1. The preparation method of the lemongrass essential oil is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, sequentially freezing, freeze-drying and crushing the lemongrass to obtain freeze-dried lemongrass powder;
s2, mixing the freeze-dried lemongrass powder with an alcohol solution, and extracting to obtain lemongrass pulp;
s3, sequentially carrying out ultrasonic treatment, centrifugation and filtration on the lemongrass pulp to obtain filtrate;
s4, distilling the obtained filtrate to obtain the lemongrass essential oil.
2. The method for preparing lemongrass essential oil according to claim 1, wherein the freezing temperature in step S1 is-70 to-90 ℃ and the time is 0.5 to 1.5 days.
3. The method for preparing lemongrass essential oil according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the freeze drying in step S1 is vacuum freeze drying, the temperature of the vacuum freeze drying is-30 to-50 ℃, and the time of the vacuum freeze drying is 1.5 to 2.5 days.
4. The method for preparing lemongrass essential oil according to claim 3, wherein the alcohol solution in step S2 is an ethanol solution, and the volume concentration of the ethanol solution is 90-99%;
the mass volume ratio of the freeze-dried citronella grass powder to the ethanol solution is 1 g: 20-30 ml.
5. The method for preparing lemongrass essential oil according to claim 4, wherein the extraction process in the step S2 is accompanied by stirring, and the rotation speed of the stirring is 50-150 rpm.

The method for preparing lemongrass essential oil according to claim 5, wherein the ultrasonic treatment is intermittently performed in step S3, the power of the ultrasonic treatment is 240-280W, the total time of the ultrasonic treatment is 20-30 min, and the interval time between the intermittent ultrasonic treatment is 1-3S.
