本发明公开了一种口罩熔喷布及其制造方法,属于熔喷布制造技术领域。本发明提供的口罩熔喷布,按重量份数计,由聚丙烯树脂40‑80份、改性石墨烯30‑50份、钛白粉10‑30份、分散剂5‑20份、纳米二氧化硅5‑10份、偶联剂5‑10份和助剂5‑10份组成。本发明得到的口罩熔喷布可用于制备口罩,得到的口罩过滤效率高,且具有优良的抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种口罩熔喷布及其制造方法,属于口罩熔喷布制造技术领域。
背景技术
呼吸道飞沫传播和接触传播是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的主要传播途径,因此口罩作为守护医护人员和广大民众安全的最重要防护资源,需求量激增。而口罩供不应求现象的出现,实质上是由于医用口罩的重要制作原料——熔喷布供应不足。
熔喷布是医用口罩材料中最重要的过滤材料,其生产原理是借助高速热气流或其他手段时高聚物熔体迅速高倍拉伸,固化成超细的短纤维,集聚到网帘或滚筒上制成。熔喷布多由0.5-4μm聚丙烯(PP)超细纤维随机分布而成,具有孔隙小、孔隙率高、单位体积质量小,生产流程短等特点,但普通熔喷布的PM2.5和PM10隔绝功能、抗菌性能等还有待进一步提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种口罩熔喷布及其制造方法。本发明得到的口罩熔喷布可用于制备口罩,得到的口罩过滤效率高,且具有优良的抗菌性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种口罩熔喷布,按重量份数计,由聚丙烯树脂40-80份、改性石墨烯30-50份、钛白粉10-30份、分散剂5-20份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂5-10份和助剂5-10份组成。
进一步地,所述改性石墨烯是将摩尔比为1:0.01-1:1的柠檬酸和五乙烯六胺溶于超纯水中得到混合液,将混合液150-200℃加热1-8h,调节pH至6.8-7.2,透析12-60h以去除分子量在3kD以下的物质,将透析后收集到的溶液冷冻干燥,得到的五乙烯六胺功能化石墨烯量子点PEHA-GQD。
进一步地,所述分散剂是三乙基己基磷酸、甲基戊醇、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述偶联剂为单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯。
本发明还提供了上述口罩熔喷布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将聚丙烯树脂40-80份、改性石墨烯30-50份、钛白粉10-30份、分散剂5-20份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂5-10份和助剂5-10份依次加入到反应釜内进行搅拌1-3h混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合物料放入螺杆挤出机中加热至100-130℃得到熔体;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的熔体进行纺丝。
(4)将(3)得到的丝进行熔喷成布。
本发明还提供了一种口罩,所述口罩具有SMS复合结构,即内外2侧为单层纺粘层S,中间为熔喷层M,所述熔喷层M即为上述的口罩熔喷布。
进一步地,所述单层纺粘层S的制作材料是聚丙烯。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明制备的口罩熔喷布具有超强物理隔尘、PM2.5和PM10隔绝功能、抗菌性能,还可以过滤花粉和其他粉尘,其抗霾机理是利用石墨烯对于PM2.5及以下的微小颗粒的吸附作用并牢牢困住。同时它具有优良的抗菌性,其抗菌机理是石墨烯与细菌的细胞膜有强力作用,能切割细菌的细胞膜,并大量抽取细胞膜上的磷脂分子。经检测,本发明制备的口罩熔喷布PM2.5过滤效率达96%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到99%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种口罩熔喷布,按重量份数计,由聚丙烯树脂40份、改性石墨烯30份、钛白粉10份、三乙基己基磷酸5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯5份和助剂5份组成。
所述改性石墨烯是将摩尔比为1:0.1的柠檬酸和五乙烯六胺溶于超纯水中得到混合液,将混合液180℃加热2h,调节pH至6.8,透析12h以去除分子量在3kD以下的物质,将透析后收集到的溶液冷冻干燥,得到的五乙烯六胺功能化石墨烯量子点PEHA-GQD。
上述口罩熔喷布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将聚丙烯树脂40份、改性石墨烯30份、钛白粉10份、三乙基己基磷酸5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯5份和助剂5份依次加入到反应釜内进行搅拌2h混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合物料放入螺杆挤出机中加热至120℃得到熔体;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的熔体进行纺丝。
(4)将(3)得到的丝进行熔喷成布。
将上述口罩熔喷布用于制备口罩,所述口罩具有SMS复合结构,即内外2侧为单层纺粘层S,中间为熔喷层M,所述熔喷层M即为上述口罩熔喷布。
实施例2
