger;
in this embodiment, when the air conditioner performs dehumidification, the indoor heat exchanger serves as an evaporator to condense moisture in the air, and therefore, when the air conditioner enters the dehumidification mode, cool air is inevitably blown out. The dehumidification mode set by the air conditioner can be a constant temperature dehumidification mode, and the air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioner in the constant temperature dehumidification mode is greater than the preset air outlet temperature. The preset air outlet temperature is the temperature at which a user feels cold, and can be a fixed value or determined according to the outdoor temperature. Specifically, the outdoor temperature is greater than the preset outlet air temperature, and the difference between the outdoor temperature and the preset outlet air temperature is a fixed value, for example, the fixed value is 7, and when the outdoor temperature is 35 ℃, the preset outlet air temperature is 28 ℃.
After the air conditioner operates the dehumidification mode, the air conditioner operates according to the set operation parameters corresponding to the dehumidification mode, so that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is greater than the preset air outlet temperature. The set operation parameters comprise set operation frequency of the compressor, set rotating speed of the indoor fan, set rotating speed of the outdoor fan, set opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and the like. The set operation frequency is related to the environment and the power of the heating element of the air conditioner, and is generally 10 Hz-40 Hz. The set rotating speed of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan is generally 600rpm to 1200 rpm. The opening degree is set to be the middle value of the opening degree range of the electronic expansion valve, for example, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is set to be 0-450, and the value of the opening degree is set to be 200-250. The air conditioner operates according to the set operating parameters, and the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner can be larger than the preset air outlet temperature.
Further, whether the air conditioner needs to operate according to the set operation parameters is related to the indoor temperature and the set temperature, if the indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, the user cannot feel that the air blown out by the air conditioner is cold air; if the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature and the difference between the set temperature and the indoor temperature is greater than the preset threshold (fourth preset threshold), the user can feel that the air blown out by the air conditioner is cold air, and at the moment, the air conditioner needs to operate according to the set operation parameters, so that the air outlet temperature is greater than the preset air outlet temperature. For example, Ts-T1 is more than A, the air conditioner operates according to set operation parameters, Ts is set temperature, the set temperature is set by a user in the air conditioner, T1 is indoor temperature, A is set temperature return difference, and the value of A is generally 0-4.
After the air conditioner carries out dehumidification mode, the air-out temperature is great, and the coil pipe temperature that also is indoor heat exchanger is lower, and the moisture at indoor heat exchanger condensation is less for the dehumidification efficiency of air conditioner is lower. In this regard, the air conditioner needs to increase the dehumidification amount. There are two ways to increase the dehumidification capacity, one is to increase the superheat of the compressor and the other is to increase the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger. The choice of both modes is related to the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger. Experimental data show that when the difference value between the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value, the dehumidification capacity can be improved by improving the superheat degree; and when the difference value between the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor temperature is greater than a first preset threshold value, the coil temperature of the evaporator is increased, and the dehumidification capacity is increased.
Step S20, when the difference between the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a first preset threshold, reducing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner;
when the difference between the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a first preset threshold value, reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve increases the degree of superheat to increase the dehumidification amount. The reduced opening value can be 0-3 or a larger value. For example, when TC-T0 ≦ D, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is decreased, D is the first preset threshold, TC is the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, i.e., the condensing temperature of the condenser, and T0 is the outdoor temperature. D is generally 0-3.
And step S30, when the difference between the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature is greater than a first preset threshold value, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve.
When the difference between the temperature of the coil and the outdoor temperature is larger than a first preset threshold value, namely TC-T0 is larger than D, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, and the surface temperature of the evaporator is increased, so that the dehumidification capacity can be increased.
The following description will be made based on experimental data. The opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is 0-600, when the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is higher than 27 ℃, the dehumidification capacity of the electronic expansion valve is higher than 1.8KG/h between 30-100 degrees, and the difference value between the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to D. When the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner is higher than 27 ℃, the dehumidification amount of the electronic expansion valve is larger than 1.8KG/h between 420 and 600 degrees of opening, and the difference value between the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor temperature is larger than D.
It should be noted that, the specific data given in this embodiment is obtained by testing the air conditioner of a specific model, and other types of air conditioners may also increase the dehumidification amount by increasing the superheat degree or increasing the surface temperature of the evaporator, and ensure that the outlet air temperature is greater than the preset outlet air temperature, but the numerical value of the air conditioner is different from the data provided in this embodiment, and a data description is not repeated here.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner dehumidified at constant temperature, only through the aperture of adjustment electronic expansion valve, other operating parameter changes lessly to make the air conditioner when carrying out constant temperature dehumidification, the air-out temperature, and be greater than preset air-out temperature, also under the prerequisite that does not blow cold wind at air conditioner dehumidification, guaranteed the dehumidification effect of air conditioner.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the air conditioner operates in the dehumidification mode, the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger are acquired, and when the difference between the coil temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a preset threshold value, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced to increase the dehumidification capacity of the air conditioner in a manner of increasing the superheat degree; when the difference value between the temperature of the coil pipe and the outdoor temperature is larger than the preset threshold value, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased to improve the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner, namely the air conditioner increases the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner by adjusting the electronic expansion valve, and the dehumidification efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the dehumidification control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, after step S20, the method further includes:
step S40, acquiring the exhaust temperature of the compressor;
and step S50, when the exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to a preset exhaust temperature, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve.
