Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stem processing system for tobacco industry, belonging to the technical field of tobacco waste processing.
Background
In the process of making and wrapping the cut tobacco, the cigarette factory separates and collects the stems in the cut tobacco through stem removing, stem winnowing and other equipment. The stem sticks are different from the original stems and cannot be reused in a sheet factory, but due to the characteristic of monopoly sale of tobacco in China, the stem sticks cannot be randomly processed or transported, and currently, tobacco raw materials which are specified to be transported outside in the tobacco industry need to be crushed to the diameter of more than 40 meshes. However, due to the rise of electronic cigarettes in recent years, many illegal vendors extract electronic cigarette raw materials from stems or stem powder to manufacture electronic cigarettes, which seriously affects the operation of the tobacco industry market. Therefore, at present, no good stem processing method is available.
With the emphasis of the country on the electronic cigarette and even the prohibition of selling the electronic cigarette in many countries around the world, the enhancement of the supervision and treatment of raw materials and waste materials in the tobacco industry is imperative.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a stem sliver processing system for the tobacco industry, which is used for crushing the collected stem slivers and adding humic acid for mixing and stirring, thereby changing the original chemical characteristics of the stem slivers. The mixed materials can be directly packed and collected or collected after being pressed into a rod.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a stalk processing system for tobacco industry which characterized in that: comprises a stem sliver buffer bin, a screw conveyor I, a crusher, a dust remover, a screw conveyor II, a fan, a humic acid buffer bin, a screw conveyor III, a mixing stirrer and a screw conveyor IV, the stem sliver buffer bin is connected with a pulverizer through a screw conveyor I, the pulverizer is connected with a dust remover, the dust remover is connected with a mixing stirrer through a screw conveyor II, the humic acid buffer bin is connected with a mixing stirrer through a screw conveyor III, the mixing stirrer is connected with a screw conveyor IV, the stems collected by the stem buffer bin are conveyed to a crusher through the screw conveyor I, the stems are crushed by the crusher, collect the ash bucket to the dust remover, the stalk powder that the dust remover was collected is carried to mixing stirrer by screw conveyer II, and the humic acid in the humic acid buffer bin is carried to mixing stirrer by screw conveyer III, and the stalk powder is exported by screw conveyer IV after mixing with humic acid.
And the mixed material output by the screw conveyor IV is manually collected by material receiving and packaging or is collected after a rod pressing device is added on the screw conveyor IV.
The mixing stirrer has the function of frequency conversion and speed regulation, the rotation direction can be automatically/manually selected according to the operation condition, the forward and reverse rotation operation frequency and time can be adjusted, and the operation frequency and time of the feeding, stirring and discharging states of the mixing stirrer can be adjusted.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cut stems are crushed and mixed with humic acid, so that the original chemical characteristics of the cut stems are changed, illegal persons are prevented from extracting raw materials and manufacturing fake cigarettes and electronic cigarettes; the mixed materials can be directly packed and collected or collected after being pressed into a rod; due to the particularity of the humic acid, the mixed materials can be used as soil fertilizers while avoiding the original risks.