一种口罩熔喷布,按重量份数计,由聚丙烯树脂60份、改性石墨烯40份、钛白粉20份、甲基戊醇12份、纳米二氧化硅8份、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯7份和助剂8份组成。
所述改性石墨烯是将摩尔比为1:1的柠檬酸和五乙烯六胺溶于超纯水中得到混合液,将混合液150℃加热8h,调节pH至7.0,透析48h以去除分子量在3kD以下的物质,将透析后收集到的溶液冷冻干燥,得到的五乙烯六胺功能化石墨烯量子点PEHA-GQD。
上述口罩熔喷布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将聚丙烯树脂60份、改性石墨烯40份、钛白粉20份、甲基戊醇12份、纳米二氧化硅8份、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯7份和助剂8份依次加入到反应釜内进行搅拌3h混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合物料放入螺杆挤出机中加热至130℃得到熔体;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的熔体进行纺丝。
(4)将(3)得到的丝进行熔喷成布。
将上述口罩熔喷布用于制备口罩,所述口罩具有SMS复合结构,即内外2侧为单层纺粘层S,中间为熔喷层M,所述熔喷层M即为上述口罩熔喷布。
实施例3
一种口罩熔喷布,按重量份数计,由聚丙烯树脂80份、改性石墨烯50份、钛白粉30份、聚丙烯酰胺10份、古尔胶10份、纳米二氧化硅10份、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯10份和助剂10份组成。
进一步地,所述改性石墨烯是将摩尔比为1:0.01的柠檬酸和五乙烯六胺溶于超纯水中得到混合液,将混合液200℃加热1h,调节pH至7.2,透析60h以去除分子量在3kD以下的物质,将透析后收集到的溶液冷冻干燥,得到的五乙烯六胺功能化石墨烯量子点PEHA-GQD。
本发明还提供了上述口罩熔喷布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将聚丙烯树脂80份、改性石墨烯50份、钛白粉30份、聚丙烯酰胺10份、古尔胶10份、纳米二氧化硅10份、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯10份和助剂10份依次加入到反应釜内进行搅拌1h混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合物料放入螺杆挤出机中加热至100℃得到熔体;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的熔体进行纺丝。
(4)将(3)得到的丝进行熔喷成布。
本发明还提供了一种口罩,所述口罩具有SMS复合结构,即内外2侧为单层纺粘层S,中间为熔喷层M,所述熔喷层M即为上述口罩熔喷布。
测试例
经检测,实施例1-3制备的口罩熔喷布PM2.5过滤效率达96%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到99%。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技术的人,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可做各种的改动与修饰,因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。

1.一种口罩熔喷布,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由聚丙烯树脂40-80份、改性石墨烯30-50份、钛白粉10-30份、分散剂5-20份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂5-10份和助剂5-10份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口罩熔喷布,其特征在于,所述改性石墨烯是将摩尔比为1:0.01-1:1的柠檬酸和五乙烯六胺溶于超纯水中得到混合液,将混合液150-200℃加热1-8h,调节pH至6.8-7.2,透析12-60h以去除分子量在3kD以下的物质,将透析后收集到的溶液冷冻干燥,得到的五乙烯六胺功能化石墨烯量子点PEHA-GQD。
3.根据权利要求1所述的口罩熔喷布,其特征在于,所述分散剂是三乙基己基磷酸、甲基戊醇、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的口罩熔喷布,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯。
5.权利要求1-4任一所述口罩熔喷布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计,将聚丙烯树脂40-80份、改性石墨烯30-50份、钛白粉10-30份、分散剂5-20份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂5-10份和助剂5-10份依次加入到反应釜内进行搅拌1-3h混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合物料放入螺杆挤出机中加热至100-130℃得到熔体;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的熔体进行纺丝。
(4)将(3)得到的丝进行熔喷成布。
6.一种口罩,其特征在于,所述口罩具有SMS复合结构,即内外2侧为单层纺粘层S,中间为熔喷层M,所述熔喷层M即为权利要求1所述的口罩熔喷布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述单层纺粘层S的制作材料是聚丙烯。