In the present embodiment, the discharge temperature of the compressor is increased after decreasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and increasing the degree of superheat. However, the exhaust temperature of the compressor has an upper limit value, namely the superheat degree is increased and should not exceed the upper limit value, so that the compressor is prevented from being damaged. The upper limit value is a preset exhaust temperature. The preset exhaust temperature is generally 100-130 ℃.
After the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, the air conditioner acquires the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor, and if the exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust temperature, the compressor runs in an overload mode, and at the moment, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be increased. The air conditioner can adjust the opening of the electronic expansion valve to a larger value, thereby rapidly reducing the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
Further, if the exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is restored to the set opening degree, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased. When the degree of superheat is increased, the electronic expansion valve is decreased from the set opening degree, and therefore, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased by returning the electronic expansion valve to the set opening degree. Therefore, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is restored to the set opening degree, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, so that the temperature of the coil pipe of the outdoor heat exchanger is increased, and the dehumidification capacity is improved. In this case, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve may be increased by a small value, typically 1 to 3.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the air conditioner reduces the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and improves the superheat degree, the air conditioner obtains the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and when the exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of a dehumidification control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the second embodiment, after step S40, the method further includes:
step S60, when the exhaust temperature is less than a preset exhaust temperature, acquiring a difference value between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature;
and step S70, when the difference value between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold value, reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner increases the dehumidification amount by the degree of superheat, the dehumidification amount is required to be large. Through tests, when the dehumidification amount is large, the difference value obtained by subtracting the outdoor temperature from the exhaust temperature is larger than a second preset threshold value. After the air conditioner obtains the exhaust temperature, if the exhaust temperature is lower than the preset exhaust temperature, the air conditioner further determines whether the dehumidification amount is larger than the preset dehumidification amount, and if the dehumidification amount is larger than the preset dehumidification amount, the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner is larger. If the difference value between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to the second preset threshold value, the dehumidification amount is smaller, and the air conditioner needs to reduce the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve again to improve the superheat degree so as to improve the dehumidification amount. If the difference value between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is larger than the second preset threshold value and the dehumidification amount is larger, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve does not need to be reduced again
The second predetermined threshold may be any suitable value, for example, the second predetermined threshold may be 53. And when TP-T0 is larger than M, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve does not need to be reduced again, if TP-T0 is smaller than or equal to M, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be reduced again, and M is a second preset threshold value.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the exhaust temperature is less than the preset exhaust temperature, the difference between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is obtained, and if the difference is less than or equal to the second preset threshold, it can be determined that the dehumidification capacity is small, and the air conditioner reduces the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve again to improve the dehumidification capacity.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a fourth embodiment of a dehumidification control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on any one of the first to third embodiments, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S80, acquiring the exhaust temperature of the compressor;
and step S90, increasing the opening of the electronic expansion valve when the difference between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is larger than or equal to a third preset threshold value.
In the present embodiment, the air conditioner increases the dehumidification amount by increasing the evaporation temperature of the evaporator (indoor heat exchanger), that is, by increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve. And increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve reduces the exhaust temperature, and tests show that when the dehumidification amount is large, the difference value obtained by subtracting the outdoor temperature from the exhaust temperature needs to be smaller than a third preset threshold value. Therefore, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased until the difference value obtained by subtracting the outdoor temperature from the exhaust temperature is smaller than the opening degree corresponding to the third preset threshold value.
If the difference value between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to the third preset threshold value and the dehumidification amount is small, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be increased to improve the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner. If the difference value between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is smaller than the third preset threshold value, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve does not need to be increased.
The third predetermined threshold may be any suitable value, for example, the third predetermined threshold may be 7. And when TP-T0 is less than N, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve does not need to be increased again, if TP-T0 is more than or equal to N, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be increased again, and N is a third preset threshold value.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the air conditioner increases the dehumidification capacity by increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the air conditioner acquires the exhaust temperature, and if the difference between the exhaust temperature and the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to the third preset threshold, the air conditioner continues to increase the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to increase the dehumidification capacity.
In one embodiment, after the air conditioner performs constant temperature dehumidification, the indoor temperature may rise or fall, and at this time, the heat load of the heating element of the air conditioner and the room can be balanced by the rotation speed of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan. Specifically, after decreasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve or increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the air conditioner acquires the indoor temperature in real time (the indoor temperature is less than the set temperature in the constant temperature dehumidification). If the indoor temperature is detected to be reduced, the air conditioner should reduce the evaporation capacity, so that the air conditioner reduces the rotating speed of the indoor fan and increases the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, specifically, the air conditioner reduces the rotating speed by 20% on the basis of the original rotating speed, and can increase the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to the maximum rotating speed. If the indoor temperature is detected to rise, the air conditioner should improve the refrigerating capacity, so the air conditioner increases the rotating speed of the indoor fan and reduces the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, specifically, the air conditioner increases the rotating speed by 20% on the basis of the original rotating speed and can reduce the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to the minimum rotating speed.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner performs constant temperature dehumidification, the heat load of the heating element of the air conditioner and the room is balanced by the rotation speed of the indoor fan and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, so as to ensure that the indoor temperature is maintained within the range corresponding to the set temperature.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises a memory, a processor and a control program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the electronic expansion valve is connected with the processor. The control program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the dehumidification control method of the air conditioner as described in the above embodiments.
